The food is excellent, especially the sauerkraut fish and spicy wontons, which are my must-orders every time.
However, I feel that the service has been a bit lacking lately, perhaps due to being too busy. The staff member answering the phone sounded rather curt. I hope they can improve that.
But the good food is still my main reason for going to Ruyi!

Personally, I think this restaurant deserves all its fame. The food is excellent, beautifully presented, and very tasty. The staff is also patient and kind. Reservations are highly recommended, as the place is often fully booked.

Our favorite restaurant, which we visit very often. The food is always delicious here, and the large menu allows everyone to find something to their taste. I can confidently say that the food here is excellent. At lunchtime, in addition to the main menu, they also offer a fixed menu, which we order from time to time. We were a bit overwhelmed with the European foods and therefore seek for Asian foods. Stumbled upon Ru Yi during our visit to Verona and it truly did not disappoint! Love all the dishes we ordered.
