08/10/2025: A must-try every time I come to Verona with my girlfriend. From the beautifully appointed location to the kindness of Gianni and his entire staff. The traditional dishes are truly delicious! For dessert, we recommend the mille-feuille and the chocolate salami!

The shredded beef with polenta is also very good.

02/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding in July at this incredible property in the Castrum! As always, they were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The rooms and suites were perfect, and the bistro for the evening of our guests' arrival was excellent!
The party, with this beautiful view, was wonderful and exceeded every expectation!
A huge shout-out to Elia for his excellent drinks and music at the end of the evening: we had a blast!
29/08/2025: Excellent facility. The owners and staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. An experience worth repeating (tastings at the property's bistro). The breakfast is superb in terms of both quantity and quality.

The spaghetti with seafood is exceptional. The wine is good, but always limited. The piazza is exceptional, but the beer is always limited.
The coffee is exceptional, but the grappa is better.
03/10/2025: From the outside, the restaurant looks rather ordinary, and the interior doesn't exactly display brilliant decor. But the food is exceptionally delicious. That's what really matters. Excellently cooked, graciously served, and affordable prices, too. 5 points, clearly.

28/09/2025: The owner of Crusty Pizza is lovely, makes you feel welcome even when you don't know much Italian. The Ham and Cheese pizza is so delicious. I highly recommend coming here for a slice of even just a glass of Forst beer
27/09/2025: A cute uncle bakes the pizza, which you can eat on site or order to take away! Something divine! There is also a delicious selection of beer and soft drinks. I would like to add that we ate the most delicious and sophisticated Marinara pizza in Italy here, thank you!

26/09/2025: We've been here the last two years and were looking forward to the good food again. Unfortunately, the quality and taste have declined significantly, but the prices have increased. However, the sunset during dinner is unbeatable.

Carpaccio with tartufo— good quality meat, but truffle without any fragrance or flavor.
Braised beef with Amarone— bland.
Black cod— tasteless, gluey sauce.
Vegetable contorni— the best thing we ordered.
Perhaps an off day, or it is no longer what it was?
