It's located about 4 km above Moena, surrounded by greenery, with friendly, qualified young staff. Please note: there's a 3 km long challenging road up the mountain!

Despite the busy day, they seated us as quickly as possible. The food arrived quickly and was of good quality. Very nice location.

A good place to eat, especially for families. The street is accessible on foot or by car, but it's very narrow with restricted access times. The food is average, nothing exceptional.

A truly quaint mountain hut nestled in a tiny hamlet of three houses. Well-kept and clean. The food is truly excellent, cooked with locally sourced, zero-mile products. The staff is truly friendly.

A special place, reached by a charming, narrow road that climbs the mountain. Arriving at a small hamlet of two or three chalets and a small church, you feel catapulted into a typical Alpine setting. Even inside, the mountain hut offers wonderful experiences, and on a rainy July evening, the burning stove warms the heart and the appetite. For dinner, we enjoy the typical Peniola dish of polenta, venison, mushrooms, goulash, and melted cheese, accompanied by excellent house wine. Two generous desserts with cream, blueberries, and chestnuts. The cuisine is typical mountain hut style. Fresh, well-prepared dishes. The final bill is €76 for two. Peniola deserves to be considered an "experience" when the overall experience takes precedence over the usual restaurant ratings.
