28/02/2026: I've ordered takeout for almost every meal. The food is very good, the packaging is very well prepared, and the wait time is very short. You're truly a guarantee, congratulations.
25/02/2026: The food was very good, though the ordering process was a bit old-fashioned (there are no tablets, and the dishes aren't coded). One of the very few restaurants where the courses aren't mixed, meaning the appetizer is the last course you eat. It's also great that they don't overcrowd the table with everything at once.

22/03/2026: The dishes were excellent, but we had to wait 70 minutes for the first appetizer. When the grilled food arrived, we didn't have any cutlery, so we had to wait even longer, and the waiter had to handle them by the head.

15/03/2026: Welcoming, very busy place. The staff is truly kind and helpful. The various types of bruschetta are excellent, as are the tigelle (a little more cooked would have been perfect, in our opinion) with a variety of sauces and jams. The desserts are excellent... Recommended restaurant 👍🏻

19/02/2026: A small place near the historic center. Only ten flavors, but the gelato is delicious and truly artisanal. The friendly owner happily taught my six-year-old daughter how to eat a cone without getting dirty. Highly recommended!

The sommelier, a true wine artist, guided us through a selection of exceptional wines, explaining the choices behind each pairing with passion and expertise. His courtesy and helpfulness made the experience even more special!
The staff, from first to last, was incredibly kind and attentive.
Their professionalism was evident in every detail, from the impeccable service to the presentation of the dishes.
And then, the food... every dish was an explosion of flavors and colors, a true gastronomic journey.
The cappuccino, their signature dish, was a masterpiece!
The atmosphere was elegant and refined.

16/03/2026: Unfortunately, Google assumes that we’ve stayed at the hotel when in fact we just visited and ate at the restaurant. The food was good but a bit in the pricey side. I noticed that they had Michelin stickers from 2007, 2011 & 2014 and so I guess that’s the reason why they have higher prices.
15/03/2026: On March 15th we had lunch with an organized trip...very attentive and kind waiters...excellent food...I recommend it...I would say that they deserve 5 stars.

28/11/2025: The review I'm writing is just to try to make the staff understand that certain things shouldn't be seen in front of customers.
On Wednesday, we entered the restaurant with my friend, my daughter, and my Bichon Frise. (I'll mention that we've been eating there every two months for the past three years, ever since my daughter studied in Bologna, and the Bichon Frise has always been there.)
I asked for a table for three. The waiter turned to his colleague and asked loudly, "Should I let them sit here with the dog?" I replied in a lower voice, "Next time, I'll say so, this time, yes."
He turned and showed us the table; we were the first customers.
I asked him about the dog, specifying that it wasn't the first time; he replied that there had been complaints and that was the only reason.
He felt very uncomfortable.
If I had been alone, I would have left immediately, but my friend and daughter were there, so I simply said I'd never come back.
My complaint (since they take complaints into account but don't take preventive action) is: I advise the waiter who was behind the counter, tall, thin, and with bleached hair, to invest a little in his training if he wants to continue this job. You never know who's in front of you, but when customers arrive, you always have to know how to behave, and above all, the attitude of "go ahead and I'll do you a favor today" is VERY WRONG.
You're not doing the customer a favor, nor are you doing them a favor.
The restaurateur chose to offer this service because he has something to offer future customers (and to make himself known, he needs them, the customers). At the same time, customers can enjoy the dishes the restaurateur offers, trying another cuisine with friends, colleagues, etc.
Good food isn't enough, a nice location isn't enough... you need training for employees, operators,... there's no point investing a lot of money in a restaurant and having a guy who doesn't have the basics arrive.
I hope my criticism is constructive and explained well.
The food was delicious yesterday and every time I came.
The restaurant was clean and well-kept.
The staff...never, never, never.
P.S....uniforms are also very important, especially shoes (they can't work with the clothes they come home with and especially the shoes they walk in and then enter the kitchen)...mmm.

10/02/2026: A very welcoming restaurant in Altedo, located inside a large farmhouse, surrounded by spacious grounds, a garden, and a pool. The staff are young and friendly, fast, and welcoming. We had lunch on a delightful, light-filled veranda with a checked tablecloth, a must in the best trattorias. The Bolognese menu offers a wide selection. We ordered a taglierini (a thin slice of cured meat) for two with pinzini (small crescentine-shaped pasta), a tartare with slow-cooked egg, capers, olives, and mustard, and a tagliata (a thin slice of beef) with sauce, baked potatoes, and fried porcini mushrooms. The Poggio ai Ginepri red wine from the Argentiera di Bolgheri winery was a great discovery. We finished with a millefeuille and a semi-passito (a kind of dessert) and coffee. We had a wonderful time, even being watched by a beautiful, very well-behaved poodle at the next table, who we later discovered was the manager's dog. Beautiful day, great music. We'll be back!
18/01/2026: I really enjoyed the food overall.
It fully satisfied my refined palate, especially the Fassona Hangus steak, an absolute delicacy.
Excellent service, friendly staff.
A well-maintained, homely atmosphere.
I will definitely be back.
