09/12/2025: Exceptional trattoria. Before we started, they brought us a delicious focaccia with mortadella. Then we ordered mixed cured meats and a high-quality torta fritta, followed by excellent potato tortelli and veal with tuna sauce. The poached egg with parmesan cream and white truffle grated right in front of you deserves special mention. ✨️ Finally, excellent artisanal gelato. Creamy custard with zabaglione. Very kind and attentive staff. Outdoor terrace with a pergola. A top-notch experience! We'll be back. P.S. BOOK AS IT TOOK ME 2 MONTHS.

30/10/2025: At Sabino, you're pampered. We decided to go to the restaurant for lunch on Sunday, close to our wedding anniversary: ​​we wanted something less crowded, perhaps seafood, but my husband remembered a restaurant in the lower Bologna area... and of course, he was wrong! After calling to make a reservation, he realized it wasn't the place he remembered, but we went anyway: our first experience at a PLACE THAT MOSTLY STARRED. We spent a fortune, but we have no regrets! We were the only guests in the dining room, served and pampered by Chef Sabino: delicious dishes, made with excellent ingredients, with sophisticated presentations and combinations. The fregola with shellfish (a dish that earned a Michelin star) and the creamed cod with truffle were amazing. The restaurant isn't for everyone's budget, but it's worth a visit... or maybe twice!

21/10/2025: Typical Emilian cuisine. Very clean, spacious, and well-decorated. Very friendly staff. We had meat tortellini with cream and tagliatelle with ragù. We were even able to bring our dog. We had a great time.

23/11/2025: Located at the foot of Montebello Castle, this restaurant is a little gem in the countryside. The service is top-notch, and the staff is professional and welcoming. The decor is exquisitely decorated, and the table settings are elegant. A small, delicious appetizer is offered, along with a tasty focaccia to accompany the meal. The rabbit is excellent, and the cannelloni stuffed with bacon are superb. The classic "Porcospino" dessert is delicious, as is the typical Bustrengo, also kindly offered on the house. Parking is behind the restaurant, down a short slope.

11/11/2025: On Sunday, I had lunch at the Taj Mahal Indian restaurant on Via San Felice in Bologna. I often return with my family, and we enjoy going there whenever we want to enjoy traditional Indian cuisine, perfectly spiced and well-balanced. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner with family or friends.

21/09/2025: We ordered spaghetti with clams (not real, but tasty), mixed grill (the best dish and a good value) with a side of roast potatoes, and two pizzas (average). One minus was the wait for the grilled food, which was a bit excessive. Another minus was the bench seating, which became uncomfortable after a long wait. Gianni's remains a must-visit for anyone passing by on Viale Dante.

19/11/2025: Very nice and friendly accommodation. Only the poor soundproofing (inside the house, from the gravel parking lot due to arriving cars and from the passing cars on the adjacent main road) and the resulting lack of sleep justify the star deduction.

04/11/2025: I had the pleasure (and the honor, one might say) of getting married in this place, because it's splendid. The view is incredible, the rustic buildings are magnificent, the dining room with its vaulted structure, the terrace, the grounds, and of course, the vinegar factory tour were all wonderful. We ate very well (from the tasting meal to the wedding reception, including the appetizer buffet and dessert), and drank very well too, with a selection of high-quality local wines. It was simple, traditional, with a touch of chic alongside tasteful rusticity, right down to the food. The rooms, with their slightly dated decor but impeccable comfort, lend a touch of nostalgia to the place. As for the service, especially Umberto's warm welcome, it was flawless. We haven't had the chance to return yet, but some of our guests have. They were absolutely delighted!

04/12/2025: On Sunday, I went for lunch with some friends and had a really good meal. Excellent quality and quantity. The bill was great 👍🏻 The only downside is that the dining room is very large and crowded, so it's difficult to even talk to other diners...
