Very abundant and very good dishes
03/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, dishes absolutely prepared by the restaurant owners and typical of the place, the only flaw, in my opinion, is the serving of wine by the glass and not by fractions of a liter, otherwise everything is top notch and absolutely worth trying.

03/04/2024: Restaurant equipped for large groups. Very welcoming atmosphere and typical menus. Courteous staff.
01/04/2024: Easter lunch. Table booked with CELIAC girl! Be notified well in advance, so as to allow for adequate organization for the situation.
As soon as we arrive we inform them that I am the celiac girl; waitress falling from the clouds. He goes to find out what I can eat, and then reassures me that I can eat all the appetizers.
The first appetizer arrives.
Spelled Salad!!!
In disbelief, I ask for confirmation of the ingredient and am told that it is even better than pasta; I OBVIOUSLY decide not to eat it and have the dish taken away.

I am obviously in disbelief.
No waiter was aware that I had celiac disease because obviously there is poor communication among the staff, and with each course I had to make sure that what I was given was gluten-free.
Obviously a couple of hours later I start to feel sick with clear symptoms of gluten intoxication.
Obviously very little organization and preparation regarding illnesses and allergies;
If you suffer from eating problems stay away from this restaurant.
As a customer, if you consider yourself prepared for this, I must be able to trust the food and the staff... obviously this is not the case.

22/10/2023: We stopped here for lunch after dropping our daughter at the airport and wanting to walk our dog in the beautiful countryside. The food was delicious, we ordered from the fixed menu and was not disappointed. Good atmosphere, friendly,great service, fantastic value. Difficult to find but definitely worth the look. Very near to lovely walks and cycle paths. Dog friendly and clean, who could ask for more!

13/03/2024: I've been going to "L'ALTRO CARLO RE" for many years.
My absolute favorite pizza is this:
4 CHEESES with SWEET SAUSAGE or in the variant with SPICY SALAMI.
Here, to evaluate the other pizzerias or this one made by them as a parametric SAMPLE.
And I still use this method today, decades later.
Truly top notch pizza!
Furthermore, over the years the place has been renovated more and more and is even more beautiful with the new style of furniture.
I thank Marzia and Gianlu for all these years.

La location è molto carina, con un ampio parcheggio.
Il servizio è ottimo e anche un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
30/12/2023: Abbiamo scelto di passare qui la nostra serata con amici , che dire la location è molto particolare , il personale di sala anche se giovane , ci sono sembrati molto disponibili ed educati . Cucina buona , menu concordato con lo chef qualche settimana prima . Dolce anche se non concordato nel menu , grazie alla gentilezza del direttore di sala , siamo riusciti ad averlo , pagandolo logicamente , ma leggendo altre recensioni ci eravamo preoccupati che non ce ne fossero , e invece ci sono , forse non per tutti uguale , ma è stato un errore nostro non concordalo prima .
Prezzo nella media , anche se quando abbiamo concordato il menu c’erano varie fasce di prezzo , noi abbiamo scelto quella più adatta a noi .
Ringrazio ancora il personale per la gentilezza , nonostante fossimo in tanti e il locale era pieno , ci hanno trattato davvero bene . Da ritornarci sicuramente
