Very worth the 20min wait! The Tagliatelle all a Ragù was sublime and there were several vegan options for my mother too! I also bought some of their pasta made by them which was delicious!

The pasta was truly amazing, the ingredients were high quality, and every dish was delicious. You can also buy items to take away. We arrived today around 11:50 am and the wait was about 20 minutes. The line forms on the sidewalk across the street, and every few minutes they come out to take your name and then call you in. Obviously, the later you arrive, the longer you'll have to wait. The turnover is relatively quick. The service was good, the dishes arrived quickly, and the prices were generally between €13 and €15 per dish. A very good experience; we'll definitely be back.

We arrived at 12, there were about 10 people ahead of us. You have to queue on the sidewalk across the street, and a girl comes out asking how many people are in your party before coming to get you. We waited about 15 minutes and were finally seated. There were four of us, and we were seated at a shared table with two other people. We ordered a Tigelle Ristorante Piatto Rica platter to share, and then two regular Tagliatelle Bolognese, which were excellent. The pasta was cooked perfectly and a good portion. The tortellini zaba with Parmesan cream was spectacular, and the tagliolini brodo, which comes with its own broth and meat on the side, was also very tasty. We didn't order dessert. With pear juice and water, which are included in the cover charge, plus some cookies, the total came to €87, very reasonable for how delicious everything was. In addition, the dishes arrive quite quickly and you can see the kitchen while they prepare them; overall, totally recommended. When we left at 1:30 pm, the line was four times longer than what we had done.

We enjoyed it here. I read negative reviews and was a little worried. But they seated us right after we arrived, the waitresses were nice and helpful. Menu via QR code in your language. You write the food on the ticket. Interesting concept. The food was brought to us quite quickly. We liked everything very much. The food was absolutely great! Dessert and coffee were excellent. The restaurant is busy, yes, it is better to come a little later, we came around 2 pm and it was better. At lunch time there will definitely be more activity and hype. But the hype seemed authentic to me for the type of restaurant. This will not suit everyone, for us it was an experience and we had a great meal. We were lucky with the staff and the chef.

My husband and I had lunch at Sfoglia Rina and tried two different pasta dishes – the Bolognese and another pasta with Parmesan and cheese. The Bolognese was good and definitely our favorite of the two. We enjoyed it and think it’s worth trying. The other pasta wasn’t really to our taste, so between the two, we would definitely recommend choosing the Bolognese. The waiter who welcomed and served us was very friendly and pleasant, which made our experience even better. Overall, we had a nice lunch and would recommend trying the Bolognese pasta if you visit.
