03/09/2025: Always a guarantee! Every time we come to the valley, it's a must! I'm so grateful for the honesty of the owner, who refunded us €50 that we'd accidentally overpaid on the bill. Shout out to the Sardinian staff!

28/08/2025: We stopped by chance and found a great place to eat. Excellent quality (the dumplings were excellent), and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back before we leave to try the pizza, which looks delicious just by looking at it. Congratulations!

09/09/2025: Simply wow. The tomato dishes were so full-flavored. The mussels had a flavor and a slight heat that you don't get everywhere, and the sauces for the pasta dishes were 10/10. I'll be back!

24/08/2025: Completely renovated restaurant. Modern and welcoming atmosphere. Superb pizza!! It far exceeded my expectations... high-quality cured meats and cheeses. If I really had to find a flaw... the Frizzoli were a little greasy... but everything was really good.

19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

02/09/2025: A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates regional, seasonal cuisine with a wild herb twist. From a professional nutritional perspective: harmonious flavors, harmonious seasoning, and genuine product proximity – that's exactly what conscious enjoyment feels like. I had: Trentine Nettle Cheese Dumplings: Light, aromatic, and superbly seasoned/seasoned. I particularly like the use of wild herbs like nettle: They not only add a delicate, green flavor, but are also rich in nutrients (including iron) – an excellent, regional alternative to "normal" kitchen herbs or spinach. Salmon Trout with Potato Salad & Beans: Tenderly cooked, delicately aromatic on the outside; the potato salad and beans are perfectly seasoned – balanced in salt, acidity, and herbs, pleasantly light and therefore very digestible. Location & Seating: Very pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside – ideal for a relaxed dinner. Parking: Parking spaces directly in front of the building – easy arrival included.

24/08/2025: This Trentino-style tavern offers a spacious, welcoming atmosphere and reserved parking for guests. The menu features typical regional dishes, including "nettle" dishes. The polenta and luganega sausage tastings at the beginning of the meal are particularly popular, as is the appetizer of cheeses accompanied by fruit jams.

20/08/2025: A fantastic restaurant, definitely a 5/5. We visited it five times during our few days in Riva, and each time was amazing. The food is delicious and there's a wide selection. The service is friendly, helpful, and most importantly, efficient. We highly recommend it!

03/09/2025: One of the best mushroom-based first courses I've ever had! Truly, it was a riot of flavors, with a perfectly balanced blend of flavors! I tried ostrich meat for the first time, and the butter was incredibly tender. If I had to nitpick, I couldn't understand how such a pleasant and well-run place has a mediocre house wine. Not that they should be offering me some fancy nectar, but at least a wine that pairs well with those delicious dishes without detracting from them! Good value!

25/07/2025: Strategic location on the slopes with breathtaking mountain views. We ate lunch at the chalet for a whole week. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was friendly and fast. The owner was the real asset, knowing how to entertain guests with kindness, constancy, and cheerfulness.

13/04/2025: Atmospheric bar with a beautiful view of the surrounding peaks, this place is characterized by scarves of various football clubs hanging from the ceiling, the staff speaks Polish, standard prices, the double espresso was unfortunately more like a single one but overall I recommend it

08/09/2025: A traditional restaurant, meticulously maintained and very welcoming, with perfect acoustics even when the room is full. The staff are friendly and well-trained. The food is generously portioned and of high quality. Prices are average for a restaurant; a side dish, main course, and dessert are around thirty euros (excluding drinks).

07/09/2025: Luckily, even though we hadn't booked, someone canceled and let us have a seat on the veranda! Cheese and cured meat platter: Excellent appetizer, accompanied by delicious sauerkraut and giardiniera! Delicious spaetzle and a trio of delicious dumplings (there's no use there, I've already tried them, but at this point I don't understand the dish). The child was satisfied with the penne with meat sauce and the potatoes and sausage! Good value for money!! Nothing more to say!
