12/05/2025: Good lunch in a welcoming environment, with attentive service and attention to detail. The outdoor courtyard is a pleasant surprise hidden in a quiet city alley. The menu offers varied and well-thought-out dishes, in which the quality of the ingredients and the attention to preparation are perceived. The carbonara is excellent. Absolutely recommended!

02/05/2025: I returned after years and it has even improved, most of the raw materials self-produced such as the wine, exceptional, in particular the Alvast bubbles. An incredible value for money if you think about the average prices in Trentino. Absolutely unmissable and congratulations again.

12/06/2025: Acceptable quality/price ratio, lately the prices have risen considerably. Familiar and discreet atmosphere, very refined in its simplicity, full of history. The variety is not very wide being a typical Trentino trattoria. But everything is excellent, from the giardiniera to the carne salada, perhaps the best I have ever tasted, tender and tasty, you can cut it with a fork!! The apple and amaretti cake, the strudel, the wine and the coffee are good!!!

07/06/2025: The Crucolo refuge is a spectacle ... 5 stars and praise, the food is excellent, the owners and waiters are exceptional. If you pass by their area you must stop by to meet them. They have continuous hours from 9 to 22 but it is better to call. Rome thanks you for the welcome.

28/05/2025: Kindness at the top plus delicious pizza is unbelievable. Exceptional priests strangle and very good coffee. I add that there is a large and free parking lot in front. And the tables are served by two beautiful girls, one Indian with a ponytail, gorgeous hair thin, and another perhaps from the East brunette, with a ponytail, both always kind despite the intense work pace 💚💪 GT driver

18/02/2025: A small wine shop, regional wines by the glass, local liqueurs and small snacks such as snacks, tramezzi sandwiches and cheeses. The owner/waiter behind the sledge is an elderly man, very Italian, authentic and interesting.

25/05/2025: I came to eat at this place for lunch and I had the chance to try their really delicious seafood appetizer, followed by a second course of grilled and fried perch. This was also very good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

22/05/2025: This is the second time I stay in this wonderful Hotel Restaurant for work, and obviously the second time I dine in this welcoming and fantastic Restaurant inside. The cuisine is amazing, the ingredients are not only fresh but also carefully and attentively combined; I rarely find Restaurants that leave me satisfied with each course and curious for the next, thank you very much, I will recommend you to everyone I meet and who asks me where to stay and eat well, in the province of Trento

24/06/2025: The nicest restaurant and dining experience we had in Torbole, my fiancé said it was the nicest meal she ever had. Fantastic service and gorgeous food. The staff were very good and knew their stuff.

06/06/2025: Updated in response to reply: If all this is the case, it would have been appropriate to communicate this to the customer. If it is such fine dining why did no one come check on us at all throughout our dining or come to refill our when glasses? You can tell from their reply that there is a defensive attitude. I’ve been to many fine dining gourmet places with far better service and food. Original review below: Before ordering the 39 euro zucchini florets I asked the waiter: “Is this big enough as a main course,” specifying I was looking for something filling for dinner. He ensured me it was. When it came (see photo) I was shocked to find just three small florets, hardly a dinner. When I complained to the manager he said, “Perhaps I didn’t understand you before my English is not good.” Meanwhile, when I had questions about the wine we ordered I found his English vocabulary to be the best I’ve encountered on my entire trip across Italy. Rather than offering me another dish as a courtesy I was encouraged to order another. And to top it off he said “Perhaps you didn’t understand this place is gourmet.”

01/06/2025: It was our first time eating there. Gourmet cuisine at reasonable prices. The seating is beautiful, right by the vines. We'll definitely be back.
