12/03/2025: I've visited several high-end restaurants in the past few months, but I don't usually write reviews, because I was underwhelmed. I Carracci was outstanding--much better than the Michelin star restaurant we visited the night before. The fixed price menu was a wonderful way to sample traditional dishes of Bologna, transformed by a creative and artistic chef. From the beginning terrine laced with caviar, to the delicate tortellini, to the veal laced with two deliciously paired sauces, the flavors were fabulous. The presentation of each dish was a beautiful mix of classic and modern. The service was warm and at the same time highly sophisticated. And the dining room is the most beautiful traditional restaurant I've visited in Italy.

I was very pleased with both the quality of the food and the quality of the service. Next time in Modena it will definitely be on the coast.

19/03/2025: Here is one of the few ice cream shops that is really worth reviewing. Artisanal ice cream shop with really good, tasty and also original flavors that you can't find around. Their Cioccofrolloo and Optimus are crazy! Very kind and helpful staff, I recommend it to everyone because it is truly one of the best in all of Bologna and the surrounding area!

01/03/2025: Oggi non ho pranzato per problemi di lavoro, così mi sono fermato qui a metà pomeriggio per prendere un gelato. Con quattro euro ho acquistato una coppa di dimensioni ragguardevoli, che mi è stata servita da una ragazza gentile come gentile è stata la ragazza orientale alla cassa. L'ambiente ha un arredamento con colori chiari e una illuminazione studiata per attirare l'attenzione sui gelati che sono esposti a vista. A me i gelati nelle vaschette a vista non piacciono, preferisco quelli conservati nei cilindri chiusi, ma questo, nonostante le vaschette, era ottimo. Hanno aggiunto sopra al gelato una notevole quantità di panna montata su mia richiesta.

The place is welcoming and with attention to every detail, the service is courteous and efficient, the fish is very fresh and in general the food is excellent, from starters to desserts. The menu offering is broad and interesting. This place has had a notable evolution over the years, despite starting from an excellent base, the managers have still managed to further improve every aspect, from the care of the rooms and tables, to the innovation of the menu, the result is a classy restaurant where it is always a pleasure to return.

Ogni piatto è preparato con cura e passione, utilizzando ingredienti di altissima qualità che esaltano i sapori autentici della Romagna. Oltre al cibo eccellente, quello che rende speciale questo posto è l’atmosfera: il personale è attento, premuroso e ti fa sentire coccolato dall’inizio alla fine. È il luogo perfetto sia per una cena rilassante che per un’occasione speciale. Se siete in zona, non potete assolutamente perdervelo! 23/02/2025: Today, in Ravenna, after the half marathon in the morning, what do I do? I'm looking for a delicious piadineria! And I really found it! Excellent watercress taken, super quality. Handmade and with quality products. The owners are super welcoming and very kind. After the beautiful marathon in the morning, thank you for this other sensational experience. I will definitely come back when I return to Ravenna.👌🏼🙌🏼

16/03/2025: The food here is really good. Mixed appetizer, herb tortelli and truffle tortelli are mouth-watering. Chocolate semifreddo with passion fruit sauce. The house wine is also good (we chose still barbera). Friendly staff.
