Ristorante Beluga In Verona

Beluga is located near Verona's medioeval castle and, as the name hints, is devoted to fish and seafood, offering a good food choice while remaining within the solid tradition of a proper fish restaurant: no fancy or innovative combinations, but just good and well cooked fish and seafood. The place is not too large but cosy enough and nicely decorated. There is also a small outdoor area but it is along a very busy street, so eating inside would be recommended. All the dishes we tried were satisfying, with the very minor hiccup that one of the fish dishes should have been a bit warmer when served. The service is attentive and discreet. Recommended

I had lunch at Beluga for my birthday. We were a party of nine, and we were all impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The first courses were generous, the fish was incredibly fresh, the wine list was excellent, and above all, we were given honest advice by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent rating, we'll be back!

We're from Rome and were looking for a restaurant that served quality seafood and wasn't too touristy. We had raw fish and spaghetti with clams: excellent. We're passionate about raw fish and can honestly say it's hard to find anything this good. The waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. The owner was friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for good seafood, go here. Trust me (and lucky you).

Very beautiful and elegant restaurant, with a very intimate atmosphere, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The only flaw was that we had to wait almost 40 minutes for a crudité appetizer.

Great seafood restaurant outside of the tourist flow. The restaurant was empty when we arrived on Friday at 8 p.m., but was almost full an hour later. The waiter had plenty of time, and we had excellent service; his wine suggestion was spot on, and the fish dishes were tasty and well worth the price.

We were delighted to have dinner at this fantastic restaurant. The fish was excellent, both as a first course and as a second course. The attention to detail and customer service was truly amazing. They offered to leave our helmets and jackets there while we took a walk. We will definitely be back (and highly recommend it).

We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance on April 4th. Welcoming staff, excellent food, a quiet location, fast service, and a helpful and welcoming owner. It was a pleasure chatting with him. I recommend it.
