Very good gourmet sandwiches, several interesting options, quality ingredients. A great place to grab a quick sandwich in the city center. My only complaint is that it's overstuffed...for example, too much mortadella or ham!! The bread, their flagship, is truly top-notch, light and crunchy.

The sandwiches are spectacular...wide selection and they are truly enormous...excellent value for money...I recommend it if you are in the centre of Bologna, practically two floors down from Piazza Maggiore

The sandwich was delicious, but it had its flaws. Perhaps due to the combination of ingredients, it was very greasy, so much so that oil dripped everywhere (combination of ingredients: eggplant, broccoli rabe, ventricina, and provola). I've attached photos of the damage. Next time, if the ingredients are very greasy, please provide a bag. I'd definitely come back again. 😘

We had a mix-up with Just Eat and the order wasn't delivered even though it was paid for. The staff was kind and helpful and offered us a sandwich ❤️❤️❤️

04/05/2026: One of our favorite meals ever. The pastas were incredible, as was the leak dish. So special. The sesame bread sticks? Delicious. Every entre was its own memorable experience. The only thing I didn’t care for was the (take on the) panna cotta — the texture was a bit rubbery and it lacked flavor.
04/05/2026: Divine lunch! A very respectful modernization of the bolognese kitchen - with thoughtful wine pairings, mostly with a regional touch. Luxurious athmosphere in the dining room, informal but correct service, where the waiters seem to genuinely take pride in their work. I went for the lunch tasting menu + the wine pairings and enjoyed every minute. Expect to pay over 200 Euros for the meal, and expect to feel that it was worth it.

14/05/2026: The food was very good! The Service was great although they were over booked, tjey still accomodatr us. they could still make a chit chat with us and check if everything is fine!
13/05/2026: It's not the first time I've been here; I've always had a great experience, except this time. I was very disappointed. The dish I ordered contained pork, but it wasn't listed on the menu at all. I noticed it halfway through and left it as it was. I asked the waiter, and he informed me it was bacon. For religious reasons, I don't eat pork, so I couldn't finish it. The most serious problem is that someone with an allergy, not knowing it, could have had a serious reaction. A reputable restaurant must declare all allergens and main ingredients. I ask that the menu be updated immediately to avoid problems for other customers.
