17/05/2026: It's easy to write a review when you've eaten truly well and don't feel like you've wasted your money, even if the bill isn't typical of a trattoria. Given that I probably ate my tastiest sliced ​​steak in 40 years of traveling, I'd only make two minor observations, which should be taken as suggestions and not criticisms. When serving a tasting plate of assorted cheeses, it's always a good idea to indicate where to start; it's not always easy for the diner to understand. Since this is a family dinner on a Saturday night, there's no rush, and it's not a place with shifts, it's not a good idea to limit your appetizer intake because the first course is arriving and you'll eat it a little cold. No one's chasing us, but I can understand why some diners prefer the assembly line. In any case, we'll be back soon, and very willingly.

The service was attentive and unobtrusive, fast, and efficient. The kitchen delivered mouth-watering dishes in a very short time, and the bill was fair for the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. The kitchen and wait staff were well-coordinated, close-knit, and attentive. Highly recommended for couples, families, and groups of friends.

03/05/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant and pizzeria. At our table, Mr. Giorgio was extremely knowledgeable about wines and seafood and gave us the best recommendations. 05/05/2026: Il Campanaccio remains one of my favorite restaurants in Imola. Everything is prepared with care and professionalism. In addition to the menu, they always offer daily alternatives. Outdoor seating is also available in the summer. Welcoming service. Excellent value for money. Reservations are recommended.

04/06/2026: Delightfully EXCELLENT value for money. Fresh food cooked to perfection, very knowledgeable and friendly service, stunning setting right on the sea and dock. The bill was fair (value for money): three appetizers, two main courses, water, half a bottle of wine, coffee, and a cover charge, €109. I'm truly satisfied with the dinner I just had, and I'm happy to compliment the owner on the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. Thank you very much. I'll be back as soon as I can.

06/06/2026: We came for lunch. The place is very welcoming, with excellent background music (finally, no lounge covers of famous songs), very polite and knowledgeable staff, a well-designed menu, and top-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: A rather average Italian food experience. The polenta sticks were bland and unseasoned; the tortellli with asparagus were nice and buttery; the burger was ok; the chicche were overcooked and too soft. Nice venue but the food was just ok, nothing special.

26/05/2026: A very nice place in its streetside location with convenient parking. The staff is attentive, friendly, and responsive to all requests. Friendliness, warmth, and hospitality. Even though it's a mountain restaurant, I was treated differently than many other city restaurants. I recommend it 100%!

16/05/2026: Sunday lunch, reservations. My girlfriend and I sit at a table so close to the bathroom that (with all the commotion) I couldn't hear myself through the hand-drying device. I politely ask the waiter to move us because we couldn't even hear each other, and he snorts and asks very rudely. They seat me in front of the pizzeria, which would be fine despite being very close to the waiters' station where they stop to cut bread/make desserts, etc. If it weren't for the fact that we're sitting right next to the kitchen intercom. Every dish that came out was called over the intercom, and we were promptly deafened. For those reading this for the food, at least that's pretty good. If you go on a quieter day, you might have a better time, but I'm reviewing it for the rudeness and the disappointment of eating a good dish surrounded by incredible commotion. Had I not booked, I would have understood (more or less), but you know you'll be hosting two more customers. Try not to make your lunch break—which is a time for conviviality, pleasure, and relaxation—a moment of nervousness and discomfort. Maybe next time you won't, but I don't think I'll be coming again. 27/04/2026: Four of us went on a Saturday evening. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can immediately taste the attention paid to the selection of ingredients. But what makes this place truly special is the location: meticulous attention to detail, with a charming atmosphere that makes dinner even more enjoyable. Perfect for both a romantic evening and a dinner with friends. We'll definitely be back. Attentive and friendly service, never intrusive, and an excellent selection of wines that perfectly complement the dishes. A place to return to without a second thought. Highly recommended!

07/06/2026: We had called for a birthday party that included 12 people (specifying that we had the cake). When we arrived, the staff insisted that they couldn't keep the cake without a receipt, highly fearing checks. No one had warned us to bring the receipt and they insisted that they had absolutely told us. When we brought the receipt, they didn't even look at it but accepted it without making sure it was the right one. Once we were seated, the girl came to take our order after 30 minutes. They brought us a lot of pizzas at a time and in an hour they removed us from the table. They brought the cake with no one at the table, including the birthday boy. No one had said it was time to bring it, thus ruining the surprise. Most of the people who were with us (including me) felt ill immediately after dinner. Next time you're not there, be careful that they don't come to check for the impact of the pizza and not for a missing receipt. Have a good evening.
