Pizzeria la Prateria In Campogalliano

17/03/2024: Small restaurant in Vignola visited with friends. For dinner we ate in the (closed) outdoor gazebo, a little claustrophobic but well heated. The staff were really very friendly and nice. Pizza rolled out beyond belief, very thin, perhaps too thin. I'm a lover of Thin pizza but in this case it was so thin that it couldn't hold the toppings. Since it was stretched out so much, the diameter of the pizza was exaggerated (it didn't even fit on the plate), mine was a little burnt on the edge, nothing catastrophic. Apart from the thinness (in every sense) of the pizza dough, the flavor was truly excellent, lots of seasoning and quality. Baked potatoes with a lot of garlic (I like it a lot but if someone doesn't like it it might be annoying). I also took a portion of Tiramisu, the idea of ​​serving it in a Mocha was very nice but the quantity was a little small. Average prices and even a little less, positively surprised by the bill. All things considered, the experience was very pleasant, staff at the checkout were very friendly and nice. Definitely recommended if you are in Vignola.
