15/02/2024: Restaurant discovered by chance, tried and satisfied. Nice and welcoming place (even if you wouldn't think so from the outside), suitable for an intimate dinner but also for a dinner/lunch with friends. Very friendly and helpful staff, quality and well cooked food. In addition to the à la carte menu they also have dishes of the day, we took the pappardelle with rabbit, delicious and the Tomahawk, sublime. The desserts are also very good. I had such a good time last night that I have already booked to return in two weeks. Compliments!

25/03/2024: It's been several years since I celebrated my birthday, but at the milestone of turning 50 I couldn't help but not do it. I invited some old friends, but also others who I have had the pleasure of meeting in recent years. Several years have passed since the last time I was at Michelin in Tregnago and I chose this restaurant because I have always enjoyed it. I booked in January to have the 20-seat room and, even though I didn't reach the quorum of 17 people, they left it to me anyway. I can only be happy to note that nothing has changed, excellent service as well as the quality of the dishes served. You can't even complain about the quantity of food, you certainly won't leave Michelin hungry. The restaurant offers 3 types of menus with different prices based on the number of courses. I chose the one with the least dishes, because it already had a lot of dishes: 4 starters, 4 first courses, 3 second courses, side dishes, water, wine, cake, desserts and coffee. The waiters are very good and attentive and, after having served the course to all the guests, they come back a second time to ask if anyone wanted to have an encore. I had the carrot and turmeric cream and the amarone risotto twice (a guarantee). Present on the table still and sparkling water and rosé, white and red wines. Alternative dishes were brought for a vegetarian guest and for my onion-intolerant partner. To close the evening they brought me a personalized millefeuille with a candle to light. Thank you Michelin restaurant for letting me spend my 50th birthday with my dear friends and for not making me miss anything.

02/04/2024: Christmas Day, new location for the weigh-in, I have been a customer for a few years and they have never disappointed me. Not even today when the food isn't always good in places. Original location, I appreciated the walls and the room where it is, there is the octopus that extends throughout the entire room. STUNNING. Friendly, knowledgeable, young and smiling staff, good guys. Really good cuisine, we ate with our eyes first, because the dishes are always presented with research into taste and detail, CONGRATULATIONS. you can see that you like what you do and you put passion into every dish, continue like this and you won't lose yourself..... 21/01/2024: I gave 5 stars, because it is a typical place, it represents the land, its people, its exceptional food and drinks, but I add that there is a sensational atmosphere, liberated by the spirit of the managers, by the inherent particulars of the place, by the commitment to carrying on the culture and tradition of the place, I became friends with them, there is humanity, friendliness, pleasure and taste!!! It's definitely worth going there, they even have a food truck, noble flavors and furniture!!!

28/03/2024: We stayed one night in this resort, the location is wonderful and located in an enchanting place, inside there is a small gym and a spa, the restaurant of the structure is very nice, we had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, there is a difference between lunch and dinner, much more refined at dinner. Good wine list, we didn't do the tasting but we proposed to come back and try it. Thanks for everything we had a great time, we will be back in good weather.
