Helpful and kind staff.. excellent cleanliness of the rooms with a nice, very comfortable closed garage. Super breakfast to start a beautiful day on the right foot! One flaw in my opinion is the spa... small like the gym! Modern room even if with limited space especially the bathroom!

02/04/2025: New favorite place, too bad it's in Rovereto and far from me. Definitely a must-see every time I come to Rovereto. Everything perfect as it should be, from the bread to the meat to the sides and cooking. Fantastic! 😎💪 Coleslaw a little different, adapted but a great common side dish. I absolutely recommend it! And then from what I understand there are also board games!

10/06/2025: Beautiful experience: the castle was taken over thanks to the initiative of the citizens of Pergine and can now be visited. The bar, restaurant and hotel services have been recovered and continued in this fairy-tale setting. Unlike what you might imagine, the prices are truly 'popular' as there is no luxury and the hotel structure is very simple, within the reach of all those who are not looking for luxury but a truly extraordinary experience in a real and historic manor. The offer of various types of events that can be enjoyed throughout the year is also very interesting. Truly, congratulations and infinite thanks to all those who have been able to make this wonderful recovery possible.

01/06/2025: Today we took a guided tour of the castle, the volunteer who acted as our guide was kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and curiosities. The castle is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We will return to try the hotel and restaurant, only one star because it has no TV in the rooms and poor Wi-Fi, it seemed crazy to us, the beauty of the rooms and the hotel does not need either. 21/06/2025: We went to the Borgo Nuovo restaurant on Friday night for a dinner for two. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner was very kind, he insisted on making us redo a risotto that was slightly lacking in salt, a much appreciated gesture that certainly earned the restaurant points. Very good food and wine. Highly recommended!

27/03/2025: We came to this hard-to-reach restaurant inspired by great reviews, but unfortunately we were not delighted. Mega plus for super nice service, we could come earlier than opening hours. We were welcomed in a mega friendly way, fast service. We were allowed with a dog, for which we thank you. So here 5/5 :). Mountain cottage style decor, slightly poorer quality furniture, uncomfortable wooden benches. Food very average, and sometimes inedible. We ordered "tartare" which is not tartare, but thickly cut meat with pieces of lettuce. Micro additions (bread, lettuce), average taste of meat - we did not eat it. Plus for the waitress for trying to save the dish - thank you. Sweet ravioli/dumplings with figs, good, but nothing crazy, correct. Pasta with meat tasteless. Watch out for the driveway, it is difficult for a larger SUV to fit at the beginning of the driveway at the bottom near the barn. It's worth having a 4x4 drive in the winter so as not to fly down the mountain.

11/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena sabato 7 giugno in occasione del compleanno del mio fidanzato, il locale è bellissimo e molto curato, la vita a dir poco spettacolare. Abbiamo assaggiato tutto dall'antipasto al dolce ( non ci aspettavamo piatti così abbondanti) tutto buonissimo e piatti molto curati , il personale è estremamente gentile e cortese . Consigliatissimo

14/06/2025: What can I say, sometimes there is a bit of a wait in the service and even for pizzas going on Friday evening it takes quite a while... this however is absolutely justified by the quality and goodness of the pizza which is truly delicious!!!!! For us, Korallo is a MUST when we are passing through Trento
