Osteria Metti In Affi

I visited this beautiful lake-view restaurant with some friends. I'd like to say that despite its name, this place has nothing of the typical Venetian village osteria about it, but is more of a restaurant, and even a bit refined (the ambiance and presentation of the dishes are very refined, the wine selection, including champagne, the attentive waiters, and the portions aren't too large). The view of the vineyards and the lake is particularly beautiful, and it's cool in the summer. The atmosphere is romantic. I recommend the charcuterie and cheese platter. For a platter, one main course, one dessert, and a bottle of wine for four of us, we spent €55-60.

Last Saturday, we were traveling to reach the halfway point of our vacation in Val Gardena. We encountered traffic jams on the Milan-Venice line, and after exiting at Peschiera, we decided to take a short break for a quick bite to eat. After asking IA, we were directed to this Osteria. It's a shame we didn't have more time, as we only had a first course and a dessert, but everything was truly delicious. The tiramisu was truly world-championship-caliber. The service was attentive, courteous, and professional.

A guarantee: you always feel at home! Every time we come to Osteria Metti, we're always amazed. The place is gorgeous, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the food is simply delicious. I highly recommend it: keep it up!

Extremely friendly staff. We asked to move outside to the veranda as soon as a table became available, and even though it wasn't exactly early, they accommodated us without a problem. I'm also a waiter and I really enjoyed it. Breathtaking venue.

**What can you write when everything is just perfect...?** From the incredibly friendly welcome that immediately puts you in a good mood, to the restaurant's unique atmosphere – relaxed yet elegant – to the unbelievably nice service, you feel completely at ease at *Metti* in Affi. The menu isn't huge, but it's carefully curated with perfectly chosen variations. The dishes are sensational in taste, finely balanced, and cooked to perfection. The quality of the meat and its preparation are particularly outstanding. A very good selection of wines complements the meal perfectly. All this at exceptionally fair prices – it doesn't get much better than this. A restaurant you'll definitely want to recommend and will certainly be visiting again.

Restaurant in a panoramic location overlooking a beautiful vineyard and a glimpse of Lake Garda. Excellent food and friendly service. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Well-stocked wine cellar.

We felt comfortable here from the very first moment, except for the head waiter. If he couldn't sell us whole bottles of wine, he simply wouldn't come back to our table, and he didn't even say goodbye. The other staff members provided excellent service. Our names were nicely displayed on a tile, and we were immediately asked which language we would like to order in. All in all, a truly wonderful evening on the terrace. What more could you ask for? The prices are a bit high, but good service and wonderful food come at a price these days... We'll gladly return. Keep up the good work!
