02/03/2025: Acquasanta offers a selected selection of fish-based dishes made with an excellent product and excellent workmanship. The service is punctual and attentive and the prices are adequate for the proposal. Personally I find the location a bit vintage with brightness that can be improved in the internal room. Advised!

14/04/2025: Very cozy atmosphere and quality food as well as quick and helpful service. Loved everything. Ordered 2 risottos, beef, pasta and 1 lt of house wine. Paid 80 euros. Not that much considering the limoncello complimentary at the end! Will definitely come back!

06/04/2025: Good food, nice place. The main negative is the huge delay and lack of communication between kitchen and service. Specifically, for 6 pizzas and a starter, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes from the moment we ordered. This happened without any prior information about the delay, and after 45 minutes we started asking, the waiter's response was that in 2 minutes they are coming... I wouldn't go again, it's not worth the wait for a typical Italian pizza, when there are so many great shops in Bologna.

27/02/2025: Such a nice and authentic place. We ate so well, the service was really good and warm, we felt very welcome. The atmosphere is homey and you can also get really good recommandations on local wines. Small detail but kind of important to me, the olive oil was local and really good, I haven't had such good olive oil in a restaurant ever. If you're around after a hike in the region or just passing by, don't hesitate to try it out

30/03/2025: Un' Istituzione da non mancare per chiunque si trovi a passare da Parma. La loro pasta all'uovo tiene alta la fama emiliana circa la bontà e il carattere della pasta fatta in casa. Antipasti ottimi, nonostante lo gnocco fritto sia per antonomasia una pietanza piuttosto impegnativa, lo abbiamo trovato digeribile. Salumi saporiti, porzioni abbondanti (come il parmigiano grattugiato portato come accompagnamento ai primi). Anche il dolce era in linea con la bontà dei piatti assaporati precedentemente. Staff sorridente e cortese. Prezzi giusti. Posizione centrale.

30/03/2025: If you are a tourist, this review is probably relevant to you because I have no reason that comes to mind other than hating foreigners/tourists. AML: Both the service and the food are not good and quite expensive. We made a reservation a few weeks ago and they did not confirm or deny us the place until we arrived. When we told the waiter, he said that they did not confirm us. And that was it. Even without asking who made the reservation. Of course, he did not offer us a seat anyway, even though there were empty tables. So we asked if there was still a place, and then he checked briefly and directed us to sit outside by the grill (he did not ask where we wanted to sit, and there was a place inside the restaurant to sit). We ordered risotto, steak with vegetables, gnocchi. Total 82 euros. The risotto and gnocchi took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered to arrive, which is reasonable. The gnocchi was great, the risotto was hard and simply bursting with flavor in the most negative way imaginable. After that, the waitress cleared the table, asked if we were finished, and we answered that we were waiting for the steak. Here we are already about 40 minutes in the restaurant. 20 minutes after she cleared the plates I asked another waitress where the steak was and if I could cancel it because I no longer wanted it after an hour of waiting. She asked how long it had been since they cleared our plates and we told her 20 minutes and she said that was perfectly reasonable for a steak. She went to check with the grillman and then she came back and said that the steak would be ready in another 6-7 minutes and I saw the grillman taking a steak out to the grill. After an hour and 20 minutes in the restaurant, the main course arrived. I ordered medium, rare arrived and the waitress immediately after I put the steak on the plate (to cut it without getting burned) took away the boiling plate with the salt and the ability to cook this poor cow a little more (and of course without salt on the table and the poor steak that was cut and not salty enough). For us it was torture of almost an hour and a half of simply bad service, from start to finish.
