18/11/2025: SPECTACULAR! As soon as you enter they ask if anyone is eating gluten-free and they automatically bring you the menu. There are several types of gluten-free pizza dough, which I loved. Both my partner and I ordered pizza and they were delicious, the menu is very extensive and you will surely hesitate between more than one option but the waiters are very attentive and can help you. They also have gluten-free Italian craft beer and all the desserts are also gluten-free. I recommend the Ferrero Rocher dessert. If we return to Bologna we will definitely repeat!

05/12/2025: Among the best gelato in the area, with friendly and helpful staff and a true professional owner. A wide variety of flavors, including interesting and unique new flavors, which change periodically. Also worth trying is the Tortiera di fronte.
10/11/2025: Aside from the atmosphere, which is still very welcoming,
The quality of the products and the expertise of the staff make any "dolcemente" store a place to return to time and time again.

08/11/2025: The atmosphere is simple, yet pleasant and captivating. Vegetarian and vegan cuisine, a lovely combination of tasty and generous dishes. The wines are also excellent. The owners are friendly and courteous. Must try!
06/11/2025: There were two of us, and we had a truly wonderful time! The two first courses we tried from the autumn menu were exquisite and rich in flavor. The desserts were also delicious. A restaurant we highly recommend.

28/09/2025: I went there with friends on the recommendation for the mutton but we also had 2 grills and arrosticini, chips, fried mushrooms and baked potatoes... generous portions... everything excellent... compliments also to the service, attentive and fast... we will definitely be back

12/11/2025: The place is decidedly simple, but the pizza is superb. Thin and fragrant. Lots of choice, and the staff are very friendly, professional, and pleasant. It doesn't hurt that there's almost always a seat.

It's not a restaurant, but rather a place for drinks and appetizers. The charcuterie boards are excellent, as is a wide selection of liqueurs, including local ones.
Being in the mountains, the best seating is outside, although there are also some inside.
Recommended in summer for a pleasant day away from the city heat.
The owner is friendly and helpful, although other staff are more likely to rotate or be less experienced.
Prices are average.

02/12/2025: Pacha Mama is a truly delightful piadina shop. Light dough, well-filled piadinas, and ingredients that taste fresh. The cassoni are also worth a try: crispy on the outside and rich on the inside, without being heavy.
The service is fast and the staff are friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are fair for the quality.
In short, a place you'll want to return to.

10/09/2025: Rude graying waiter harassed us with teasing until I decided to leave. We arrived at 10.30pm and were harassed by stupid jokes about the time and whatnot. The place was empty, should have been more appreciative. Also badly dressed, baggy and sweaty. If this is service I am Berlusconi. I do the same job and the service was shabby.
