17/07/2025: I've been there several times for work (since it's close to my workplace). The prices are very reasonable for the high quality of the food. I've been there for both lunch and dinner several times, including one Tuesday evening during their bigoli tour, where they bring you 500-gram plates of bigoli with your choice of toppings. I'll definitely be back.

15/07/2025: Unfortunately, the pasta wasn't good: bland flavor and industrial consistency. The quality was decidedly disappointing. The service, however, was very friendly.

25/07/2025: Wonderful restaurant above the hills in Bardolino. I recommend booking a table in advance if you want to eat here. We absolutely adored the staff and loved the food. As a starter we had linguine with truffles which was out of this world, additionally to linguine with ragout and an aubergine lasagna. Each dish is made with love and attention to detail when it comes to flavors. The gniocchi were wonderful and the fish dishes very fresh. A highlight was the polenta! This restaurant also serves wine from its own vineyard and olive oil from their own production. It’s absolutely fabulous! Another highlight were the desserts. The panda cotta with fresh peaches was a DREAM and the tiramisu came very close to the best I have ever eaten (my aunt makes the best so that’s hard to beat ;)) last but not least the vanilla gelato with rum raisins finished off the night with a kick! We enjoyed our night out here and will definitely come back.

26/08/2025: I often come to this restaurant because the food is good: the dishes are always carefully prepared, the ingredients are excellent, and the menu offers a nice variety. The atmosphere is also pleasant and welcoming, a lovely place to spend an evening with friends. That said, I'd like to make a small, constructive observation: lately, I've noticed a decline in the hospitality and attentiveness of the wait staff. The staff, especially those who seem to manage the dining room, often seem unsmiling and lacking attention to detail. An example? When a bottle of wine is brought to the table, one expects at least a cooler with ice, which is consistently lacking. Furthermore, sometimes a slightly unusual request—like a dessert with a different topping or a slightly larger portion—is enough to receive a curt or impolite response. I fully understand that not every request can always be accommodated, but the manner in which you respond makes all the difference. The customer, in addition to enjoying good food, also contributes to supporting the restaurant financially, and a smile or a polite response should be the foundation of hospitality. My advice to the owner is to pay attention to these aspects. The food is excellent, but the overall experience also depends (and greatly) on who welcomes and serves. A good "waiter captain" makes all the difference, and right now I think someone with more vision and attention is needed. I will definitely return, because the place deserves it. But I really hope for some small improvements in the service department.

22/08/2025: We were there last week, the place is very nice. We ate meat and I must say it was all very good. The wine list is very varied and truly impressive.

22/07/2025: The mixed antipasti were truly delicious, every bite was exceptional. Then we had a trio of risottos: all very good, but I recommend trying the one with creamed peppers, a real surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :)

11/05/2025: Family lunch, second time we rely on this splendid restaurant. A real gem to discover, try and try again. Aesthetically very nice, with an intimate and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is not accidental and the attention towards the customer can be seen and felt. Delicious food, attentive to the seasonality of the products with the perfect mix of traditional and innovative tastes creating truly excellent dishes. This affects from the appetizer to the desserts. Last, but not least, exceptional service. Kind, they respect the customer's space but make you feel at home, available and attentive to every request. For the expressed quality of the whole thing, the prices are honest and very fair. One of our favorite places. See you soon!

10/05/2025: Che dire? Quando porti qualcuno da Lavarini e poi ti invitano a ritornarci vuol dire che sono rimasti eccezionalmente soddisfatti. In un ambiente con travi a vista arredato in modo semplice ma con gusto, si viene accolti, cortesemente e come si fosse di casa, dal marito della titolare. La disposizione delle tavole fa si che ogni coppia o compagnia abbia la propria discrezionalità. Superlativa la cucina che propone piatti continuamente rivisitati sulla base della stagionalità dei prodotti (ad esempio oggi ho preso le fettuccine al ragù di carne e cioccolato fondente). Una menzione per Sofia che segue la preparazione dei dolci. Prezzi in linea con la location, le proposte culinarie e, da ultimo ma non per ultimo, la cortesia e la professionalità di titolari e collaboratori.

21/08/2025: The pasta was delicious, we ordered more dishes apart from these but they were all 10/10. The only problem was the delay, it took them an hour to serve us, that definitely needs to be improved.

06/08/2025: We were there today shortly after 3:00 PM. Even though there were still customers inside, we weren't served and told to wait until dinner. The food (tortellini) looked good, but we didn't order it.

21/05/2025: The price-performance ratio is good. We ordered lasagna, pizza, and schnitzel, all very tasty. The price for food and drinks was around €10-20 per person. An appetizer would set you back €20-30.

19/08/2025: Recommended by a friend, we dined under the restaurant's pergola. The menu is basic, but the dishes are generous. We shared an appetizer, then a meat-based main course: my wife had sliced beef, and I had chicken thigh with roast potatoes. One of the five desserts offered: today we earned it. Good service.

14/08/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant. We stopped in for a quick lunch, just to try a delicious risotto with Amarone. What a delight, highly recommended. I can't speak for the other dishes, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Courtesy and friendliness complement the impeccable service. We'll be back sooner or later!
