29/09/2025: We had the vegan margherisa and the 4 stagione vegana. Deliziosa! The best pizza I’ve ever eaten - really, no exaggeration. The taste is indescribable. You have to experience it to believe it. The dough was out of this world. And the toppings absolutely delicious. Love the vegan options and how they clearly make every pizza with love and care.

From the food, which always surprises us with its flavors and attention to detail, to the staff, who transform every dinner into a special occasion. Yesterday, I walked in feeling a little down, and it cheered me up. The final treat was the biscuits for breakfast the next day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We'll definitely be back.

10/11/2025: I went to Moloverde this weekend with my family (three people in total), for the fourth or fifth time now, and each time it lived up to expectations. The food was excellent, both the seafood and meat dishes: the search for alternative and surprising combinations and the attention to presentation were clear. The location is elegant yet welcoming, as are the staff, especially the owner, who, despite her young age, is knowledgeable in explaining the history of each dish, as well as kind and helpful. The price was commensurate with the amount eaten and drunk.

16/12/2025: Bologna's best-kept secret. I challenge you to find another place in the city with the same quality-quantity-price ratio (for example, a generous plate of tagliatelle for €8, a rarity these days). Once upon a time, a trattoria like this would have been just another restaurant among many, but today it's decidedly special. I hope they don't change and never get discovered by TikTokers and food bloggers. And that the latter never read my review.

12/12/2025: First thing, update your opening and closing hours on Google because they're different from the ones you posted outside the door. It's clear that you open and close whenever you want. It's a Friday evening at 10:20 PM. We enter, there are three tables, two large ones and a table for two who are nearing the end of their dinner. We go in and are told the kitchen is closed. We say they just wanted a coffee and two cherry tomatoes in alcohol. Another girl from the place comes and tells us we have to leave because they're closing. We reiterate our request, so we wouldn't have been sitting there for an hour, and we're told in an annoyed way to sit down. So we take our seats and leave. I wonder what kind of entrepreneurs these are??? Maybe the ones who made my boots. There's no way we have to beg and then have to pay them!!!!!! Cross as big as a house and let's spread the word NEVER AGAIN!

28/09/2025: Amazing gelato!!! There's a wide selection of classic and unique flavors, each one better than the last! The location is super cozy, not to mention the staff. The service is absolutely top-notch! Friendliness, politeness, helpfulness, and kindness. Compliments. Highly recommended!

01/12/2025: A classic, slightly vintage-inspired venue, yet elegant, welcoming, and pleasant. My lunch was limited to a few items, but I found them excellently executed, particularly the balanzoni with parmesan cream. The wine selection is limited, but understandably so, given the wine served by the glass, while the wine list is well-stocked and quite interesting. Attentive service, and friendly, courteous staff.

06/12/2025: We arrived at 8 pm without a reservation, and even though the place was packed, they found us a table for two (something we hadn't seen in several other places). The dishes are typical Emilian dishes with a contemporary twist, and everything is delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the center of Modena.
