This pastry shop is truly excellent and definitely worth a try if you're near Porta Castiglione. The prices are quite high and the staff isn't particularly friendly, but the quality of the products more than makes up for the experience. If you're looking for excellent desserts, it's still worth it.

I was especially impressed by the quality of the seafood and the attention to detail in the preparation. The portions are good, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help with the choice. A great place to enjoy delicious food by the sea. We will definitely come back again!

Neighborhood bar where you can still have fun and chat about anything. Fantastic bartenders and a cheerful atmosphere. It's my favorite bar.
30/06/2026: I found myself having to pick up a package there because the DHL courier decided not to come to my office. The clerk was extremely rude and impolite, both towards me and the other customers who were there at the time. I should point out that she started swearing after I politely told her I needed to pick up a package. She continued swearing the entire time, despite my silence. I assume it's your choice to become a collection point. You can also refrain from doing so if you have to insult anyone who happens to be picking up a package there.

10/08/2026: I was lucky that they accepted my order because they closed at 9pm, the piadina was very good and my family loved it, thank you Mrs. Maria.
05/08/2026: In the two weeks I spent in the area, this quickly became my absolute favorite: melt-in-your-mouth piadinas and cassoni—so much so that I brought home a dozen for my family to try—flavorful and original yet traditional fillings, much lower prices than the competition, and the option to dine in or take out.
But the best part, what makes this place truly unique and special, are the people: eating at Maria's has become a bit like dining with family, and for that I want to thank Maria, Riccardo, and Francesco!

28/07/2026: My favourite restaurant from our trip to Bologna. A family-run restaurant that's clearly loved by locals, with years of tradition and the warmest hospitality.
Come for the incredible bollito or the roast misto, add a few of the delicious seasonal sides, and enjoy it all with a bottle of Lambrusco. Then stay for the legendary dessert cart.
A true Bologna institution and an absolute gem. If you're visiting the city, this place is an absolute must.

13/06/2026: Yesterday for dinner, we returned to the Polis restaurant, where we'd already been a couple of times.
What can I say? It's always a confirmation across the board, from the quality of the ingredients to the friendly, top-notch service.
They offered us a small salmon rocher while we waited for our dishes to arrive.
We chose the tasting menu with fisherman's net, Faraglione troccoli, and corsaro's fried fish.
The dishes were not only beautiful to look at, but truly delicious.
The price is consistent with the quality of the ingredients.
For us, it remains a sure thing!

04/04/2026: I don't want to be mean, but unfortunately, we're not there yet. I gave it another chance, but it was no use, and I'll explain. I consider this seafood restaurant, which claims to be of the highest quality, too commercial, but the fish I ate here tastes like nothing! Flavorless.
The portions were adequate, the prices, like everything else, were out of control and exaggerated, and the service was impeccable.
I won't be coming here again, because the quality of the ingredients should come first, and the owner's fake niceness should come second and last to maintain the right clientele.
