The real shame is that the service can only be given 5 stars. Not that the food and the environment are any less, but Mariella and Guido have the gift of knowing how to make you feel good. You find yourself hosted as if you were at home in an atmosphere far removed from the classic restaurant or trattoria. Serenity, good food, excellent wines, little waste and lots of time available to enjoy the table and conviviality in its best expression

Excellent dinner in an environment that I would define as familiar. I, who don't particularly like white wine, changed my mind thanks to the very perfect pairings proposed to us during our dinner. A beautiful discovery in the Parma Apennines.

In my opinion there is no need to describe the (excellent) dishes or (exceptional) wines, you just have to go there... you will personally appreciate the rest... for us it was a top lunch!

Historic place. Excellent local cuisine and beyond. The dishes are prepared cooked and presented in the best possible way with top quality products. The vast selection of wines is also excellent. Trying is the best advice. Absolutely book.!

I returned a few months later, we had tried the fish menu, and were very satisfied, highlighting the quality raw materials, in particular the char in broth with pioppetti mushrooms. This time we chose the truffle one, if possible everything went even better
the dishes were up to par, the egg offered deserves the Louvre, the same goes for the recommended wines, which I would never have been able to find out about without the owner's expertise. Punctual service. Fair price

Impossibile (e scorretto) fare paragoni. Varcata la soglia si entra in un mondo unico. Design, musica, grande cultura dei vini rigorosamente biologici, e prodotti di grande qualità. Sapori e tradizione di grande livello e ricerca nel territorio. Esperienza realmente rilassante che sorprende. Complimenti
