13/07/2024: Very tasty to eat, very friendly service. Quiet location for dining outside on the terrace. It is also outside the tourist region, so you know that it is also appreciated by the locals. Definitely recommended.

19/06/2024: Ein fast leeres Lokal ist schon mal,verdächtig Die Zupetta , grüne Erbsen mit Brotbrocken total überteuert für 18€ das Filet sollte 250 gr.haben es waren maximal 200gr. Spagetti mit Muscheln waren ok . In der Nähe gibt es viele Alternativen.wir waren auf Empfehlung unseres hotels hier.

15/08/2024: A good restaurant, the pork shank and the apple strudel are recommended. Favorable points are the location, with a beautiful view of the Pale di San Martino, and the quality/price ratio. Be careful with parking: if you want to get to the mountain hut by car, it is advisable to arrive early. The restaurant can also be reached on foot from San Martino (Colbricon Express departure) in about 20/25 minutes

27/07/2024: During my recent visit to the Dal Barba restaurant, unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations, and I feel forced to leave a negative review for a number of very specific reasons. Hospitality and Atmosphere: As soon as I entered the place, the atmosphere didn't immediately strike me in a positive way. The welcome was cold and impersonal; the staff seemed distracted and not interested in making customers feel comfortable. The environment was noisy and unkept, with tables too close together which made it difficult to have a private conversation. The lighting was too bright, creating an unrelaxing environment. Food Quality: Moving on to the crux of my visit, the pizza. I had high expectations, but was deeply disappointed. The pizza was terribly watery, with a base that seemed almost uncooked, too soft and lacking the crunchiness you expect from a good pizza. Furthermore, the tomato flavor was overly dominated by oregano, which drowned out any other flavor nuances. The whole thing was heavy and unappetizing, a real disappointment for anyone who loves pizza. Service: The service was equally disappointing. After being shown to the table, it took too long to receive the menus and even longer to place the order. The staff seemed disorganized and had little attention to detail. When asked for a change of dish, due to the unsatisfactory pizza, the reaction was rude and hasty, without any attempt to improve the situation. Value for money: Considering the poor quality of the food and service, the prices were definitely over the top. I expected much more for the cost. There are many other restaurants in the city that offer significantly higher quality at similar or even lower prices. Conclusion: Ultimately, my experience at the Barba restaurant was negative in various respects. Not only was the quality of the pizza unacceptable, but the service and atmosphere also contributed to the visit being unpleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience. I hope the place can take this constructive criticism into consideration to improve in the future. This review should provide a clear and detailed overview of the issues encountered during the visit to the Dal Barba restaurant. I thought I went to the Barba restaurant but the Barba restaurant082

13/08/2024: I went to this restaurant yesterday and what can I say other than quality surrounded by nature, we ate on the veranda with a very beautiful view! Typical foods we took a trio of dumplings and game tagliatelle and to conclude their wonderful strudel which is in my top 3!!! I recommend it, the value for money is excellent!!! The road to get there is a bit narrow but it's not even 5 minutes from Predazzo! I'll be back

11/08/2024: It was recommended to me by friends.... we had a great time. Very welcoming place, fast and attentive service to the various requests (refill water, bread, wine) at the various tables. High quality food, well served and in abundance. Excellent quality/price ratio. Pb: 1) it is very difficult to find a place. You need to book well in advance. 2) little space for car parking. .... but we will be back as soon as possible!!!

15/08/2024: Minimal welcome from the owner, we only found 2 waitresses who were smiling and helpful...good food, good environment, room with soft light, it felt like we were grounded, my three year old son asked us if we should go to sleep!!!😂

31/08/2024: Fabulous view from the restaurant, my mother and I showed up at around one for lunch, we hadn't booked. They tell us that there is a free table and they accompany us to the table which, being half in the sun, I move it a little, telling the young waiter who says nothing. Then an older waiter arrives (I think the owner) who in a very rude way tells me that in that position he disturbs the nearby table and when I tell her that the sun bothers us a lot in always eating with disconcerting and peremptory ways I he says: you haven't booked so if you don't like it, go inside!. I didn't leave because it was a holiday with my mother, we had traveled three hours to get there. Ate well, I don't recommend it, people are almost entirely rude or cold. Maybe they've been doing this job for too long and have come to fruition. In addition to eating, we also look for a smile and kindness.

23/08/2024: Pizza restaurant nestled in the mountains. Ate very well, excellent food, plentiful and cared for. Attentive and smiling service. We ate spectacular lard with hot croutons, it melted in your mouth. Strangolapreti with cheese fondue and speck and speck dumplings with fresh mushrooms. Coppa cooked at low temperature, really delicious!! We didn't eat dessert because we were full but we will come back for those too since they are all homemade. Very nice owner. Excellent price/quality!

I piatti sono un tripudio di colore e sapore, sorprendenti e spiritosi. La tradizione che reinterpretata si fa ricordare. Consigliatissimo per cena in cui si desidera stupire e/o sperimentare.
