02/06/2025: Two guys from Milan opened and run this vegan restaurant in Val di Sole, the only one in the valley and a rare example in Trentino/Alto Adige. Few dishes on the menu and no off-menu, all expertly prepared, you can see that there is a lot of research behind it. The carbonara and the peanut cheesecake are truly exceptional. Very typical and well-kept location.

05/05/2025: My absolute favorite place in the whole valley! Amazing food, studied with care and love in every detail. New flavors even for me who have been going to vegan restaurants for many years. Really tasty dishes for all types of palates, I was there with omnivorous friends who often ask me to come back! Well done, good, good

01/06/2025: There is not a single thing to mark it down no matter how hard you try. The general atmosphere in this place is so remarkable,that we decided to go out of our way and stay another night,which also gave us the opportunity to have dinner here,that of course was also an exceptional experience. We had to change rooms,so we enjoyed checking in twice. The owner,the staff,the cleanliness,the attention to detail,the breakfast,the curious design of the rooms and the whole place is nothing but outstanding. I could sit here for hours and I would still not have enough time and space to detail all the things we enjoyed. 🤞🏻We can come back one day!

30/05/2025: Wonderful accommodation for a relaxing stay. The Sophia Suite with sauna and hot tub is excellent, spacious and complete with every comfort. Excellent cuisine accompanied by a refined wine list. Helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. A special thanks to the owner Jessica for the welcome and attention given to us. Highly recommended structure with excellent value for money.

03/05/2025: An amazing offer of burgers, for all tastes, with also a very interesting selection of types of bread. Their beer (CAMM) is very good. Friendly, polite and efficient staff. And for lovers of sauces and sauces there is something to indulge in! In short, nothing to complain about: well done!!!

28/04/2025: The restaurant is located in the center of Predazzo and has a small car park. Fast and friendly service, a slightly claustrophobic environment. Having booked the room, they placed us outside. The bun (Aberdeen Angus) wasn't great, the meat looked old and the cooking wasn't even, well done at the ends and raw in the center of the burger. The bread has a crisp but thin dome, and as cute as it may be, it's a neutral carrier that adds nothing to the sandwich other than making a mess on your plate as you eat. The chips look like those from the supermarket. The treasure chest of sauces from Heinz is cute. Average desserts but nothing exceptional. High expectations given the reviews but I've only had this bad meal abroad. I recommend only if you are really hungry.

17/06/2025: I was here with a friend and had spaghetti with prawns and, to start, hake. However, it was pureed, which isn't really my thing and should have been mentioned. They were very accommodating to my complaint and served me an excellent char from Lake Garda. This was accompanied by a Valpolicella from Villa Spinosa, which we enjoyed. The service was all very good and friendly. Very professional. Highly recommended.

13/06/2025: Hi - we had an amazing meal here: great service, fabulous food and lovely sud tirol wine to accompany. Excellent service also and very good value for the standard of cuisine with a lovely view of the lake.

14/06/2025: Mind-blowing location and ambience, very pleasant design and rooms. The service is sometimes a bit on the slower side e.g. literally 15 min to get a car from the parking lot - every time 😴 Great wine selection but poor cocktails and hopelessly bad coffee. Local competition has proper flat white, chemex etc and here even doppio is barely drinkable. Not a dealbreaker considering the location and views but could definitely be fixed

12/06/2025: A quantum leap into relaxation and dopamine energy flow.👌 The outdoor heated pool with mountains and valley view is just awesome. The surrounding territory is not as big as the one at Lefay Resort on Garda Lake, but this is well compensated by skiing in Dolomites.

07/04/2025: The apartment hotel provides basic accommodation, the studios are very small, the bunk bed right next to the front door. Very unpleasant gentleman in the wellness center with comments and grumbles at any request from the guests. Non-functional wifi in the room and also a very weak mobile signal within the location of our studio within the complex. Ski room without dryers for ski boots. A big positive of the entire area is the cleanliness, from the reception to the rooms to the wellness and pool itself! It is about 20 minutes on foot to the center of the town of Cavalese.

24/03/2025: Zarówno hotel jak i restauracja spełniają oczekiwania. W hotelu czysto, pokoje dość duże wyposażone w sprzęty umożliwiające przygotowywania posiłków. W restauracji można dobrze zjeść miła obsługa zarówno kelnerzy jak i szefowa (za barem). Chciałem serdecznie podziękować za zwrot nadpłaconej kwoty za kolację. (Dwukrotnie obciążyło mój rachunek w ciągu godziny - nie wiem jak to się stało bo nawet się nie zorientowałem kwotą 47,50 euro). Z poważaniem Andrzej

21/06/2025: The Chinese restaurant is located a stone's throw from the Pergine Town Hall, it is spacious and clean, the service is fast and friendly and the food is appetizing.

04/06/2025: I sincerely recommend. Friendly atmosphere, perfect service. Food, every time I visit Alpino encourages me to come again. Today we were for spaghetti allo scolio we are delighted, starting with the antipasto All`Italiana appetizer through the main course polenta e capriolo, everything poetry of taste. Thank you all for a wonderful vist and my heartfelt complements to the owners.
