02/06/2026: An elegant restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. The dishes we chose were all very good, carefully prepared, and the portions were adequate. However, over €120 for two appetizers and two first courses, without wine, just water, is too much, considering two important factors. The restaurant, located outside the city center, is nice but nothing special. And the service was efficient, but cold, hasty, and careless.

16/03/2026: I often go there for cigarettes, and I know this bar is historic, always very popular, and has excellent coffee. Inside, you can play Enalotto and Super Enalotto tickets, and the staff is friendly. For a quick coffee, I recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Highly recommended!

20/01/2026: I can only have good reviews and fond memories of this place. Antonio and Valerio have always been the number one choice for coffee, cappuccino, and pastries on Viale Gramsci and the surrounding area. For the nearly thirty years I lived on Via Toniolo, I had breakfast there almost every morning, as well as buying cigarettes for my mother and her partner. Their kindness, courtesy, and friendliness, which was obviously reciprocated, will always remain in my heart, especially since the days of the excellent Roberta coffee. As soon as I return to Modena, I'll stop by.

26/03/2026: In a warm and comfortable setting, modern yet delightful, we enjoyed their famous torta fritta with cured meats. Absolutely amazing! An excellent glass of wine and their own pickles. Friendly and professional service, no surprises at all... Filippo, number one!!! The experience is worth the trip.

17/12/2025: Due to a traffic jam on the highway, we decide to exit at Berceto for lunch and head to the Ca' Mari inn, which none of us had heard of. It's an iconic place on a large, green, tree-filled plateau with a classic little church. As soon as you enter, you feel like you're at grandma's: the stove, the furnishings, the tables, the tablecloths... Everything makes you feel warmly welcomed. The friendly lady explains a simple menu with intriguing dishes. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and ravioli with goose ragù are memorable. The goose breast, beef fillet, and picanha are all delicious. The price is fair.

30/06/2026: Yesterday I was with a friend from Milan and wanted to introduce her to the classic piadina Romagnola. We stumbled upon this little kiosk almost by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The piadina is the Riccionese type, the thin one I love. The ingredients are top-quality and generously filled. The owners, a mother and son, are very kind and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

27/04/2026: Under the new management, the menu has significantly expanded to include salads, main courses, first courses with homemade pasta, desserts, and cakes baked by Patrizia and her son, Thomas. As always, you'll find the ever-popular taglierini with cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by soft crescentine and piadina, and a variety of burgers and sandwiches. Opening hours have also been extended, offering breakfast or, if you happen to be there at the right time, an aperitif accompanied by a tasty fried food. Or maybe even a simple coffee...

29/04/2026: Very nice location, tastefully decorated, run by very smart and courteous people. As an aperitif before a concert, we tried the platter of piadinas and tigelle. Excellent quality and fair prices. We'll be back next time. Good luck!

29/01/2026: We stumbled upon this beautiful vintage wine bar by chance. We were headed to the Luca Carboni concert at the Unipol Arena, which is a 3-minute walk from the wine bar. We had dinner before the concert, with a delicious and tender pork main course, and drank two glasses of wine accompanied by two platters—one mixed and one cheese-only. Everything was delicious, but above all, despite the place being fully booked, the service was impeccable.

11/07/2026: A disappointing dinner, not up to par with what my girlfriend and I ordered. The two starters were passed, but the second course, a sea bass/sea bream weighing over 1 kg, was a real eye-opener. Before cooking this sea bass/sea bream, we were obviously shown the dish and given its weight—I repeat, over 1 kg. Well, we were shown it again before the waiter cleaned it, plated it, and brought it to our table. The end result: on both plates, there were two miserable sea bass fillets COMPLETELY covered in a blanket of boiled potatoes. I don't think there were even 200 grams of sea bass on either plate. In total!!! For a moment, we thought, "They're just finishing cleaning it," but we realized 10 minutes later that our second course was those piles of boiled potatoes. If there had been more attention to the service and to the customer themselves, the evening would certainly have been better for everyone. From my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. I had already had the pleasure of celebrating my twins' Confirmation here the previous year, and I had a wonderful time there too. Both I and all the guests had a wonderful time, appreciating not only the splendid location surrounded by the greenery of the Centro al Gese, but also the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Stefania for her kindness, availability, and professionalism, which made both days even more enjoyable and meticulously crafted. The food was truly excellent: carefully prepared, tasty, and beautifully presented, enjoyed by all the guests. Furthermore, as a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated the wide selection of vegetarian dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. An absolutely positive experience that I highly recommend for events and special occasions.
