06/04/2026: A historic restaurant in the "Classica" Valpolicella region, nestled in the heart of the hills with a beautiful view of the plains below and Verona. In summer, the breeze makes you forget the heat; the excellent service and the attention to detail they put into each dish, often showcasing local ingredients, do the rest (ask for recommendations; everyone is friendly and helpful). The option (minimum two people) of having two different half portions of the first course is a nice touch, allowing you to sample different options. Recommended.

11/07/2026: With the city's sweltering heat, we went up a little and dined on this restaurant's terrace, with a pleasant view of the valley.
Authentic, tasty food. Vegetarian options are also available.
You won't leave feeling heavy, as unfortunately has happened in other places lately.
Good value.

The fireplace makes cooking much appreciated.
09/07/2026: Upscale restaurant with great food, locally sourced wine & superb service. The gnocchi is a must try but their signature dish “porchetta” was rather salty and hard to finish.
The florentine steak and grilled chicken were both grilled to perfection and were a great fit to the recommended wine pairings.

16/05/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I was treated very badly by a young waitress, who was extremely rude and impolite from the start. I felt so uncomfortable that I got up and left without even ordering. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.
11/05/2026: It's been a long time since I've been there but I didn't like it as much as I used to, the guys and the place are always nice and friendly, nothing to say, but this time there were 3 of us and honestly we didn't eat as well as we used to.

09/10/2025: We love this place! We are so happy to have found it! Visited Italy for 9 days and landed there every night whether for dinner or drinks. The food is outstanding; best pizza ever! And Rinaldo, the owner is amazing, as his all of the staff. A must go to if you are in the area. ❤️

20/03/2026: We go to Gottardi's mainly for the bread, which is delicious, but we've also stopped occasionally for a snack or brunch. They have a wide selection of breads, pizzas, desserts, and fresh pasta, and the deli counter is quite well stocked. Highly recommended.

20/07/2026: As someone who doesn't usually eat pizza, I tried my husband's and it was really good. I would definitely order from there again. It doesn't have too much tomato sauce, it's fruity and sweet, and really good. The prices are great, the tiramisu is a highlight, and the staff is very friendly. My pizzas were also very good.

14/10/2025: Since it opened, we've always had pizza at La Lanterna every Saturday night.
Antonio, the owner, is a kindhearted guy. His passion has always been pizza. There are so many mediocre pizzas out there, and many even get used to them, even convincing themselves that this is how pizza is made. His pizza, however, is decidedly superior, inspired by the best. It's fragrant and fragrant, the dough is well-leavened, light and easy to digest, the crust is high, the air bubbles are excellent, and the ingredients are carefully selected and always top-quality. Besides the pizza, the other dishes are also absolutely worth trying. The ravioli with two cherry tomatoes, yellow and red, and the braised beef are especially sublime.

29/06/2026: What a great idea to have gone to this restaurant! Simple, generous, and authentically Italian. The menu isn't translated, and that's perfectly fine (the waiter spoke French). The setting is very pleasant, and the staff is very professional. I highly recommend the seafood pasta :) The price is very reasonable.
