We searched for Chiosco del Savio on Google Maps while passing through Cesena; the excellent reviews were confirmed. Warm and friendly welcome; amazing piadinas (and plenty of them) and a glass (then two) of chilled Sangiovese. What more could you want from life? A casual, simple, and sincere place. We like it that way. Go there!!

Dying of thirst in the 30-degree heat, I grab a beer in the shade. Probably seeing how exhausted I was, after I sat down to drink, they brought me some piadina (delicious). I'm not used to such kindnesses. ❤️

The wait was a bit long due to a large group of people who had to be fed, who arrived before us, but the service was very courteous and polite! Payment was only made after we'd eaten, because they say you have to like what you've eaten before paying! And we were very happy to pay!

20/07/2026: Typical dinner (crostini, tagliatelle, venison steak, beans, and mascarpone), all delicious. Simple and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. The bill was reasonable. We'll be back, well done!
19/07/2026: A gastronomic experience not to be missed if you're in the area. Reservations are required (but in places where the quality is high, this is now a given)!

13/05/2026: A charming place. A must-visit with family and friends. Delicious food, beautifully presented, colorful, flavorful, and delicious. Excellent value. Beautiful location, in the small preserves square, and a welcoming, refined atmosphere. You can choose from the menu or choose directly from the display case... with a mouth-watering variety of side dishes. The only flaw? We've been waiting for years for a branch in Sicily, but it never arrived. Ugh!
