30/11/2024: Si mangia bene in questo locale, dove si respira aria di storia e tradizione. Il servizio è un po’ confusionario e i prezzi forse un po’ alti, ma siamo stati comunque molto bene. Barriere architettoniche importanti: gli ambienti sono posti su più piani, con scale ripide e livelli diversi. Il borgo circostante è magico e vale una passeggiata!

25/11/2024: Era da oltre 10 anni che non tornavo in questa trattoria…..grave errore! La Trattoria si trova nel centro del Parco Regionale dell'Abbazia di Monteveglio in un incantevole piccolo borgo. Ci siamo presentati in quattro, di domenica a pranzo, con il locale pienissimo. L’accoglienza, in considerazione del numero degli avventori, è stata ottima Ci siamo accomodati in una sala grande, ben arredata, con qualche “voce” dei tavoli vicini eccessivamente elevata, ma questo è un problema non certo imputabile ai ristoratori. Il personale di sala è stato disponibile, ben preparato e attento. I piatti proposti sono realizzati con prodotti genuini del territorio, con sapori piacevolmente tradizionale in alcuni casi ( vedi i tortellini) e gustosissimi in altri (zuppetta di porcini e galletti e il guancialino di vitello). Ottimi i dolci della casa, ma anche il panettone dei F.lli Marolo con spuma di mascarpone. L’unica miglioria consigliabile è l’impiattamento e la quantità dei contorni serviti, che risulta eccessivamente risicata nell'accompagnamento ai piatti principali. La cantina presenta una buona varietà di produttori locali, con alcune eccellenze. Il conto è stato commisurato all’offerta. Sicuramente una delle migliori trattorie del territorio. Da riprovare nel breve.

06/12/2024: The truth is that they didn't give us the opportunity to try it. We went at noon 45 minutes before closing and, before even asking us if we had a reservation, they told us that they didn't have a table (with one dining room empty and the other half occupied)

25/08/2024: It's perfect, the food excellent, the service impeccable. The place is well-kept, kindness and friendliness are at home. In my opinion a little more expensive than the others, it has only one flaw, the portions are too large.

14/11/2024: Lunch break with porcini risotto and sangiovese strozzapreti and stracchino: photonic!!!!!!!! A little anonymous house on the outside that hides a real country house inside, very very pretty. Everything was delicious, even the house wine. Very kind staff. Price not cheap but very very high quality. I will definitely go back.

Oysters of at least six different types (the maximum that I can eat) for each of them Daniele, the owner, explained to me both the breeding and taste characteristics, the care in preparing the food capable of respecting and enhancing the excellent raw material, a cellar embarrassing for the abundance of the proposal, a service attentive to detail, a synthesis which is not at all obvious and which I greatly appreciate, it deserves it!

02/11/2024: Fantastici, tutti: gestori, personale di cucina e clienti degli altri tavoli. Si, perché si respira un’atmosfera di condivisione e leggerezza. Abbiamo preso: bis di carpacci (spada e tonno), tagliere di formaggi, spaghetti alla chitarra con vongole. Tutto veramente buonissimo. Prezzo top! Bravissimi, vi saluta il nostro golden retriever.

07/10/2024: Menu variegato di piatti locali, a base di pesce e non, questo locale è gestito dal proprietario e la moglie pertanto i posti sono limitati e consiglio di prenotare. Prezzo relativamente contenuti. Abbiamo preso dei tortelli buoni anche se in Romagna ne ho provati di migliori, a seguire una tagliata di tonno con ottima crema di contorno. Per chiudere dei passatelli al cioccolato ottimi.

11/11/2024: Typical cuisine in its maximum expression! The dishes are excellent and every time I feel like I'm returning to my grandmother's house as a child! It is a place where you feel at ease and nothing is missing! The service is excellent and attentive. The prices are really excellent in relation to the quality! If you haven't been there yet, it's a must! Congratulations to the staff of Trattoria La Bassa!

03/11/2024: There is the best piadina far and wide. Not a restaurant but more like an Italian “French fries shop” 😉. Absolutely recommended for anyone who is not only traveling in the tourist hotspots, but also wants to get to know real Italian food culture.

28/07/2024: The LA FATICA tavern is our point of reference for our trips The place is quiet, elegant and very friendly. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a delicious welcome dish, attention that we appreciated very much. The menu starts from the Bolognese tradition, but also offers Mediterranean flavors to discover. We ordered a generous plate of orecchiette and linguine with scampi, cherry tomatoes and rocket, followed by the inevitable chicory. Despite the generous portions, we saved space for the pistachio semifreddo, which was the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. We are particularly fond of Chiara's kindness, friendliness and sweetness, and Filippo's friendliness. Special thanks go to Chefs Pierantonio and Piero, who for the second time amazed us with their skill and passion for cooking. Highly recommended!
