12/09/2025: Having traveled throughout Italy for work, I've had the opportunity to visit many grocery stores and butchers, including the very famous CECCHINI in Panzano. I can confidently say that MACELLERIA RIZZIERI IS ONE OF THE BEST BUTCHER SHOPS IN ITALY. The wide selection of meats and their quality, the result of rigorous control of the supply chain, exercised by Rizzieri from the birth of the animals, to the rigorous feeding, to the environment in which the animals must live to ensure their health, etc., are among the qualities that make up their superb meats. The cured meats are also excellent, especially the RIZZIERI ham, and the various roast rolls and carefully selected cheeses are excellent. In the shop you can also find many other delicacies, from jams to pasta to chocolates, etc. It is a place of excellence that absolutely must be frequented!!!

28/08/2025: The meat is excellent and their dishes, such as asado, BBQ ribs, etc., are also fabulous. A real guarantee.

05/04/2026: Simply wow, I stopped by today with my family and we had a great time. The place has plenty of space, is well-decorated and clean. And the food is excellent, I highly recommend it!! Very friendly staff. 🥰

25/02/2026: Food: The pizza is thin and soft, with a crispy crust. The toppings are all fresh. Service: Friendly, professional, attentive, and fast. Ambience: Simple, neat, and clean.

23/03/2026: I ordered a themed cake for my daughter's two-year birthday. I, of course, discussed the flavors, shape, and design with the pastry chef. These arrangements were made right up until the day before the birthday itself. When I went to pick it up, I was disheartened to discover that the cake wasn't listed among the reservations, despite having shown them the phone conversation with the previous arrangements. The lady told me to choose any cake from the refrigerator, which I obviously refused. They then decided to make it for me anyway, and I asked if they could deliver it to my home since I had guests over, but that wasn't possible, and I had to return an hour later in the middle of afternoon traffic. Finally, after I picked up the cake, I went to the cashier to pay, and the lady gave me a two-euro discount on the €32 price... for the inconvenience! Draw your own conclusions.

07/02/2026: Today, February 7, 2026, we called around 3:20 PM asking if it was possible to join the last guided tour at 4:00 PM. We were told to show up 10 minutes early without having to book. We arrived at 3:45 PM and the ticket office was closed with a "tour in progress" sign. After 4:00 PM, we called several times, but no one answered. We WhatsApped, but the usual automatic message went off, which was of no use. At 4:25 PM, we decided to leave, and the guide magically arrived, looking as calm as can be, not even apologizing. He said, "But I was visiting." When we said, "At least you could have answered the number," he said his manager in Ferrara would be answering. Then, with his usual calmness, he said he had to finish the tour and would have another 10 minutes. We left, explaining that we would be writing a negative review: here it is! If Cesena is to be the European Capital of Culture in 2028, I strongly recommend rethinking the way it welcomes tourists.

10/03/2026: The old management is unbeatable. Since the changeover, prices have skyrocketed, and the product has halved both the weight of the piadina and the amount of filling.... I used to go at least once a week.... now I avoid it, I pay more, and I'm still hungry.... I usually got the sfogliata, but today it's the thickness of a measly slice of cheese, and half empty inside! What a shame. Only the taste of the dough is worth saving.... luckily they haven't changed that.

05/11/2025: Maybe we had a slow day. The food was good, but out of a four-course order, one was wrong and one wasn't even picked up. The wait was too long, and the prices were moderately high.

16/02/2026: The best place for truly healthy things! Smoothies with so much choice and so good, you don't often find them around. It might also be the kindness of the girls who work there, always nice and ready to offer advice 💜
