I migliori ristoranti in Trento

18/07/2025: Colloco questa esperienza tra le mie top 3, e ne frequento di ristoranti. Locale di cucina slow food che esalta i suoi piatti sfruttando le erbe raccolte localmente. Ho preso spatzle con ragù bianco dj vitellone ( eccezionali ), un piatto di zucchine condite con erbe e un sughetto saporitissimo. Ho chiuso con una mousse al cioccolato bianco con sopra una granitina di sedano, con sopra altro sedano caramellato. Una vera goduria. Quando finisci un piatto e i sapori rimango nel palato, significa che i piatti sono favolosi.

03/07/2025: Attesa lunghissima. Sinceramente siamo rimasti delusi della cena. Ottima presentazione dei piatti ed anche qualitativamente ma porzioni veramente misere. Molta apparenza ma poca sostanza. Prezzo alto per ciò che viene offerto. Nella zona ci sono molti altri locali che offrono di più in tutti i sensi. Non pensiamo di ritornarci

31/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato alla Baita del Trett durante la vacanza a San Giacomo Brentonico. Su indicazione del titolare del B&B "Mas dei Girardei", siamo stati a cena una prima volta per poi tornare un aio di giorni dopo, visto che eravamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti. Carne di ottima qualità - mi dicono di produzione propria - servizio veloce e cortese, prezzi più che onesti. Indimenticabile la grigliata che abbiamo diviso in due, data la quantità generosa. Una menzione a parte meritano le patate alla tirolese, semplicemente deliziose. Locale consigliatissimo.

15/06/2025: We were looking for a place to go and eat a good cut of meat. We booked for Saturday night at 8 (I recommend booking). I would say that the place lived up to expectations and in some ways exceeded them. Excellent welcome, the owner is friendly and nice. Excellent food. Almost everything homemade. We had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses that we split in two, excellent products. Special mention for the pickles obviously homemade. Then we had a second course, I had an excellent picaña with an excellent homemade cimichurri sauce (you must like garlic). My wife instead had the Angus tagliata equally excellent and perfectly cooked medium. Also homemade desserts. Cheesecake and Crema Catalana. On the other hand, an excellent experience, we ate out when the evening allowed. We will certainly return, maybe at midday to try the first courses. At the time the owner explained to me that the selection of aging meat is limited in the summer period, but this is also something that we will try again later. Obviously recommended.

01/06/2025: We visited Al Lupo with five people (two adults and three children) and were absolutely thrilled! Even though we arrived just before the lunch break, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service – the service was attentive, spoke good English, and was also child-friendly. The main courses were excellent – ​​freshly prepared, authentic, and delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu and semifreddo al limone – both were dreamy and the perfect end to the meal. A fantastic Italian restaurant with genuine hospitality and excellent cuisine. Al Lupo – we'd love to come back!

They served me a venison chop that I thought was too tough, and they immediately replaced it with another perfectly cooked one, adding the side dishes that were included and that I had already eaten. Very professional. A very welcoming, typical mountain atmosphere. I recommend it.

The chef recognizes us every time and prepares the best children's cocktails with high-quality ingredients that our children love. The service is simply fantastic – the team is warm, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. The fine dining spoils us with artfully prepared dishes that are not only a delight to taste but also a visual delight. We particularly appreciate the child-friendly atmosphere and the fantastic children's menu. The value for money is absolutely justified, as the quality of the food and the service are simply outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant!

15/08/2025: Food and wine selection was both spectacular. Good vegetarian options on the menu. Best local wines to choose from. Atmosphere impaired by local karaoke which was really bad. Watch out: no parking around the property!

30/07/2025: Das Essen war echt lecker! Danke an den Koch! Die Bedienung war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter.

27/07/2025: Everything is beautiful, it's ideal for a family trip because there's a nice playground with ping pong. The waiters are very organized. Everything is perfect. I recommend it.

09/07/2025: I give the food 4 stars, only because it's rooted in Trentino tradition, which, to be honest, doesn't really excite me. I would have liked to have pasta with venison ragù, wild boar ragù, etc. The place is fabulous; the cellar is definitely worth a visit, with its extensive selection of cured meats, cheeses, and wines, all strictly Crucolo.

24/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on Wednesday noon while out cycling. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The menu was unexpected, very unique and delicious. The desserts were also very good. We'll definitely be back.

22/08/2025: My husband and I stayed half board. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of choices. Dinners were all very good and plentiful. The staff were super kind and helpful, young and very polite. The room, although a little dated, was clean...and that's what matters, and the bathroom was large. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

02/08/2025: We ate at the restaurant, and I must admit the view is truly fantastic, right on Lake Garda. The carne salada was very good, the only downside was the service...a bit inattentive and unhelpful.

11/08/2025: A hilltop cabin with breathtaking views of the lakes. Inside, it's all wood, in keeping with Trentino tradition, with that woody aroma mingling with culinary delights that makes you feel pampered. Outside, the well-kept garden features dining tables, lounge chairs, and a children's playground. I recommend stopping by.

01/08/2025: Stopping at this high-mountain refuge was not only breathtaking for the views of these magnificent peaks, but also delightful for the hospitality of the owners, who were smiling and kind, incredibly hospitable and friendly, speaking their Ladin language, a distinctly different accent from that of the valley, Pozza, and the surrounding area. All this made our stop, accompanied by their authentic products, a true moment of relaxation and recharging our batteries for the rest of our hike. We didn't stay, so I can't objectively comment on the rooms, but trusting in their hospitality, we'd definitely try the overnight experience with homemade breakfast and friendly accommodation. What can I say? We'll definitely return, and perhaps next time we'll continue along the Grande Vera trail. Hugs!
