Of course, it might be my personal taste, but the two desserts I chose out of three were way too sweet for my taste. Sorry. The only area that needs improvement, again, for my taste. Overall, a great experience.

14/03/2026: Five stars because six isn't enough. One of the few restaurants in Parma where it was truly an all-round pleasure. The setting is meticulously curated, the table setting elegant but not overbearing, the wait staff very efficient, discreet yet on-point and competent! The quality of the food is top-notch, as is that of the ingredients. The cheese tasting was a mystical experience, and the boiled meats were excellent. My partner ordered spalla crudo (a pork shoulder that melted in the mouth), a risotto with a superb creaminess and perfectly cooked. The friendliness and warmth of the owner, who chatted with us during dinner, her expertise, and her evident passion for her work, further enhanced the evening. I didn't pay, but I'm certain that whatever the bill was, it was money well spent!!! I hope to return soon.

13/03/2026: A Parma excellence and beyond. The food is top-notch; the ingredients are carefully sourced, crafted, and presented beautifully. The service is provided by young but highly skilled staff. The location is impeccably maintained. The guided tour of their cured meats curing facility is fantastic.

07/03/2026: In total I paid €15 without a drink. The pasta was amazing—the pancetta was generous and the panna sauce was delicious. I loved it. The potatoes were also very good. It’s a busy restaurant, so reservations are recommended if you’re coming with others. I came alone without a reservation and was seated quite quickly. It’s an ONLUS (non-profit organization), and I’m really happy to support a place that provides work opportunities for people. You can also buy freshly made pasta and lasagna to take home. The parking lot is decent—just be careful not to miss the entrance. When you see a lot of cars, that’s probably the place, so just go in.

08/03/2026: Recommended by a friendly Aldi cashier, we found ourselves in a refined atmosphere, a mix between a pub and a restaurant. At the entrance, the grill was prominently displayed to entice customers. Excellently cooked dishes, exquisite fish, and excellent pizza—highly recommended!

06/03/2026: WE HAD A GREAT TIME LAST NIGHT. The beautiful and very kind brunette waitress brightened the evening with her smiles. Kind, beautiful, and always smiling. The food was excellent, but she was enchanting.

05/03/2026: Traditional Emilian cuisine done very well: flavorful and well-seasoned tagliatelle with prosciutto ragù, tortelloni with an excellent ricotta filling (though they only serve butter and sage), tender sliced ​​Angus beef. Finally, zuppa inglese made just like home. Fast service. Unfortunately, two things didn't quite live up to the food: the wine was already opened and the lady's acerbic and unfriendly demeanor when making very simple requests. She was very friendly with returning customers, but much less so with us, our first-timers...but that just made us lose out.

09/03/2026: We went in for lunch for the first time and were greeted by very friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The food came quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. My seafood risotto did not disappoint: full of seafood, creamy and aldente. And the portions were so big we had no space left for dinner that day! :)
