The pizzas are also very light, making them suitable for those with stomach problems because the dough is left to rise for 48 hours. The restaurant is therefore of a high quality, and the service is excellent. They are very kind to customers, especially those with disabilities, and are very courteous.

28/09/2025: The dinner was divine: everything was tasty and delicious. The staff was attentive and happy to chat (an increasingly rare trait). Even though it was busy, we never felt like a number, but rather like customers. I can't wait to return.

18/07/2025: Colloco questa esperienza tra le mie top 3, e ne frequento di ristoranti. Locale di cucina slow food che esalta i suoi piatti sfruttando le erbe raccolte localmente. Ho preso spatzle con ragù bianco dj vitellone ( eccezionali ), un piatto di zucchine condite con erbe e un sughetto saporitissimo. Ho chiuso con una mousse al cioccolato bianco con sopra una granitina di sedano, con sopra altro sedano caramellato. Una vera goduria. Quando finisci un piatto e i sapori rimango nel palato, significa che i piatti sono favolosi.

26/09/2025: I spent a weekend at Barambana and had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had all the comforts. The pizza was delicious! Perfect location for reaching all the destinations you want! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏻

15/06/2025: We were looking for a place to go and eat a good cut of meat. We booked for Saturday night at 8 (I recommend booking). I would say that the place lived up to expectations and in some ways exceeded them. Excellent welcome, the owner is friendly and nice. Excellent food. Almost everything homemade. We had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses that we split in two, excellent products. Special mention for the pickles obviously homemade. Then we had a second course, I had an excellent picaña with an excellent homemade cimichurri sauce (you must like garlic). My wife instead had the Angus tagliata equally excellent and perfectly cooked medium. Also homemade desserts. Cheesecake and Crema Catalana. On the other hand, an excellent experience, we ate out when the evening allowed. We will certainly return, maybe at midday to try the first courses. At the time the owner explained to me that the selection of aging meat is limited in the summer period, but this is also something that we will try again later. Obviously recommended.

01/06/2025: We visited Al Lupo with five people (two adults and three children) and were absolutely thrilled! Even though we arrived just before the lunch break, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service – the service was attentive, spoke good English, and was also child-friendly. The main courses were excellent – ​​freshly prepared, authentic, and delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu and semifreddo al limone – both were dreamy and the perfect end to the meal. A fantastic Italian restaurant with genuine hospitality and excellent cuisine. Al Lupo – we'd love to come back!

16/09/2025: This was the best meal I've had this Italian trip. Lots of vegetarian options, and the waiter gave me great advice. The mushroom ravioli was exquisite, and I have never eaten anything like their eggplant parmesan. First time I've had all three course as well. Worth the money in this pleasant, classical Italian atmosphere with splendid service and a few nice twists.

14/09/2025: I visited Ristomacelleria Brida and it was a truly amazing experience, highly recommended! 🌟 Here, meat is the absolute star: excellent quality, select cuts, and perfect cooking that brings out the flavors to the fullest. We tried the tartare, incredibly fresh and expertly crafted, a dish worth the visit alone. The Florentine steak was spectacular: tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as requested. The ribs and gourmet burgers also won everyone over with their flavor and presentation. The side dishes are also not to be missed: simple yet sophisticated, perfectly complementing each course. The service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, and always ready to recommend the right dish and the best pairing. The atmosphere combines the conviviality of an osteria with the sophistication of a modern steakhouse, creating a welcoming and distinctive atmosphere. In short: a true excellence for meat lovers. 06/09/2025: A very beautiful lodge with a fantastic view. Here you can stop and relax in the sun on free loungers and then enjoy traditional dishes. In addition to the classic appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses, we enjoyed an excellent venison loin with sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, and cranberries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

10/08/2025: A very nice team and very kind. The food was ready in minutes, so that's pretty good. The Pizza is bombastic and everybody should try it. But the kebab was really really really BAD!! The bread was cold, the meat was cold too. The only thing that carries the kebab is the spicy sauce! I think they should stop making kabab and put their focus on Pizza. I eat a lot of kebab's in different countries and this one was not enjoyable! Hopefully everyone else sees this report and the stuff-team too, so they can work on this problem.

10/09/2025: Followed the access road from Val Noana. A steady climb, with sometimes challenging but never impossible sections. The route near the waterfall (a spring of very fresh water) is fantastic, where the road follows a section carved into the rock. Read the explanatory signs! Arrival at the refuge in an idyllic setting amidst flat meadows and dense surrounding woods. A warm welcome awaits. Excellent menu (a trio of delicious dumplings and spätzle) enjoyed at outdoor tables. Prices more than match the setting. Before setting off, weather permitting, sit outside, overlooking the valley's sunny meadows, sip a glass of herbal grappa and... meditate!

10/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty first courses, perfectly cooked meat, all carefully presented. It's not your typical mountain restaurant, but I highly recommend it for the unique dishes and original presentation. We'll be back!

21/07/2025: We had dinner at Le Migole on our wedding anniversary. Before I start writing... it was fantastic. Great ambiance, very, very good food, and excellent service. We haven't had anything comparable in Trentino yet. We had a reservation and were greeted very warmly and shown to our table. Beautiful table setting with a linen tablecloth, fine cutlery, and beautiful glasses. The small restaurant was modern, stylish, and tastefully and comfortably decorated with lots of wood. We browsed the creative menu, which sounded truly delicious, and then the extensive wine list. We opted for a bottle of Brollettino Ca dei Frati and water. Meanwhile, a small greeting from the kitchen arrived: a small melon soup with a cream cheese espuma. Served with salted butter and very nice homemade grissini. For starters, we ordered a beautifully made beef tartare, finely shaved and well-seasoned as it should be, and beautifully presented on a beautiful plate. I loved the small onion sorbet topping the tartar. It went perfectly together. My wife had the lightly smoked mackerel fillet on a lentil puree. Here, too, the ingredients were beautifully balanced and beautifully presented. After the starter, we were already in a great mood for the evening. For the second course, I had the saffron risotto with smoked paprika cream. A beautifully creamy and grainy risotto with a great flavor. My wife ordered the venison roast. It was served in its stock with parsnip puree, pineapple, and chips. A daring combination that blended beautifully in the mouth. For the main course, I had the flank steak with two types of jus, wild broccoli, and potato puree. Perfectly roasted meat in a very rich jus with a light, fluffy puree. You can't ask for more. Since Le Migole seems to want to maintain a bit of tradition, they also have some traditional Italian classics on the menu that don't necessarily have anything to do with fine dining. My wife opted for the polenta with beef ragu. It was a straightforward dish of old-school Italian cuisine. Very delicious. The dessert menu also sounded fantastic, but unfortunately, we didn't have room. We'll definitely make up for that on our next visit. Our conclusion: We had a really lovely evening with great food and good service at Le Migole. If there was anything to note, it would only be that we missed the wine service a bit. The bottle was placed on our table in a cooler, and we had to refill it ourselves throughout the evening. Well, the bottle only cost just under €40 and we served ourselves, no problem. However, if I had ordered a €200 bottle of Tiganello, for example, and the service had been the same, I would have been annoyed. Given the price range of the establishment, the service crew at Le Migole should perhaps reconsider that. Otherwise, as I said, it was a fantastic evening in this small, cozy restaurant. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food.

14/08/2025: We had a confirmed reservation for August 14th and we were extremely surprised when we arrived and they had a note on the door stating that they were on vacation. At the very least, they let us know.
