30/03/2024: The restaurant is located inside the campsite of the same name. Really honest prices for being in a mountain area and excellent quality both for the pizza and the first courses. I really appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the owners and staff, they create a truly pleasant atmosphere! Super recommended.
16/03/2024: Restaurant close to the slopes, rental and parking. Meat starters and exceptional pizza. Fast and courteous service. Very bright and comfortable environment. Very nice man.

26/02/2024: Tiny restaurant (five tables in total) on a farm, but with extraordinary service and quality of food. The very kind and smiling owner served us excellent fish dishes - trout and char - of her own production, cooked without too many frills, but with an exceptional flavour. The beer sorbet is also very good. If desired, there is also a small choice of dishes for "non-fishetarians", as specified in the menu. I highly recommend it.

13/03/2024: The gastrophilosopher. When enthusiasm is authentic it becomes contagious. Luigi says he is a non-butcher and a non-seller but then I always come out with ounces of cured meats and bring him new followers. Good people and good stuff. So good.
29/02/2024: Siamo passati per caso in questa macelleria per acquistare dei prodotti tipici, entrando e interagendo con Luigi si vive un’esperienza bellissima non solo dal punto di vista gustativo grazie alle degustazioni offerte ma anche dal punto di vista emotivo.Prodotti eccellenti, studiati e raccontati in maniera da renderli esclusivi grazie alla filosofia di Luigi che non è un macellaio ma un artista.Esperienza piu che positiva, ritorneremo sicuramente per una degustazione completa.

26/04/2024: We were together with our daughter. Excellent burgers, excellent meat and excellent cooking. Wide choice of meat, fish and vegan options. They offer a trunk with a mix of sauces, some homemade, such as apples and onions, super. They brought our little girl a placemat to color with markers.

A not very large place but with attention to detail and excellent service!
The hamburger menu is varied and in addition to the "classic" burgers it offers many other more particular ones that embrace various styles and draw inspiration from various cuisines!
The ingredients are refined and of excellent quality and their "not fried" chips are spectacular! They also have vegan options and they have a really great gluten-free sandwich!

31/03/2024: Everything excellent, with quality raw materials. Handmade pasta. Even the bread, supplied in 4 different types and accompanied by salted butter... Two tastings offered as an entree and a small amaretto to finish.
Excellent service, welcoming and clean environment.
However, I don't give five stars because the portions are "minimal" compared to the price: 17/18 euros for a first course, 10/12 euros for a dessert...

06/04/2024: This place really has the best pizza, I’m surprised they don’t have even higher ratings! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, they are really the friendliest people. This place is definitely worth going out of your way to visit. I would come back to Trento just to come back to Korallo!
05/04/2024: Definitely excellent contemporary pizza. Gourmet toppings too, fabulous combinations, prices in line with the market... Top of the range pizzeria, highly recommended! I will definitely be back!

02/04/2024: It's great that we discovered this restaurant. After a long day on the road, the extremely friendly people, the delicious large pizza and a freshly tapped beer were just the thing for us. The prices are also super fair. Five stars plus.
28/03/2024: Legendary, excellent pizzas prepared by the legendary Simone, fantastic service with the super Romina and to top it off some delicious craft beers. Always on point great!
