The handmade pastas are truly a highlight. We went twice, and on the third visit, the line was so huge that we gave up. We ordered the lasagna and the tagliatelle with ragu, both of which were excellent.

Went to one of the most famous places in Bologna Waited about 20 minutes in line. I ordered the lasagna, and it was made layer by layer instead of the usual heavy style After one bite, I understood why people were willing to wait

This is a low key excellent pasta restaurant. Everything is extremely fresh and arrives hot. I have the Tagliatelle with Ragu,as well as the Lasagna (Lasagna Verde). The pasta is freshly made, the meat sauce unbelieveable, but that lasagna is next level!!

A wonderful experience on the way to Verona via Bologna. Their pasta is fantastic and I highly recommend it. The restaurant also works quickly and excellently.

The experience was great and the service but I personally found the tortellini with parmigiano reggiano zabaglione to lacking in flavor along with the gnocchi. At least the lasagna was a banger. Be prepared to wait if you don't show up before noon or 6 pm for this place.

Cozy environment, super delicious food and hand made cookies and very friendly people! I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend to anyone visiting bologna!

We avoided the line outside by opting for takeout. The service was excellent and the wait short. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent, with exceptional first courses.

15/04/2026: A pleasant trattoria, very casual but exceptional for that very reason. I enjoyed the excellent tagliatelle and a good tagliata. Recommended for a mid-day stop. Average price, around €25/30.

Ristorante Pizzeria Minelli

07/04/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant in Pieve di Cento. A very large restaurant, featuring two dining rooms and a large reception area (they also set up tables outside during warmer months), decorated in a modern style. The service is excellent: orders are taken promptly and the food is served quickly, and the staff is extremely friendly (we were served by a very attentive and friendly young lady). We had pizza: truly delicious!... the dough is very light and fragrant (it reminded me of the delicious pizza al piatto they normally make in Rome). They also have a special menu for those with celiac disease. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded, the noise level was decidedly low. It was a very pleasant evening, and I really hope to return...
