07/09/2025: The refined atmosphere and artistic vibe are inviting and relaxing, with child-friendly amenities (high chair, changing table, and raised bathroom sink). The dishes are truly exquisite: I tried the appetizer with fresh spinach and poached egg, and the tagliolini with prosciutto ragù, both worthy of mention. The desserts are varied and delicious; the crema di caffè bruciata is a must-try. The restaurant is nestled among historic buildings overlooking the Taro River, an area we discovered by chance and has made us want to return for more.

28/08/2025: Just outside the Fornovo toll booth, we tried this restaurant and will definitely be back. Easy parking in the market square. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, with exposed stone walls and plenty of round tables for pleasant conversation. The staff are welcoming, courteous, and unobtrusive. Excellent ingredients. We ordered freshly prepared tagliatelle and tortelli with herbs (a true delight), mortadella with torta fritta, and homemade gelato: all very, very good. A great discovery.

23/08/2025: I'd been to this place before, I liked it, but after last night I was very disappointed. As soon as we sat down, we ordered two appetizers. After 5 minutes, they said that Mine was sold out... the second course was missing the tartare... a dessert was missing... the Nocino was missing... a terrible impression. The name would have been acceptable at 21:45 in the middle of dinner. My companion's tagliata was full of sinew... I'm sorry, but that's not how you do catering.

17/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questa trattoria in un viaggio da Como alla maremma grossetana. Non ci piace pranzare in autogrill, quindi nei nostri viaggi cerchiamo sempre un'alternativa fuori dall'autostrada. Conoscevamo già il borgo, peraltro assolutamente meritevole di visita con la sua bellissima abbazia. Il locale è semplice, ma pulito, l'accoglienza più che cordiale, il servizio più che adeguato, il cibo ed il vino eccellenti, il prezzo più che giusto. Abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle ai porcini, spaghetti cacio e pepe, della verdura (tutto preparato al momento) e un delizioso assaggio di formaggi. Per arrivarci, generalmente lasciamo l'auto nel parcheggio in autostrada e raggiungiamo il sito con un breve, piacevole passeggiata a piedi (5 min). Consiglio la visita dell'abbazia e del suo meraviglioso chiostro. Nel borgo c'è anche una piccola area sosta camper. Luogo e trattoria da non perdere!

22/08/2025: What came before: After the debacle in Venice (finally, after three days of recovering from food poisoning there), we can finally enjoy our food again. Friday evening - in August - pizza night: For €8 to €9, fresh pizza from the wood-fired oven. Large, generously filled, and "no added sugar." Reservations are recommended. The pizzaiolo can only handle so many people; once it's gone, it's gone. And the crowds know it. The kiosk is packed. This is what the "Eat" from the movie Eat, Pray, and Love means.

28/06/2025: I give you 5 stars because on a rainy Saturday night when even the light was going out it seemed like late autumn and instead it was the first day of summer I found myself there by chance with a friend I ate a good pizza and I fell in love with the girl/woman behind the counter. I hope to come and visit you soon. You are sunny like your pizza. Highly recommended ❤️

08/09/2025: Excellent bakery. I had their homemade erbazzone, which was delicious. The gnocco was also delicious. I also had some croissants, the best I've ever eaten. Paid about €11 for two people. For erbazzone, pizza, and gnocco.

18/06/2025: The brioche are really excellent. I was disappointed by the erbazzone (and especially by the gnocco: not very tasty and too dry. Pleasant and very friendly service.

03/06/2025: Visited on the occasion of an evening organized for a dinner. Farmhouse with well-kept exterior, room where we dined tastefully furnished under the exposed brick vaults. Good table service, that evening the owner was also there laughing and joking with the guests. We ate well, excellent Piacenza salami and chissolini, a nice well-cooked risotto and a dessert concluded the evening. Dancing evening in another air-conditioned room. What can I say, definitely return.

14/09/2025: The restaurant itself is refined, stylish, and serves good food, but the atmosphere for us as guests felt far from welcoming. From the start, it was obvious that certain customers were given a highly preferential treatment, while others—like us—were handled with little care. I had personally made the reservation, I speak Italian, and we were dressed appropriately, so this was not a case of being “just tourists.” Still, the difference in attention was striking. A particularly disappointing moment was when we requested a very minor adjustment to one of the dishes. The answer was a dry refusal—no explanation, no alternative, simply “no.” This kind of attitude is something I have never come across elsewhere in Italy, where hospitality usually sets the standard. It created a sense of being looked down upon, which overshadowed the evening. If you are not a regular or somebody locally well-known, you should be aware that you may not feel valued in this restaurant.

05/09/2025: Excellent lunch. We were pampered by Mr. Andrea. Expertly recommended. The best cacio e pepe and raw shrimp from Marzara del Vallo. A touching dish. You are brilliant! You deserve nothing but applause. The homemade ice cream is a real treat.... Must try, Enry.

10/09/2025: The restaurant boasts a refined design. The staff is young and friendly. They offer a wide range of pizzas, including gourmet ones with various toppings. First and second courses are also available. Clean. Good value for money.

05/09/2025: At lunchtime, spending 24 euros for a cutlet with potatoes, water and coffee is really a lot.

03/08/2025: This beautifully renovated restaurant is centrally located in the town. It's the beating heart of the Farinesi and a strategic refueling point for passersby, tourists, and travelers. Many appreciate this trattoria's superb aperitifs, delicious pizzas, and delicious traditional dishes. Numerous truck drivers and tow trucks park their vehicles at the scales outside the restaurant to certify their shipments. And under the pergola in front of Bar Bobo, clusters of local aficionados settle in for a game of scopa or a briscola tournament. And let's not forget the football fans, accustomed to chewing on football between courses, who come to watch their favorite team play: given that this restaurant was once home to a large Juventus club, their preference is obviously for "La Signora." Recently, as I was entering this place, comfortably seated on the wooden bench, I saw and greeted the legendary Davide, a football legend and lifelong Napoli fan. He once managed this bar; now, while savoring a Tuscan wine, he enjoys harassing everyone with cards, counting the points with his sly smile.
