I ate there for lunch and dinner. The pappardelle with venison were spectacular, the venison steak was even better, and the dessert was delicious. The only thing I think could be improved was the speed of the service. However, it's definitely worth the extra 10 minutes.

We took two Neapolitan pizzas to take away and found them excellent: the dough was soft and crunchy, we had a piece left that we ate the next day and it was just as good.

Great pizza. The dough is thin and the ingredients are fresh. We also tried lasagna - great taste, however the portion seemed to be too small for my son. We have also tried and are very satisfied with the spagetti carbonara. Top of the game, however, was the Dolce Vita salad which we hight recommend. On the desert side, i cannot decide. The apple strudel was just exquisite, also the creme brulee, also the chocolate cake. All good.

We went for dinner. I recommend trying the potato and cured meat tortel appetizer, the borlotti beans with onion, and the homemade tiramisu. The desserts are generously portioned. The place is very large. The only downside is that it's a bit cluttered. Very fast service and friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

I stayed for 3 nights in this B&B and I have to compliment the owner on all aspects. If I could, I would give 10 stars, congratulations!!!!

Friendly service, delicious food. We've been here twice, and everything was perfect both times! Unfortunately, the menu is only in Italian, but there's a German translation available via a QR code (not ideal, but better than nothing) 😊

For me, the best pizza in Trentino!! Rich yet easy to digest and won't leave you feeling bloated! Also available with whole wheat dough. A restaurant serving traditional Trentino dishes, including excellent strangolapreti and game when available! Definitely my go-to after a day of sports on Paganella, whether mountain biking or skiing in the winter. Highly recommended

24/07/2026: A charming place in the center of Rovereto. A charming, friendly atmosphere, both inside and out. I had their tortel with fried egg and speck, served with green salad and red cabbage. A 9. A portion of slightly spicy peppers, breaded and fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A 7. Good Spaten beer on tap. Reasonably priced for the area. Parking isn't always easy. The place isn't on the main road, but in an internal courtyard, but it's still easy to find thanks to a large sign on the street.

Wellness Hotel Dolomia

13/06/2026: We stayed at this property and had a truly wonderful time. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day out and about. A great feature is the indoor pool, perfect both at the end of the day and when the weather isn't suitable for outdoor activities. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items for all tastes. Dinner also won us over: a choice of five courses, all excellent and plentiful, accompanied by a generous buffet of mixed vegetables. Highly recommended, we would definitely return!
12/06/2026: Very nice and kind customer service. Modern and clean rooms. Food was very good. Spa was amazing. Would 100% recommend. If we come back to Soraga, will definitely stay here again :)
