26/01/2026: A few years ago, they had much more choice... but they no longer have lunch and dinner options, and they were delicious. Now, the options are limited, but still very good. The beers are excellent, no doubt.

12/03/2026: The best pizza in the area (the only one 😅)! A relaxed, small-town pizzeria with a friendly service and reasonable prices. The pizza itself is very good, but nothing special. The wood-fired oven is a plus. Overall, I highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: I'll start with the service, because it was incredibly fast and efficient despite all the tables being full, both inside and out on the veranda. The food is delicious; the location isn't scenic, but it's very well-kept and relaxing, with lots of greenery and trees all around. We didn't try the rooms, but the dumplings were, and they were worth it! We returned in December for the Siror markets, and dined here, confirming and even exceeding our first impression: they opened for dinner even with our reservation, they prepared everything perfectly, and every dish was delicious, from the appetizers featuring many of their own cured meats to the "smoked bones," which I'd never tried before and were an explosion of flavor.

17/02/2026: After a long walk, my boyfriend and I decided to stop at this little place for a bite to eat. The cake we ordered was truly delicious, and the people who work there were truly kind. We'll be back in the warmer months to experience these magnificent places a little more!

After a walk in the woods, it's lovely to stop for an aperitif with a platter of local delicacies, a lunch featuring seasonal dishes, always something to discover and taste, a delicious coffee with a delicious slice of homemade cake in a welcoming and always well-kept setting. Kudos also to the friendly and fast staff; keep up the good work!

18/02/2026: Pros: Great view from the glass cube exterior and a beautifully renovated rustic interior. Very attentive and professional staff, and the greeting from the kitchen was appreciated. Good-quality ingredients. Cons: Expensive wine list, with starting bottles around €36. Dishes with excellent value for money: artichoke tart €20, priest's hat (a slice) with a side dish €26! Dessert...€9 (avoided). So two appetizers, two main courses with a bottle of base wine, and digestifs plus a coffee...€142. A little more expensive than expected.

18/02/2026: Lunch today, with my specific request for food intolerance, gluten and lactose. I was able to admire the attention to detail in the dishes, including what many take for granted: the mixed salad, a picture of two varieties of chopped cherry tomatoes, lettuce, purple cabbage, green cabbage, and thinly sliced ​​carrots. How delicious! I was able to choose from various dishes, all truly excellent, thank you! The bathroom was spotless, the location was excellent outside and clean inside, and there was a table football for the kids so they could play while they waited. The staff were friendly and smiley despite the amount of work. Close to the track and parking lot.

11/02/2026: A cozy restaurant next to the ski slope. Very good food made with top-quality ingredients. I recommend booking on Saturdays and Sundays during the peak season.

14/03/2026: Discovered by chance, this is an excellent place for both the location and the food. The appetizer of blue cheeses with honey and homemade giardiniera was SUPER! The risotto of the day with beets, the burger was excellent, accompanied by grilled vegetables. And to finish, a sweet dumpling with a raspberry center... I don't have a sweet tooth, but it was spectacular. A high-quality lunch.

22/02/2026: Very welcoming place, friendly and attentive staff. Dishes were beautifully presented. The cod lacked a strong flavor. Overall, we had a good time and will be back.

20/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and couldn't have been happier. The place is very well-kept, clean, and pleasant. The waiter was the icing on the cake: welcoming, friendly, and humorous without being overbearing. We had cabbage dumplings and seafood paccheri all'amatriciana: delicious, truly tasty. Highly recommended.

26/02/2026: We've probably been to Val Di Sole over 20 times, and never, ever have we encountered such an unpleasant situation. Solander Rifugio - Folgarida. The restaurant, as usual, offers self-service and à la carte. We enter the latter, and the entire place is empty. The waiter recommends sitting at a table for two. However, we choose another one. We order beef steaks with grilled vegetables / steaks also grilled. I order very clearly rare – in Italian: prego sangue. The waiter nods. He brings the steaks COOKED, not fried or grilled. The soles – well done. And the meat is first-class. The Béarnaise sauce that's supposed to go with these steaks is mayonnaise 😂. We nibbled a bit and handed it back to the waiter, saying, "These are not rare steaks, but well done." I ordered the bill. They told us to pay at the cash register. At the cash register, our compatriot asked if everything was alright, and I said it wasn't. She went off somewhere to consult, and she said the chef always does it this way and they're always great. I paid and I'll never set foot in there again. Beware of these scammers. Because you can't reply to a post from a so-called manager 😂😂😂 Dear restaurant, you had a chance, if you can't cook a steak, at least apologize to the customer. A simple gesture: if you're dissatisfied, we're inviting you, we'll give you a 5% discount or buy you a drink, but why bother? The customer paid, so let's get lost! Instead, nonsense, nonsense, nonsense. So never again!!!

07/12/2025: We ordered take away and it was probably the best Chinese food take away we've ever had. Ordering online was very easy and waiting time almost non-existent as well. Crunchy beef and lemon chicken are super recommended. We were also able to pay with Edenred's lunch tickets. We'll 100% order again!

19/02/2026: A feast for the eyes and the palate. You walk in and want to buy everything: a variety of local products, like cheeses, cured meats, honey, jams, etc. The filled sandwiches are delicious, one better than the next. I've had different varieties of cheese, salami, herbal teas, organic sweets, and spelt. The staff is courteous and very friendly. I'll also order online.

07/02/2026: Incredible surprise: we were looking for a quick restaurant to stop on the way home and stopped in, intrigued. We had the polenta with mushrooms and wild boar, fabulous. For dessert, yogurt with blueberries. And then we bought a lot of things to take home. Amazing!

16/02/2026: My partner and I were on our way back from Val di Siusi to Florence and were looking for a place to stop for lunch. After a quick internet search, I trusted my instincts and the dishes I'd seen on their website, and I have to say I wasn't wrong!!! Magnificent view, amazing dishes made with their own artisanal products!!! From the cured meats, to the wine, to the olive oil, and the amazing balsamic vinegar to pair with every dish! Try it and believe it! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks not only to the staff but also to the owner, a person of rare sweetness and humility! We'll definitely be back! ❤️

03/01/2026: Excellent hotel with a beautiful lake view. We stayed five nights, including Christmas. We will definitely return in the spring/summer.
