28/05/2026: This is the third time I've eaten at this restaurant. This time I decided to give my feedback. I truly recommend it; a very well-kept, welcoming, clean place, with professional and friendly staff. Yes, the food is truly delicious. The dishes are truly tempting: beautiful to look at and excellent on the palate. Fresh fish. You feel pampered from start to finish. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I have to because the place absolutely deserves it. 🔝

28/05/2026: Good morning, I'd say I left with two dishes because I was hungry. It's better to bring a spare sandwich. The price is high for the value of the dishes. Was the waiter perhaps bitten by a tarantula? Not a half-hearted smile. The usual story of wine by the glass, which I hate, just to make you pay triple the price. The plate in the bags was disgusting. Was there supposed to be shrimp inside? Out of four bags, only one had part of a shrimp. I've traveled all over the world and have never eaten so little and so badly...

01/01/2026: My friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Jolly! They offer a wide variety of pizzas and some pasta options. Everything looked delicious, and it was honestly hard to choose what to order. In the end, we went with the seafood spaghetti and a classic tuna pizza — both were incredibly fresh and flavorful! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right as foreign visitors. Considering the quality and the very reasonable prices, I highly recommend visiting Jolly if you’re near Lake Garda!

05/07/2026: I had the pleasure of staying one night at Bacco d'Oro for work, and the experience was truly excellent. The property is beautiful, immersed in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, where you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are undoubtedly one of its strengths. If you love wine, this is the place: the selection is truly extraordinary and showcases the local area to its fullest. The room was impeccable, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. I slept wonderfully thanks to a truly comfortable mattress. Breakfast, served directly at your table, is an added bonus: quality products, a wide selection, and, upon request, they can also prepare eggs, ham, and fontina cheese at no extra charge. This customer service truly makes a difference and makes you feel at home. All this at absolutely fair prices, considering the high quality of the service. A place I happily recommend and will definitely return to.

07/07/2026: The clams and mussels were very good, the pasta was unfortunately a little overcooked, but the flavor was very good, the octopus sauce was good, but unfortunately the octopus itself was perhaps overcooked, and its too soft texture completely detracted from it. The complimentary wine and cicchetto were good. Overall, however, there were too many ups and downs.

08/08/2026: Too bad that only 5 stars is the maximum I can give :) This place is fantastic. When we got there, we had to wait a bit because the place was full, but it was worth the wait. We waited in the entrance when the waiters surprised us with a glass of prosecco each and the kids with a soda. It was very nice in this heat. After 5 minutes our table was free and they were already taking care of us. Before we could order, they brought us appetizers which were very delicious, and they also brought us some crunchies. We didn't have to wait long for the dishes, and they were very delicious. We got everything in huge portions. And before paying, they brought us a gift of homemade Limoncello, which was delicious. I can only recommend this place to everyone, I give it a special score of 10/10!!!

01/08/2026: Good morning I've been a customer of this restaurant for years, and seeing such snide and negative reviews from customers makes my blood boil. I know their working methods well, and I know that if there are problems, they resolve them as best they can. The fact that they said the food was inedible, and it wasn't noticed by the staff, I think is untrue. Maybe it's time for some people to show their face instead of acting like keyboard warriors!!!! Come on, guys, keep it up, don't let these warriors demoralize you!!!!

31/07/2026: Arrogant Service (Davide) scallops full of sand, no one was interested in us, dive-like service, we ordered water for the second and breadsticks arrived only after complaints and food, the price is very high for what is offered, shame!!!!

22/07/2026: We had a delicious lunch today! We ended up here because of the good reviews and had an hour to spare for our lunch before the boat departed back to Lazise. We really enjoyed our meal! The pasta, pizza, potatoes, and salad were truly superb. And it was incredibly hospitable to receive a welcome drink. Moreover, we also received a pizza blanco on the house. However, there are a few points for improvement: - The place opens at 12:00, and we were sitting on the terrace at exactly that time. However, the door didn't open until ten minutes later. So, too late. - The waiter didn't speak English and was very stiff at the beginning. It did get better after that, though, and we did our best in our best Italian. It was a delicious lunch, and we were back at the boat right on time.

19/07/2026: The pasta al Scoglio is within my top 3 I’ve ever eaten. The carbonara is good, but they don’t use guanciale. Very friendly staff, definitely recommend

15/07/2026: For our first evening in Malcesine, we discovered this charming restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, excellent service, and the dessert was a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend it and will gladly return!

07/01/2026: It was an excellent seafood restaurant, with an old-fashioned atmosphere, from the furnishings to the classical music in the background, unfortunately on December 31, 2025 it closed, not because of the management's will, but I think on the part of the owners...Sic!!!

30/12/2025: An excellent culinary experience in a restaurant seemingly from another era, located on a hill with a breathtaking view in the sunlight! Meat and fish menus, top-quality products carefully prepared. A feast for the eyes and, above all, for the palate! The extremely friendly wait staff ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Plus, they're AIC certified, and their pizzas are amazing, gluten-free, and even lactose-free! It's an irreplaceable and inimitable place. It's always been family-run, and the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, polite, and kind—restaurateurs with a capital R.
