23/03/2026: Located in a district above Badia Calavena, this restaurant is very basic inside but has a lovely outdoor terrace for summer. The menu is completely different from what you might expect. High-quality, refined, with carefully crafted dishes from appetizer to dessert. Everything is delicious. Excellent value for money. Good service.

07/06/2026: Typical Veronese/Lessinia cuisine. And I must say, delicious. Fast service. Excellent price.
The only downside was the portions... my macaroni was really small... it seemed like a baby portion. It's a shame because they were really good with a delicious wild boar sauce.
I noticed that the portions served at other tables were some generous, others much smaller... so the only advice I can give is to make the portions more uniform!

03/04/2026: I went for dinner yesterday. Let's first talk about how beautiful it was: the attention and service were excellent, and it was very clean. Now let's move on to the food. Let's just say the quality-price ratio is completely off-putting. Prices are very high, and the quality-quantity ratio is very low. For example, they charge 5 euros for just the cover charge and bread. Not even in Rome's historic center do they charge that.
I would never go back.

23/07/2026: Absolutely amazing place! Beautiful inside promoting some local artists every so often. There is a lot of local products which are great. But the main reason to pop in is the bread the smell of that bread, and the taste with butter. Mniammmm! There is no better bread than theirs! To add cherry on the cake there are some foccacia with seasonal veggies from locals farmers. They have yummy eggs!
And tadammm that’s not all! They have some brownies or muffins that make my ears shake like an elephant 🤣🤣🤣 delicious!!! 100% recommending! A must place!
17/07/2026: This bakery was recommended by some friends from Verona who come by bike once a week to pick up bread.
It was a lovely discovery; I ordered some bread (cut following the staff's instructions) and a pizza, which I ate on the spot.
If you're on vacation or in the area, go and buy the bread.

21/07/2025: The pizza dough was excellent, a little burnt, but that happens. Service was quite slow, but that's tolerable. The dessert was a little stale and smelled like it was in the fridge; that can happen, too.

30/05/2026: A wonderful experience in Sprea, nestled in the mountains between Verona and Vicenza, with a visit to the medicinal herb and biodiversity garden. We had an excellent lunch at Giardino Café & Co., where Valeria and Giacomo welcomed us with professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. We ate deliciously. Highly recommended!
