08/05/2026: For me, this is top-notch, and there's no arguing about it. Michelin-starred professionalism and meticulous cleanliness throughout, including the restrooms. Prices are clearly in line with what's on offer.

28/05/2026: We were looking for a restaurant that served dishes with truffles and came across this one. The waiters were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. We came because of the good reviews and were disappointed; I really wonder how they came about.
The truffle pizza was very bad and had nothing to do with truffles. The margarita didn't have any fresh truffles but was edible. The pasta with truffle tasted like store-bought pasta. If anyone is looking for these two dishes, I would definitely say "don't go here."

Other restaurants that charge €2 could follow their example.

07/06/2026: Unfortunately, the service this evening was completely at odds with the wonderful ambiance of the hotel.
The service was inattentive and the staff's expertise was highly questionable.
We were then asked to come and "end" our evening at San Michele on a Sunday evening at 10:00 PM. This was very incomprehensible to me and, in my opinion, rather unusual for Italy on Lake Garda. A real shame ☹️

24/04/2026: We stayed here for two nights with our campervan. Great pitches with private bathrooms. Everything is new. Bread rolls are delivered directly to the campervan. The food in the restaurant was very good. We'll definitely come back again.

04/05/2026: A lovely restaurant with a large conservatory and a beautiful terrace among olive trees in the summer. The staff is very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we highly recommend the tiramisu and the Torta della Nonna. We would definitely come back.
27/04/2026: We stopped because the restaurant was offering a "workers' lunch" for €14. Upon entering, we sat outside. When the waiter arrived, he brought us the à la carte menu. I asked if we could have the €14 menu, but was told it was only for those seated inside and not for those sitting outside, that is, 50 cm from our table but not on the veranda. We ordered two first courses, a bottle of sparkling water, and two coffees. Total €37.
Ask first because they vary the menu and prices based on where you sit, but they don't tell you before you sit down. This is the first time this has happened to us in 50 years.

23/06/2026: We went there for dinner tonight and ordered spaghetti carbonara. The food was completely oversalted and inedible. I didn't complain and didn't want a refund or any kind of discount. I simply didn't eat it. The head waiter asked why, and I told him, adding that it was fine and I didn't want anything else.
He left, came back, and told me in a very condescending and rude tone that he had tasted my food and that it was just the pecorino cheese that tasted that way. We go to Garda every year and have eaten there many times, but with this kind of behavior, we'll never be going back to that restaurant!
23/06/2026: We ordered pizza. The dish was delicious and very large, we couldn't finish it. We sat in the garden, the atmosphere was very pleasant. The wait staff was very kind.

14/06/2026: We celebrated here an important family anniversary. The food was excellent, not only for the quality but also for the search of flavours, unconventional tastings, and attention to details. Definitely to recommend as a gourmet experience. Everything is home made, including some amazing Kombuchas. Service was flawless and very welcoming.
01/06/2026: The very best non-Italian, but incredibly Italian food we have ever eaten. And we have eaten a lot (including in Italy).
And at a Michelin-star level, but without all that frills and fuss. Well, a little bit of that, but all for a reason and incredibly delicious.
What flavors. Vitello Tonato 3.0, Cheesecake 8.0, and then a Drunken Kers to finish. And everything in between was equally brilliant, flavorful, and prepared with love and precision.
Top-notch service, and the location isn't what you expect, but just sit back and enjoy.
Oh yes, the bread. All homemade and delicious.
Oh yes, the wines. Unfortunately, we still had a bit of a drive ahead of us, but that’s a reason to come by taxi or sleep in the car!

It's important to be aware that this is only a takeaway pizza delivery service.
You can also eat in, but your pizza will arrive in a box, and you can sit outside.
Very friendly staff and delicious pizza, better than most pizza places right by the lake.
