Pizzeria Bianco Farina In Bologna

07/06/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere and a lovely location for summer, thanks to the lovely garden. Friendly staff and fast service. Unfortunately, I didn't like the pizza I tried very much; the tomato sauce was a bit acidic.

12/05/2026: I was here last night with my parents and we had a really good time. The place has a very rustic and laid-back atmosphere, simple yet authentic, and you can immediately sense the wonderful team behind it, focusing on sustainability and the quality of the ingredients. I really appreciated the fact that many of the products come from land confiscated from the mafia: it's a choice that adds even more value to the experience. We started with some truly excellent potato croquettes; you could taste they were handmade and made with fresh potatoes. The fries were also good and well-made. I liked the pizza: the ingredients were high-quality and very flavorful. Personally, I prefer a different style of pizza, less "Bolognese" and less crispy, but that's purely personal preference and doesn't detract from the quality of the product. Overall, this place absolutely deserves five stars, both for what they offer and for the values ​​they uphold.
