17/11/2025: I went there on Saturday evening with my family at the recommendation of a friend. What can I say? It was a wonderful discovery! The dishes were very carefully prepared and refined despite the common ingredients. The combinations were carefully chosen to enhance the flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh.
Excellent and friendly service. We'll be back.

01/03/2026: Excellent experience and welcoming atmosphere. We had three first courses, all excellent, a good-quality tartare, excellent fries, and baked vegetables. Finally, two excellent desserts, two waters, and a delicious 75cl house wine. Total cost €89.00. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

05/01/2026: The experience at La Muntà was wonderful. All the dishes were excellent and tasty. The braised donkey was fabulous, but the pisarei was also fasò.
Located a few steps from the center, the atmosphere was lovely, and you can also eat outside (perhaps when it's not too cold).

15/02/2026: We only had lunch, so we can't comment on the rooms, although the location, right on the water, is very romantic, and we promised ourselves we'd return for a whole weekend. The place is welcoming, the service courteous. We had two appetizers, a grilled dish, a fried dish, and two desserts: everything was delicious. With wine, water, and coffee, we spent about €100 for two: I thought it was fair, especially since the portions were generous.
07/11/2025: The food is very good; all the dishes are excellent and well-prepared. The portions aren't excessive, so you can order more.
The only downside is that it's not very quiet. 😅

10/11/2025: The charcuterie board is amazing, and the hearty fritters and horsemeat tartare are delicious. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you're in Parma city center, it's a must!
09/11/2025: The aperitif was already very enjoyable, and they saved us a spot for dinner, which was very light but high-quality.
The service was incredible; the waiter was very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly.
We left feeling happier. Definitely worth a try if you love wine and local produce!

27/12/2025: The place is very nice looking, but unfortunately the first courses weren't very good, the appetizer was so-so, and they rushed us to get up from the table. They have two lunch shifts, and with 15 minutes left, they started rushing us to pay and get up from the table.

The ambiance is beautiful, refined without being pretentious, and the open kitchen is open to the light and harmonious world of Chef Guido and his assistants. The hostess, with kindness and wisdom, guides guests through the best options.
The result is always a delight for body and soul!
23/12/2025: The chef decides what you eat, how much you eat, and even how much you pay. A little flexibility wouldn't hurt!

The cookie in the cone is also excellent.

12/03/2026: Historic restaurant. I went years ago, so I decided to return. We had fish and pizza for dinner. The pizza was good, the fish gnocchi, and the fried fish was modest and decent. A typical summer restaurant for tourists. It's a shame there aren't any tourists during this time of year... prices are medium to high.
25/01/2026: Not a good experience with the cold fish appetizer. Truly very poor, with low-quality ingredients. I strongly suggest revisiting the dish.
The staff were friendly and attentive.

03/02/2026: I called to make a reservation and was asked to wait for customers who needed to pay—nothing to object to, that's normal—but after a good 10 minutes, during which I counted six different tables who had gone to pay, the waitress not only didn't bother to take the call back but started chatting about this and that with a colleague.
25/01/2026: Something indescribable. Everything, I mean everything, is absolute perfection. Magical atmosphere, historic Bolognese dishes expertly crafted.
