Everything was delicious, the carbonara was special! Bravo to the chef!!! The owner was really kind, the food was delicious, we'll definitely be back!

New management, very kind and friendly people, just what this restaurant deserved! One of the best carbonaras we've ever had, and the tagliata with lard and pecorino was also spectacular. Both portions were very generous and very well priced. Thank you!

New management a week ago I have to say the food is excellent and truly delicious. The only downside was the long wait, but for the tasty dishes and top-quality ingredients, the Tuscan platter was superb! The cacio e pepe was superb. It was definitely worth it. It must be said that a good start always has some flaws. The management is young and will definitely catch on. I will definitely be back!

Tuscan Easter Lunch We had a truly wonderful time, the restaurant was welcoming, and the dishes were typical Tuscan and Trentino. Excellent products, thank you so much, and see you next time. Tiziana and Luciano, Val di Non.

I was passing through on my holiday – it was really lovely! The restaurant reopened yesterday (under new ownership). Very tasty food and fair prices. Highly recommended!

02/06/2026: We've been back twice already, and both were excellent experiences. We had the tasting menu, and besides being delicious, it surprised us with unique pairings and products (e.g., the dry-aged fish menu) that we'd never tried before. See you soon :)
