07/05/2026: Every time I come back here, I'm always satisfied.
The renovated space is beautiful, modern, and welcoming. Despite this, the staff makes you feel right at home. The main ingredient is trout, and if you come here, you can be sure you're in the right place if you want to eat fresh, locally sourced trout.
The Ferrazza appetizer is phenomenal, as is the tagliolini with trout. The grilled trout is a must.
Excellent value.

23/04/2026: Retro place, some broken plates, agreed on a price over the phone but so far some people have given up on some dishes but they haven't been deducted from the bill... with the excuse that it depends on the drinks (2 liters of wine for 13). Canned mushrooms, seafood pasta sauce that seemed like the frozen one from the supermarket... Well, I remembered it being better... The only positive thing was the dessert brought to me by the Ivan pastry shop and the friendly waitress. I'm sorry but it was the truffles I didn't want and not the mushrooms. I pick them and it's not in season right now so I can't imagine what they'll give. At the end of the call (recorded) I asked for confirmation: 30 euros for an appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 second course? Answer: yes, then it depends on the drinks. I've been to a trattoria too and I know how to do the math and believe me, she made a lot of money. I paid 30 euros and even a 5-year-old girl who only ate pasta with tomato sauce. But it doesn't matter, she runs the business and does the advertising. One last thing: a table of three friends of mine complained that day about the shortage of rabbit, two pieces with only bones. Try to buy new plates and tablecloths. It's a service you have to provide. Good luck.
22/01/2026: A true gem of traditional cuisine! This trattoria is one of those places that makes you feel right at home: a welcoming atmosphere, friendly and always smiling staff, and above all, exceptional food.

22/03/2026: Our daughters treated us to a spa and dinner.
Cobwebs in the spa, dirty water in the jacuzzi, the Turkish bath only worked for half an hour, the menu was starving, not even one child ate.
I'm sorry my daughters spent €200😳.
I'm sorry to have to write this, so bitter.
Would I recommend it??? Definitely not.
Really poor value for money.
14/02/2026: We went on Valentine's Day, considering that we were among the first customers, they took a long time to bring us the pizzas, the pizza with barely warm French fries, pizza with Nutella for the child arrived 15 minutes after our pizzas and after urging the waitress. To be able to take the leftover pizzas home we had to go and get the boxes ourselves, I'm sorry but we won't go there again.

27/01/2025: sono molti anni che conosco e frequento l'hotel Adele,per ritiri con le squadre di calcio e per pranzi e cene con amici o in coppia.La gastronomia della si.ra Maria Eugenia e' riconosciuta,di qualita' con prodotti genuini del territorio.Lostaff e' di una buona cordialita' e ti mettono sempre a prorio agio.
