20/01/2026: Dinner with friends with a surprise at the end. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are quite friendly, and there's no background noise, so we chatted pleasantly. Obviously, I didn't try the entire menu, which strictly lists what's fresh and what's frozen, etc. I can only say that the steamed appetizer was meager and tasteless (best avoided), but the biggest surprise was the final bill, where we discovered that each Soaso (fresh) had been charged 40 euros each. Considering that after removing the scraps, there's not much left to eat, it seemed like an excessive price. I don't know if I'll go back again; the rest is certainly good and reasonably priced, like my first course (pumpkin gnocchi with calamari), but I've honestly never paid that price for each Soaso at any other restaurant, even if it's fresh. Be careful, because it's certainly good, but I think the eel is also quite expensive.

06/01/2026: It was wonderful; for the first time I tried the crescione, it was delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, the food is excellent, we had dinner on January 2nd, and despite it being an outdoor restaurant with a stove and screened-in windows, we had a great time. I'm waiting for warmer weather to make another trip and dine outside. But I definitely recommend going. Before leaving, I had 20 piadinas made and will eat them at home. The place was recommended to me, and I thank whoever recommended it.

05/01/2026: Incredibly good restaurant! We've been there twice, one day after the other. Every dish was exquisite and beautiful to look at. Everything, from the appetizers to the first courses, main courses, and desserts, is worth trying. Not to mention the romantic and relaxing interior, all accompanied by jazz music and friendly waiters. The service was quite fast. The prices were excellent for the quality. I'll definitely be back!

11/01/2026: We stopped for lunch. The restaurant is simple and a bit dated inside. We sat on the veranda with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The food was good and the staff was very friendly! The prices were fair!

24/12/2025: The best restaurant in the center I've eaten at in the last 20 years. The owner takes orders, and he's super professional and friendly. The sommelier is excellent and very kind. They offer mainly Bolognese wines, and even though we ordered wine by the glass, they opened the bottle in front of me. Unmissable. The only high-end restaurant left in the center, given that many famous restaurants in Bologna have changed ownership and become tourist traps with poor food and terrible service. Reservations are required, but it's worth it.

08/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch. The Culatello DOP was excellent, the ravioli in broth was good, and the pasta (Filoma 4-flour pasta) was good, but since the menu also includes a half portion, we would have expected a slightly larger full portion.

05/01/2026: We’ve been living in Italy for four years, and we can confidently say that the Antica Pasta della Filoma was the most exquisite and flavorful pasta dish we’ve had in the country. The Rosa di Parma was also outstanding, as was the dessert (the chocolate soufflé). The service was extremely friendly, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate and understand the challenges of having lunch with a sleepy, moody toddler. A must-go restaurant in the center of Parma.

The highlight is undoubtedly their sandwiches: they are amazing, tasty, and, above all, huge! The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and they always leave you 100% satisfied. ​Also, the staff deserves a special mention: they are always extremely kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. ​If you're looking for a place to eat great, with generous portions and impeccable service, Maracanã is the right choice! We let them know we were over an hour late due to traffic, and they waited and greeted us kindly. Enzo was there for us from start to finish, making us feel at ease and allowing us to enjoy everything from appetizers to dessert at a leisurely pace, despite the closing time.
