A trattoria from times gone by, genuine and authentic. The homemade tagliatelle with lamb ragout and mutton are sublime. The pumpkin cappellacci are among the best in town. The Angus steak and fillet are excellent. The desserts, chocolate and Catalan salami, a gem to try. Fast service and hospitable environment. A refined cuisine starting from the choice of raw materials at very honest prices. We were lucky to have found it, we highly recommend it.

Cena tra colleghi alla trattoria Tri scalin, a Ferrara, dove nulla è lasciato al caso. I proprietari, sono molto gentili e ti illustrano tutte le portate di primi e secondi, fatti rigorosamente in casa, a partire dai cappellacci alla zucca con ragù, pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale, e di secondi tagliata di angus, o Salamina con puré, o bollito, tutte specialità genuine.

Se volete provare la vera cucina Ferrarese siete nel posto giusto. Il locale è confortevole e pulito. Il servizio è buono, sempre gentili e cordiali. Ottime le materie prime. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo
