15/09/2025: The pizza was very good, BUT... we tried the all-you-can-eat option, which we were very disappointed with: the pizza chef chooses the toppings (so there's a risk they'll bring you something you don't like but you have to eat anyway), but we were hoping for a few more "unusual" toppings. The first pizza was a Margherita, the second a Margherita with broccoli rabe, and the third a Margherita with French fries (embarrassing, to say the least; I wouldn't expect a pizza like that from a pizzeria of this caliber, unless it's for kids). Finally, we asked for the sweet pizza, which we were told would have Nutella and chopped hazelnuts, but it came with just Nutella. Again, the pizzas are very good, but with the toppings offered (basically all single-ingredient pizzas), we're not quite there. They didn't explain how it worked (it's not like a pizza tour; they bring the whole pizzas), but in any case, it's not a system that works, in our opinion. We were in a very nice separate room, but at the end of dinner, no one came to ask if we wanted coffee or anything else, so at 10:30 PM we got up to go to the counter and ask for a coffee, but they told us they couldn't do it because the car had already been cleaned. Another flaw, which however isn't anyone's fault, is the parking: we drove around for 15-20 minutes to find a "non-parking" spot.

30/09/2025: We love this place! We come here every time we're in Trento. Everything's good, but the pizza with bresaola, chanterelles, and buffalo mozzarella is absolutely amazing.

19/09/2025: I’ve ordered base bruschetta and steak with chips. Steak was around 20 euros and the bruschetta was only 4.5. I am very impressed with the quick and friendly service. Don’t even need to mention the flavours it’s a top tier place. Highly recommend.

02/09/2025: Aside from the waitress, she alone would be enough to get 5 stars. The food is really good too! I opted for the super cheeseburger. (I think it's the first time I've seen a dish exactly like the one in the picture.) We stopped by for a birthday party, unannounced, and were served without any problems despite the large number of people. I think I'll stop by again, definitely for the waitress. 😏

05/09/2025: The best restaurant I've ever found in all of Trentino! Excellent food, superb cocktails, very friendly and helpful staff! True restaurant professionals!!! The only negative, in my personal opinion, is the plastic placemats! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves Roman cuisine and more!

09/08/2025: Very good pizzas (I recommend the apple and casolet one) with a light crust. The desserts are equally as good (the buckwheat cake is excellent). The space is spacious and clean, perfect for conversation (the music is low). Very friendly and helpful staff.

03/10/2025: Salvatore is an incredibly warm person, and his small bakery is a real insider tip. The bread is of outstanding quality—you can simply taste the passion for his craft. Even though the display may seem small, Salvatore conjures up anything you wish to order. We especially recommend the focaccia and croissants—simply heavenly!

26/09/2025: The bakery is run by the "boss," who is deeply committed to traditional craftsmanship—which he masters and consistently translates into the most delicious results. The finest ingredients are used to award-winning results. We primarily work by advance order. If you're nearby and have the opportunity, it's your own fault if you don't stock up on bread (in various varieties), focaccia (made according to regional recipes upon request), pizza, etc., and even pastries. Once you've been there, you'll shop there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

24/09/2025: Best freshly made ramen I have ever tasted in Italy. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Top Japanese restaurant and great atmosphere. I would recommend the matcha tiramisu it was unexpectedly delicious, usually I don't like tiramisu because of the coffee.

23/09/2025: Yesterday I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. The order was prepared extremely efficiently and with no detail overlooked. The sandwich was simply sublime; paired with their Dante 67, it was a treat for the taste buds. FuoriStile is always a guarantee for excellent beers accompanied by extremely professional service! 🔥🍻

We ate there three nights in a row, trying both traditional and Italian dishes, and were very satisfied. The charcuterie and cheese platter with game was excellent. Highly recommended.

01/09/2025: An unforgettable dining experience. The food was amazing, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. We don’t consume alcohol, and the chef personally ensured none of our dishes contained it—he even offered creative non-alcoholic pairings. The staff were professional yet friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. To top it off, Chef Peter Brunel himself gifted us freshly made spaghetti and a signed non-alcoholic drink at the end. Truly exceptional hospitality and cuisine. Highly recommended.
