22/03/2024: Very nice place, super vintage! Delicious food, very high quality wine, as well as all the ingredients used to make the dishes. My boyfriend and I tried all the cicchetti, the vegetable meatballs, the potatoes, the fried aromatic herb leaves and the stewed cuttlefish. All accompanied by a mustard and a smoked mayonnaise, both too good! Note of super merit to the innkeeper who was able to pamper us from start to finish, you can see that he puts love into everything he does. 02/04/2024: On Easter Monday we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Buglioni inn in San Pietro in Cariano, in the province of Verona. This charming inn is located in a former country farmhouse, surrounded by green fields. Inside, the spacious rooms are characterized by the evocative high wooden ceilings and the large rooms, embellished with elegant rock walls and tables beautifully set in light shades. As a first course we savored the delicious tagliatelle with radicchio, Monte Veronese cheese and beef tartare. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and we were struck by the interesting combination of the Monte Veronese cream with the strong and crunchy flavor of the radicchio, and the freshness of the tartare, creating a truly surprising combination. For the second course we chose the grilled scottona diaphragm. While it is notoriously a somewhat tough cut of meat, it turned out to be perfectly cooked rare, with a uniformly tender texture and a truly rich, satisfying flavour. Special praise certainly goes to the grill master. The grilled new potatoes on the side turned out to be truly delicious, completing this exquisite meal perfectly. The food offered is truly excellent and the service is courteous and prepared. I would like to give four stars as encouragement to improve some aspects. Even though we had booked in advance, we were unfortunately half an hour late. Although we tried to call with no response, our table had been given away; however, we were lucky and they still accommodated us. I noticed that there was only one dessert trolley and the waiting time to receive the dessert was slightly longer. I would recommend reviewing the organization of the distribution of sweets. Additionally, some menu items were unavailable as supplies were out of stock and the restock wouldn't arrive until the next day. The restaurant has great potential and I believe that with some small improvements it could reach excellent levels. The food is refined and the service is quality. The Buglioni inn has everything it takes to offer a truly memorable gastronomic experience.

10/03/2024: Wonderful villa with pool, fantastic hotel. Here art is an integral part. Each room different. Nice bar area. The ancient Roman style spa is also beautiful. We had a really good time.
