The restaurant service is impeccable and the staff are very helpful. The girls at the reception were very kind and professional. The spa is very nice.

16/03/2025: We went to this place after it was recommended to us. Really a disappointment. Biblical waiting times. 40 minutes for a basket of bread and 1 hour and 15 for the courses and the place was not full at all. The worst thing: the difference in treatment between tables. At a table next to ours, the dishes arrived very quickly, the water and wine were poured. An experience opposite to ours. It would be interesting to understand why such differences in treatment and on what basis. The food then, we ate the pork fillet and the tuna. Honestly they didn't live up to what we were told. Prices are average for Bologna. The only thing that is saved is the atmosphere of the place.

23/03/2025: Fabulous cured meats, very light and fragrant fried cake, fried polenta that is crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The truly special candies with guinea fowl filling, the wonderful pork fillet. Even the homemade bread served warm. The wine at the perfect temperature... Fast, courteous, precise service. Trust Ivan, he will be able to advise you best. A place to absolutely try and return to!

19/03/2025: We ate very well. Fresh, tasty ingredients, cooked in the best possible way. Attention to the customer, both from the waiting staff and the kitchen staff. For a romantic evening but also for an evening with friends. The period villa where the restaurant is located is very beautiful, elegant and well kept.

I had the pleasure of trying the grilled octopus, which was very tender and paired with sauces and textures that enhanced its flavor sublimely. The red prawn carpaccio with scampi tartare and caviar was also simply spectacular: fresh, delicate and perfectly balanced.
