18/10/2025: We enjoyed some excellent appetizers and first courses. I personally ordered the strozzapreti with shrimp, lemon, and bottarga, and it was truly delicious! Excellent value.

17/10/2025: We returned to Taverna Trabucco for the second consecutive evening, without a doubt; we already knew we couldn't find a better place. The service is impeccable; the staff are wonderful, extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling. Sincere compliments to the Chef, for the carefully prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and a menu that will delight both seafood and land-based lovers. We tried both menus and everything was perfect, but a special mention goes to the mixed hot and cold appetizer: seven tastings, each better than the last, absolutely not to be missed. An authentic, delicious, and welcoming experience, one you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended!

And trust me: leaving without trying at least two flavors is practically impossible. The gelato here is artisanal, creamy, and full of character. What's immediately striking is the variety: there's truly something for everyone. From the timeless classics to the most original and unusual creations (yes, there's a Pokémon flavor and even the legendary Franui 🍓🍫). The selection is so wide that stopping at the counter becomes an adventure, between happy hesitations and delicious tastings. Every cone and cup is served with whipped cream and Nutella (yes, you read that right: ALWAYS!), making every bite even more indulgent. If you're feeling extravagant, there are filled brioches, freshly filled with your favorite gelato: a dreamy combination. And let's not forget the cakes: true works of art that seem to have come straight from a creative pastry shop. Beautiful to look at, delicious to eat, perfect for birthdays or special occasions. 29/10/2025: I would like to point out that my experience concerns only the restaurant, during a group lunch, and not the hotel portion of the property. I had lunch here during an organized trip, and since I'm vegan, my menu was different from that of the other participants. I would like to compliment the staff, who were attentive and knowledgeable: despite being informed of my dietary needs, the restaurant handled my lunch with great professionalism, offering well-balanced dishes with meticulous attention to detail. The dessert deserves special mention, truly excellent in flavor and presentation. Overall, a very positive experience that I would happily recommend.

12/10/2025: Excellent accommodation and cuisine. Plus, a great location for cycling! Everything is just a short bike ride away, from the sea to the Tuscan Apennines. The people of Romagna are masters of hospitality.

30/10/2025: BEWARE of "too good to go" croissants⚠️ Yesterday, October 29, in the afternoon I purchased a bag for €4.99 (worth €15) and was quite dissatisfied. Besides the drastic change in attitude from the staff when I explained I was there to pick up the bag and not to buy, the variety was practically zero: I received 6 croissants. I have nothing to complain about, however, regarding the packaging and the empty croissants, which I found to be good and of decent quality. However, I find myself having to make a complaint here too, since the two chocolate croissants (two different types of creams, one of which I suspect was egg-based) had a filling so hard and/or acidic that they were inedible. It took me a while to figure out what flavor it was and that it was supposed to be chocolate, and I had to throw them away, even though I was disappointed given the app's anti-food waste policy. I realize fresh products can't be guaranteed, and that's fine, but those weren't even from the day before, or even the day before that... I'm explaining what happened because I'm in the midst of food poisoning and I'm hoping the situation doesn't worsen so I don't have to go to the emergency room. I hope the staff can intervene to prevent more people from getting sick, but in the meantime, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PURCHASING TOO GOOD TO GO FROM THIS BAKERY.

20/10/2025: I recently went to Pizzeria Languorino and was truly satisfied! The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a casual dinner and a special occasion. The staff is courteous and attentive: they recommended delicious pizzas and served us with kindness. And the pizza? Simply fantastic! Soft dough, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. I highly recommend the fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, and basil (I don't remember the name), a true masterpiece. Fair prices and excellent quality. I'll definitely be back! 🍕

07/10/2025: A bit hidden, but definitely the best we ate at in Parma! Highly recommended. The ambiance and food are meticulously crafted, with an ethos that's been around for generations, which is immediately evident in the menu. It's definitely worth a visit if you want excellent local food without spending a fortune. I recommend booking because the place isn't very big.

14/10/2025: We didn't try everything, obviously, but the fillets were fantastic and very tender, as were the very good side dishes. The dessert was also good. They don't have bulk wine, which increases the price, but 40-50 euros is becoming standard these days. The atmosphere was lovely, and the management was very kind and friendly. We were satisfied, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

12/10/2025: At this restaurant, I enjoyed an excellent, very tender fillet steak with "old-fashioned" fries, which were truly delicious. The charcuterie board with local piadinas and desserts were also very good. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was well-maintained, including bathrooms (which isn't a given for all restaurants). I'll definitely be returning to try the pasta dishes.

Last night I tried the "quadrotta" without arugula, which would otherwise be available, and it was also excellent. Highly recommended!
