19/02/2026: Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

18/02/2026: If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

26/02/2026: On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, there's a business lunch for €12.50, excluding drinks, while on Saturdays and Sundays, there's an à la carte menu. Tuesdays are closed. The dishes have always tasted excellent. Huge parking lot nearby, with a parking disc required for a maximum of 90 minutes. Two disabled parking spaces are available. Inside the restaurant, you'll find Cinzia, Ramona, and Cinzia serving you at the tables. Barbara is in the kitchen, manning the stove. At the bar on the first floor, you'll find Cristian, Riccardo, and Lucia.

Simple yet tasty dishes, attentive service, and top-notch quality. It's like going to grandma's house and finding the same love in every dish. Highly recommended. P.S. Everything is delicious, but the apple pie is truly special.

18/03/2026: The excellent quality of the tortelli and fillet steak is not to be missed. Remember to ask for the eggs cooked in the meat sauce once you've finished your meal. The only drawback is that the portions of the first courses have been affected by the shrink-flation trend (there are only a few of them), which is so popular these days.

Much credit goes to Simone and Salvatore, who run the restaurant with passion and professionalism: the atmosphere is a testament to their excellent work. Highly recommended for those looking for a true trattoria, where you can feel at home and eat truly well.
