Beautiful setting, but extremely slow service (an hour before the entree arrived, three hours for the meal). The price of the lake fish menu is unjustified, neither in relation to the minimal amount of raw ingredients, which is truly minimal, nor in relation to the techniques used.

An excellent restaurant that I absolutely recommend. Everything was delicious, but the turbot was truly special, and for dessert, the mango and passion fruit donut... a dream.

The staff are amazing, polite, professional. We went there for breakfast. Many options, delicious fresh juices, bread varieties. For 4 days, I haven’t thought about going somewhere else.

We had dinner at this wonderful restaurant with a breathtaking lake view. We had the opportunity to order two different tasting menus, one vegetarian and one meat-based, both superb with top-quality ingredients. I've been to other Michelin-starred restaurants, but this is definitely one of my favorites. The staff was kind, discreet, and welcoming, even with my 7-year-old son's requests. Highly recommended.

I dined here for a special occasion, booking a table in the romantic room (recommended for a more private experience). The dishes were colorful, appetizing, and overall delicious. I chose the "Emotions from Garda" menu, and each dish described a particular part of the lake and the surrounding area. In order: - Welcome from the kitchen: very tasty and flavorful, it was an explosion of flavor. - Selection of bread and butter: delicious, the polenta chips had a flavor reminiscent of popcorn. We really appreciated the lemon butter because it had a strong flavor. - Marinated trout: it was delicious, and the combination with the crème fraîche was a winning combination. - Char tartare: WOW! It was fantastic, perhaps the best dish. The only flaw was that the plate (although beautiful) didn't allow you to mop up the bread with bread. - Potato gnocchi: very flavorful, the gnocchi and the agretto helped balance the flavors. - Lake fish: the highlight of the dish, in our opinion, was the cream of zucchini with beetroot, which paired sublimely with the fish. - Pre-dessert: fun, we appreciated the "fragility" of the egg, which broke easily. It concealed a passion fruit and mango yolk. - Dessert: both delicious. The staff was very attentive and respectful despite our young age (a concern not found in all restaurants). We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the aromas of the dishes, which completely met our expectations. We will definitely be back!

An experience worth repeating. The dining room staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. The food was excellent. We met the talented chef. Special mention goes to Ivan, who welcomed us warmly and looked after us throughout the dinner.

We went to Aqua today and chose a tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was impeccable (beautifully presented, very tasty, sophisticated yet down-to-earth) and the wine pairing was perfect! The service was also excellent.

Three days of pure indulgence – and Aqua was the absolute highlight! We spent a wonderful three-day stay at the Hotel Lago di Garda in Torbole and booked the romantic tasting menu for two at the hotel's Aqua Ristorante twice – once with meat and once with fish. It was by far the most beautiful and impressive culinary experience of our entire Lake Garda trip! The location is perfect: right on the small harbor of Torbole, with a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Garda. Especially in the evenings, when the sun sets and the water shimmers in every imaginable color, you feel like you're in a dream setting. The modern, elegant veranda with its huge panoramic windows makes the whole experience even more intimate and romantic – it couldn't be better! Both tasting menus were a truly explosive culinary journey through the flavors of Lake Garda and Trentino. Every single course surprised and delighted us: freshly caught, regional ingredients, incredibly creatively combined, yet always perfectly balanced in flavor. Sometimes delicate and refined, sometimes intense and bold – and with every bite, you can taste the enormous attention to detail and precision in the kitchen. We were truly amazed by the high level of cuisine – Michelin-star quality, anyone? Besides the exceptional food, the staff was the second major highlight. Our servers were not only extremely friendly, attentive, and warm, but above all, genuinely passionate and highly skilled. Each course was explained with great enthusiasm: the origin of the ingredients, little anecdotes about the dish, and perfect wine pairings – this elevated the experience to a whole new level. You immediately feel welcome, valued, and completely pampered. In short: If you're looking for a truly special, romantic evening with excellent food, a breathtaking view, and outstanding service, Aqua Ristorante in Torbole is the perfect choice. For us, it was the undisputed highlight – we will definitely be back (and are already looking forward to it)!

We came for my birthday and found the atmosphere private and welcoming. We tried the land tasting and it was fantastic; each dish was a wonderful journey of flavors and tastes.
