20/07/2025: A true gem! Decided to stop as I was travelling from Verona Airport, I found this place to be spectacular: fresh food, Incredible ingredients, executed in a simple yet fantastic way. I had 3 dishes and left absolutely delighted. As an Italian living abroad, coming back to appreciate this level of cousine reminds why we have the best food in the world. Grazie!

14/11/2025: This restaurant offers a €26 fixed menu, including a first and second course from a selection of dishes (there are many traditional dishes). The dishes are excellent, and the portions are reasonable for the price. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very homey, but the bathroom is the only downside, as it's small and poorly maintained.

11/11/2025: A must visit in Verona. It’s the city's oldest osteria, housed in a 13th-century palace where, legend says, Romeo lived! EUR26 for 2 courses. We tried donkey meat, hot pasta, horse steak and veal & mushrooms and all were great. We get the feeling they prefer to keep to locals only so don’t expect 5 star service but we were respectful and received lovely service & smiles. Don’t stay too long and book or go early because the place is packed. The toilet is a squat toilet so be warned it’s not fine dining. Very authentic and cheapest price for a very warm, hearty and homey meal in a historically significant place. We loved it.

05/12/2025: What can I say... a true osteria! We ate wonderfully and had a wonderful time. Good food, good wine, and, above all, excellent hospitality. It's the kind of authentic place that makes you feel at home. Absolutely recommended! A must-see if you come to Verona!

26/11/2025: Everything was perfect! From the good food and fast service to the extremely kind staff. The atmosphere is informal but very warm and welcoming. I recommend making a reservation as seating is limited.

01/12/2025: Last night I went to dinner at this pizzeria to celebrate my birthday with friends and I had already been there but last night I had an even better time than the last few times. I was also amazed, as I already said to the owner, by the friendliness, the kindness, the kindness of all the waiters but especially the waiter who looked after us from start to finish.... A heartfelt thank you again!!!!

04/11/2025: This is a legendary restaurant. I visited alone for lunch in early October. It's a bit far from the tourist areas and quite pricey, but if you have the time, it's a seafood restaurant worth visiting. The staff were also very friendly. To cut to the chase, it was absolutely delicious. Even the bread served before the meal was impressive. It's not easy to find good bread in Italy, but this place is different. They said both the bread and butter are handmade. My order was Crudo di ombrina, mandorle, menta e tourlo d'uovo marinato and Gnocchi di patate e basilico con scampi e bottarga fatta in casa. The Ombrina fish carpaccio had a wonderfully fatty flavor. The diced fish underneath created a fun contrast in texture, while the mint, refreshing lemon juice, olive oil, and nutty almond powder perfectly balanced the flavors. The yellow powder on top is pickled egg yolk, and its umami is incredibly intense, enhancing the overall flavor of the dish. The scampi, potato, and basil gnocchi was the best I've ever had, even though I'm not usually a fan of gnocchi. The texture was soft and chewy, and the scampi was perfectly cooked and richly flavored. The homemade bottarga was especially impressive, perfectly balancing the umami and seasoning.

09/12/2025: You need a break, my beauty! Can't you see that your body is asking for a little break? What I found was a lovely atmosphere, made even more welcoming by the arrival of the autumn rain. What can I say? Try the beer and the appetizers displayed on the counter.

24/11/2025: A small but very cute place, with a small room with a few tables as you enter and a more private room downstairs. The staff were very kind and helpful, knowledgeable about the products. The wine was excellent and the selection was wide, even the meatballs were delicious. Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: Super slow service, mediocre food and super expensive. Will not come again. Waited for more than an hour for the food, and the food came in cold and undercooked. The owner did not care when complained.
