27/10/2025: I'm giving one star solely for the service; otherwise, the rating would have been five stars for the quality of the food. Our experience was completely ruined by terrible service management and rude attitudes from the wait staff, especially one waitress. First, when we simply asked for table availability, the waitress clearly struggled, wasting at least five minutes on excessive explanations about reservations, in a haughty tone, instead of simply saying "wait a minute." We were then seated at 12:45, and had an appointment (a museum visit) at 1:50. Our order wasn't taken until more than 30 minutes later. No warning was given about the long wait. If a restaurant is experiencing difficulties, it's their duty to inform customers immediately, allowing them to choose whether to stay or look elsewhere. When, after the long wait, we politely asked if we could order, the same waitress responded abruptly, saying we had to wait our turn. Despite having requested all our dishes be delivered at once, they arrived at different times, leaving some of us waiting for our plates while the others ate (if we hadn't had a platter to share, I would have watched the others eat). When we politely pointed out this inconvenience, the waitress responded hostilely, constantly interrupting us and preventing us from expressing our concern. The rudeness continued until the end: a friend of ours calmly said that only the last dish was left, and the waitress's response was rude and unprofessional. As someone who works with the public, I strongly recommend investing in training the wait staff on how to interact with the public.

27/10/2025: We went there yesterday for lunch. - As for the place, it's nothing special; it's very nice and well-kept inside. - Since their menu features typical Emilian products, I was perhaps expecting a little better (but that's a matter of personal preference). - As for the service, let's draw a veil over it; it's truly awful. The wait for tigelle and a portion of lasagna (heated in the microwave) was 45 minutes outside, and half the order didn't arrive until after several reminders.

22/09/2025: We chose this place for our wedding lunch... so we contacted Enrico for all the necessary information... and when we entered the inn, we were greeted with a smile, taking all the time we needed to ask so many questions and receive just as many answers!!! 😅 ... We tried the menu and struggled to choose because we would have chosen everything... 🤤from the variety of first courses to the second courses... not to mention the cake... Delicious!!! The staff was professional, kind, always available... and always with a smile on their faces!! ...But do we want to talk about the "Inn"?!? Surrounded by greenery, welcoming, intimate, versatile... I can't find an adjective to describe it... we can only say that if we had to do it again, we would choose it 100 times over! Thank you so much because we had a dream and with you it came true!!! 05/10/2025: We went today, there were 6 of us adults and 1 2-year-old child. Friendly staff, and the manager provided clear descriptions of the dishes. The menu description was very clear and detailed. The quality/price ratio was right. The food was excellent, I definitely recommend it.

01/11/2025: The problem with this restaurant is the person at the cash register trying to make ends meet. Let me explain: 1 carbonara, 1 grilled turkey, 1 mixed salad, 2 quartini, and 2 coffees from the daily menu = €40. The cashier manages to turn a (half-daily menu) into a full à la carte menu. He should be thankful that I was distracted and on an international conference call while I was paying, but I'll definitely never return. Always be wary of the midday scammers.

02/09/2025: The atmosphere was relaxed; we came this summer evening, and it was nice and cool; I loved the view and the ambiance. As for the food, we ordered two portions of falafel, two amatricianas, and a 1.2kg tomahawk. Everything was delicious: the falafel came with a slightly spicy sauce that went perfectly; I think the amatriciana is one of the best I've ever eaten, on par with those found in Rome. The tomahawk, what can I say, was simply out of this world, perfectly cooked, incredibly tender... This place is a guarantee for meat. We'll definitely be back to try the pizza; that looked very inviting, too! Regarding the service, we initially had a small problem: they forgot to take our order. I think that can happen, especially since they were really busy that night; despite that, they treated us very well; the staff was kind and attentive. As soon as they realized the mistake, they tried to fix it in every way possible. Truly appreciated!

28/10/2025: Server was SUPER nice. As Americans, we're learning Italian, but she was so kind and helped with some english. She said her english was poor, I disagree! She did splendidly. This is a very neat place with focus on catering to the deaf. We had a bottle of wine, a spritz and some bruschetta. They also brought some complimentary chips and some Erbazonne. Very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the service as well as the food.

06/09/2025: Wonderful Boba Tea shop located in the heart of Bologna. The selection of drinks is vast and not limited to bubble tea, and the ingredients used are fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. P.S. The capybara-themed decor is adorable.
