13/11/2025: Breakfast was ok, but the juice was served in a glass that was too small. Normally, you need three oranges, not two. If we consider that the top part of the glass, the wide one, was empty, the setting is nice, but the portions aren't.

19/10/2025: The minimal wait is well worth it: the dishes are excellent and carefully prepared! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I've been there several times and have always been satisfied!

23/10/2025: On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, there's a "business lunch" for €12.50 excluding drinks, while on Saturdays and Sundays, there's the "A La Carte" menu. Tuesdays are closed. On Sundays in November, there was polenta with ragù or polenta with pork chops. The female staff has always been friendly. The dishes prepared have always tasted excellent. Huge parking lot nearby, with a mandatory parking disc on the dashboard for a maximum of 90 minutes. Two disabled spaces are available. For over a year, I stopped going to this restaurant after repeatedly experiencing discrimination compared to other customers. I returned in July 2025 and noticed that such disrespectful behavior is continuing. I have nothing against the rules, but if they apply to me, they should apply to all customers, without distinction.

21/10/2025: Typical Emilian cuisine. Very clean, spacious, and well-decorated. Very friendly staff. We had meat tortellini with cream and tagliatelle with ragù. We were even able to bring our dog. We had a great time.

09/12/2025: Exceptional trattoria. Before we started, they brought us a delicious focaccia with mortadella. Then we ordered mixed cured meats and a high-quality torta fritta, followed by excellent potato tortelli and veal with tuna sauce. The poached egg with parmesan cream and white truffle grated right in front of you deserves special mention. ✨️ Finally, excellent artisanal gelato. Creamy custard with zabaglione. Very kind and attentive staff. Outdoor terrace with a pergola. A top-notch experience! We'll be back. P.S. BOOK AS IT TOOK ME 2 MONTHS.

04/12/2025: On Sunday, I went for lunch with some friends and had a really good meal. Excellent quality and quantity. The bill was great 👍🏻 The only downside is that the dining room is very large and crowded, so it's difficult to even talk to other diners...

12/10/2025: Mediocre experience. After hearing so much about this place, we went for dinner last night. The off-menu menu included dishes with white truffle, and we chose two of them, a first course and a second course. We were told that the truffle would be added directly in the kitchen, 5g per dish... so it wasn't. I'm attaching a photo. Furthermore, we paid the bill in cash, leaving it on the table. When we left (even though we'd been standing at the register for 10 minutes), a lady asked us to wait to check if we'd actually left the money, with the excuse of needing to give us a receipt. When she came down with the bill of almost €400 (2 adults and a child; I won't argue about the price because we're used to it, but I'm certainly not running away), she said goodbye, leaving us the PRE-BILL, not the receipt. After that, I convinced my husband to go in and ask for the receipt because I don't like cheats. Too bad, it's all talk and no action!

01/09/2025: A charming location nestled in the green hills of Piacenza; the welcome is warm and friendly, and once you sit at the table, you sense intimacy and relaxation. Simone (the owner) is a delightful, empathetic, and highly competent person, as are the chefs, who amaze you with exquisite gourmet dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The wine and spirits menu offers a wide selection, some artisanal. There are two suites, each more beautiful than the other, equipped with an in-room sauna and hot tub, a spa, and a soothing Zen garden. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back ❤️

12/12/2025: ABSURD. I ordered 2 Margherita pizzas and 3 frittatas for takeout. The frittatas were dry, frozen, and ended up in the trash. Total: €25, way overpriced for the quality. The owner and staff were rude. I will never call you again, not for takeout or to sit down. Also, I don't understand how people call you to order; it's truly inexplicable!

11/12/2025: I'd been recommended this place for its excellent pizza, and it was...but what struck me most was the service. Very kind, smiling guys who know their stuff. Well done, well done.

23/10/2025: Both the fish (the Catalana is fantastic) and the meat (I tried the cotoletta alla petroniana) are excellent. I will definitely be back.

06/09/2025: We stopped by for lunch. The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept. It offers a refined selection of seafood dishes, including a special oyster menu. The fried fish is excellent. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome; we'll definitely be back.

25/10/2025: Beautiful place. Perfect for aperitifs, birthdays, and parties in general. Excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere. It's right in the center of the town square, so it's always busy and a safe place for young people.

03/12/2025: Poor quality/price ratio A tortellino in brodo that costs €24 must be EXCELLENT quality, not mediocre. With these prices, there are other restaurants in the Modena area that, in my opinion, are definitely superior.

23/11/2025: I visited Filetteria 1.0 with my girlfriend after booking for 8:30/9 PM. Unfortunately, the reception didn't live up to expectations: we were left waiting until 9:20 PM without any clear communication, and when we finally confronted her, we were told, in a less than cordial manner, that there were no tables available. Only when we were returning to the car were we called back because a table had become available. I understand that unexpected events can happen, but in situations like this, greater customer service would be desirable. The only gesture offered was to save us the cost of the wine, but considering the inconvenience experienced, more attention to the bill would have been more appropriate. The limited reserved parking spaces also made the visit less convenient. I would, however, like to highlight the excellent service of the wait staff, always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which was undoubtedly the best aspect of the experience.
