08/07/2026: A wonderful find in Zola Predosa. The restaurant is a classic trattoria with exquisite decor, filled with antique inscriptions and original signs from the 1930s and 1940s, creating a truly unique and charming atmosphere. The climate deserves a special mention: it's wonderfully cool inside, making it a great summer oasis. The food is good, and the service is quite prompt. They don't have a set lunch menu, but the prices are average: for a main course, a side dish, water, and coffee, I paid €28. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place with character.

08/07/2026: It's a really cute little pizzeria. The terrace has little string lights that make the place very cozy. The waitress is lovely. We ordered two pizzas, a Four Cheese and a Parmigiana, as well as a tiramisu for dessert. The pizzas are very generous. They're excellent. The waitress even gave us a small tart for dessert. The place is very quiet. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Special dishes, impeccable service, and a large, expertly curated wine cellar. The location is spectacular; if you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

19/04/2026: April 18, 2026. I had lunch with a group of friends in this beautiful place. The wine and food were excellent, both traditional Bolognese and some more unique dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back, combining lunch with one of the many walks in the area.

Warm and friendly welcome; amazing piadinas (and plenty of them) and a glass (then two) of chilled Sangiovese. What more could you want from life? A casual, simple, and sincere place. We like it that way. Go there!!

07/07/2026: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We started with a truly excellent bruschetta appetizer, served with perfect bread: soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Next, we had barbecued ribs: delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked, the meat falling off the bone like butter. There were a few sore points, however, about the Rubia Gallega ribeye. Even though we'd asked for it well done, I expected much better flavor, having tried it several times before. As a butcher by profession, I'm aware that not all cuts are identical, but the raw slice we were shown didn't entirely convince me: the original Rubia should have more yellow fat, more abundance, and better marbling, while this one had decidedly less. For the price, I had higher expectations for the flavor. It would have been interesting to have the opportunity to try a tasting of various meats; perhaps that's an option to book separately; we'll find out. ​Otherwise, the evening went very well. Special mention goes to the warm welcome given to our dog, who was immediately brought a bowl of water. The service was excellent, and the location is stunning: even though it's in Sassuolo, the outdoor summer terrace is so elegant and well-designed that it feels like you're somewhere entirely different. ​Overall, it was a lovely experience that we'll repeat, although we'll reevaluate the choice of cuts of meat. Rating: 8 out of 10.

21/07/2026: My review is worth double. It applies both as a customer and as a supplier to Setaccio. A splendid location. My agency and I provided artistic entertainment for a wedding last Saturday, July 18th. Malikia and Luca. Barbara, the restaurant owner, is a very kind hostess and very fond of her couples, which is evident in the way she welcomes them and celebrates them with warmth. Roberto, the maître d', is precise and relaxed, truly a point of reference throughout the entire event. Always on point. In short, everything went great; the newlyweds had a wonderful time, and the guests had a blast. It was an international wedding where they sang and danced from start to finish. I'm writing this review to compliment the venue for another reason as well: the sound system's limiter. Before the party started, I was terrified of suffering a significant reduction in decibels, as unfortunately happens in many other venues where music is played outdoors (and the party is often compromised). But MAGIC. Barbara made an incredible financial investment. The acoustic designer positioned the speakers and noise-cancelling microphones impeccably. This not only allowed for crystal-clear sound throughout the dinner, but also allowed for dancing on the grass as if it were nothing. In short, a design finally executed with the care and attention worthy of a sound Oscar! They succeeded in transforming a potential weakness (when the word "noise-cancelling" is mentioned, all DJs and newlyweds tremble...) into an absolute strength. During dinner, people were able to chat calmly at the table, sing, and then even dance. Well done. As always, smart people make the difference. Sieve passed with honors in every respect!!
