13/11/2025: We arrived in Cavalese at the B&B and the first suggestion of where to go for lunch was right here....on a Sunday with lots of people in the restaurant we found a parking space without any problems...they seated us immediately and within a few minutes we had everything on the table...you can't ask for more from someone who truly knows how to do their job with passion and dedication...spectacular

21/10/2025: Tastings from Space and Memories from Earth 🌌🏡 Participating in a tasting at Macelleria Bonat is a little journey through time and memory. Luigi, with the passion of a philosopher, told us about the natural and ethical cured meats, crafted with care. Tasting the mortandela took us back to the aromas and flavors of childhood, reawakening deep and moving emotions. Each slice is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and savor life, rediscovering the beauty of simple and genuine things.

08/10/2025: A whole other planet! Just as Luigi describes himself, his creations come from a mind that isn't earthly because they're spacey. They can't be described in words because only by listening to his "explanation" and then tasting his creations can you truly realize you'll never be able to eat cured meats the same way again. It's like being a guest at a friend's house who wants to share with you their enthusiasm not only for what they allow you to enjoy together but also their infectious joy for life. I'd also like to thank Simonetta, Luigi's earthly companion, who is as sweet as his creations!

14/10/2025: We spontaneously stumbled upon this snack bar and ordered two pizzas (Tonno & 4 Formaggi). It was delicious, the pizzas were large, and the price was unbeatable. We would come here again. Thank you very much!

09/10/2025: Found it by chance while looking for a quick lunch. The best piadina kebab I've ever eaten! Very clean place, fair prices, generous portions, and a friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant, both inside and out. The staff is very friendly and polite, and not too intrusive, which I appreciate. The food is well-prepared and elaborate, but not in meager portions. I'd say the only flaw is the lack of flavor contrast in some dishes that could be daring, and the limited menu selection, but they're excellent. Prices are reasonable, which reflects the location and the service.

11/10/2025: A hidden gem carved into the rock, surrounded by vineyards and history. The service was friendly and professional, with every dish explained perfectly. We loved the Shrimp Kataifi, saffron risotto, spaghetti with chili, and the slow-cooked rib of beef — tender and full of flavor. A unique dining experience and a must-visit in Riva del Garda.

06/12/2025: We had dinner there on the first night after reopening. We came on the recommendation of friends, and I'd say they were absolutely spot on. From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious and carefully prepared! Saved on Google Maps! We'll be back.

15/10/2025: A traditional restaurant located just steps from the Tarlenta cable car station. The interior has been renovated to maintain a beautiful modern Alpine style. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the food is top-notch! A must-visit if you're in the area!

01/04/2025: It may not look inviting from the outside, but friends recommended it, and we don't regret giving it a try. Very tasty food at a good price. The oven-baked pizza is delicious, and the gnocchi with (sage) butter (STRANGOLAPRETI AL BURRO) is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The sandwich was simply sublime; paired with their Dante 67, it was a treat for the taste buds. FuoriStile is always a guarantee for excellent beers accompanied by extremely professional service! 🔥🍻

15/10/2025: For a special occasion in mid-October, we chose to stay at the Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, nestled in the woods of Pinzolo. From the moment we entered, we sensed a sense of harmony: wood, stone, and natural light blended together in an elegant architecture perfectly integrated into the landscape. The welcome at reception was attentive and friendly, with attentive staff who were always available and helpful. To reach the suite, you need to use two elevators, a rather unusual choice for a property of this size, making the journey to the room a bit more complicated. The suite is spacious and bright, with a glass wall separating the living area from the bathroom, only partially screened by vertical wooden slats, leaving limited privacy in the shower and tub. The toilet and bidet area, however, was decidedly inadequate: too small, windowless, and separated from the rest of the bathroom by a sliding door, it felt almost claustrophobic. The wooden terrace overlooking the garden and mountains is well-furnished with comfortable sofas, but the view, while pleasant, isn't quite as spectacular as one would expect from a resort of this caliber. Inside, the soft lighting system with switches distributed throughout is practical and intuitive. Upon request, a larger bathrobe was delivered promptly, confirming the efficient service. The spa, the heart of the resort, is spread over three levels: the pool area, the largest and most visible, includes an indoor pool connected to a heated outdoor section; next come the treatment areas and the thermal area, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and two additional pools, one unheated sports pool and one more intimate and warm. The small buffet with biodegradable containers is highly appreciated, a tasteful and environmentally friendly detail. Overall, however, the spa fails to convey the sense of fulfillment one expects from a luxury establishment: when compared to the best mountain resorts, it inevitably falls significantly short. Dinner at the Grual restaurant, already reviewed separately, was excellent and remains the highlight of the entire stay. A good night's sleep was restful, and the bed was comfortable; however, it was surprising that, despite the suite's numerous closets, there were no pillows of varying firmness: only two, both very soft, with no firmer or intermediate options. Breakfast was impressive: a wide selection, quality ingredients, and prompt service. A more than satisfying experience, with high-quality food and meticulous preparation. Comparison with the only other large luxury resort in the area is inevitable, and unfortunately, the Lefay doesn't quite hold up. It remains a pleasant stay, enhanced by excellent cuisine, but it lacks that touch of perfection that transforms a luxury experience into an unforgettable memory.
