A different dough every day, all highly digestible: spelt and buckwheat, whole wheat, multigrain, with various seeds and spices, etc. Excellent ingredients, an informal atmosphere, and an almost "homely" welcome. 27/09/2025: I’m not sure I will ever experience a better tasting menu. We planned our Italy trip around this restaurant, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. We walked away completely full. With a range of options for the tasting menu, from adventurous experimental dishes to classics, it delivers exactly what you’re looking for. We loved every course of the experimental menu, and the dessert was truly otherworldly.

07/10/2025: The location is a bit remote inland from Lake Garda, but not difficult to find; you certainly wouldn't pass it by on your usual travels. On the other hand, the place is quiet, very charming, and has parking across the street. Otherwise, I can only praise it: a quality menu featuring local dishes revisited with taste and elegance. The wine list is extensive and adequate. I personally chose the Amarone risotto with pears and the stuffed duck and was thrilled. The service was impeccable, and the very kind owner enthusiastically explained the dishes to us, revealing his passion for his work. The price reflects the quality and the work that goes into it. What more can I say? I'll just say I'd gladly return, and that's the highest compliment I can give.

30/09/2025: We went there for a couples dinner and I must say we had a great time. The service was excellent, with detailed explanations of the dishes. I had never tried eel before, but I must say they made me appreciate it. All the dishes were very good.

14/09/2025: A very elegant and relaxing place. I went there for lunch on a Sunday in September. Excellent ingredients and innovative dishes. The menu focuses primarily on fish.

11/09/2025: We had dinner here with my dad and sister. A truly beautiful, well-kept, and elegant place. Excellent food, both meat and fish. You absolutely have to try their new chocolate mousse, it's a delight.

11/10/2025: We were greeted by very friendly staff who explained the flavors of the tramezzini, conveying the love they put into making them. The place has a retro feel, which I personally particularly appreciated. We sat down and ordered six tramezzini with four truly delicious white spritzers and a Coke. The tramezzini deserve special mention: besides being beautifully presented, they were also well-made, with thick bread, plenty of fillings, and excellent quality ingredients. The white spritzers were truly well-made and balanced. I would gladly return and recommend it; everything was fantastic, but I was just disappointed to see the price increase for the tramezzini, which are now €3.50. In total, we spent €36.

High-quality food, generous portions, and satisfied guests with the service, always discreet and prompt. Also recommended for a dinner with friends, given the menu's variety and the ability to accommodate intolerances. Thank you Andrea and thank you Corte Poli!

15/09/2025: We were here for our son's baptism, and what can I say...it was amazing! The location was incredible, the food was equally amazing, but what really impressed us was the attention and kindness shown to the customers, which is by no means a given these days. And finally, excellent value for money.

It was an unforgettable experience, perfectly organized from start to finish. Roberto not only looked after him professionally, but also created a great atmosphere with his relaxed, humorous manner. You can immediately tell that he loves what he does – and it spreads. A huge thank you for this unique experience over beautiful Lake Garda!

15/07/2025: What an epic adventure! My wife and I went paragliding with Roberto and his twin brother Riccardo — equal parts hilarious, professional, and full of good vibes. From takeoff to landing, we were loving every second of the experience. If you’re thinking about paragliding, totally recommend!
