We've been back twice already, and both were excellent experiences. We had the tasting menu, and besides being delicious, it surprised us with unique pairings and products (e.g., the dry-aged fish menu) that we'd never tried before.

Good service that makes everything outstanding 👍. The food was nicely decorated. A bit less flavorful but still quite ok. Some dishes were excellent that compansate the less good ones. Still worth for the price!

Highly recommended, especially the fish menu — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I didn’t try the meat or vegetarian options, so I can’t comment on those, but the fish dishes were excellent.

The restaurant has a fantastic location, especially if you're lucky enough to get one of the tables by the window.
The decor is modern, featuring various shades of turquoise and navy blue to match the name. The chairs, however, are a bit uncomfortable after a while. So I'm glad that the kitchen and service team really step up and serve the 9-course menu in just 2 hours.
There are 5 different tasting menus: 2 fish, 2 meat, and 1 vegetarian. I have nothing against the concept, but perhaps the kitchen should focus a little more.
On the positive side, I have to say that the Lake Menu (what else could I order with that amazing view of the lake?)—including an aperitif, bread, pre-dessert, petit fours, and 5 courses—is incredibly affordable at 85 EUR.
All the plates are beautifully presented, though not every course works; on several occasions, ingredients are included simply because they’re there, not because the dish needs them. For example, the buffalo buttermilk is unnecessary in the char course. The phrase “less is more” is rarely as true as it is in good cuisine. And unfortunately, apart from the beets, none of the ingredients in the main course have much flavor.
The varied bread course is excellent, and the marinated trout and gnocchi are also very good.
The service is okay, but aside from “everything okay?” and similar standard phrases, there is no conversation (except with the restaurant manager)—also not at the neighboring tables.
Conclusion: a beautifully presented, varied menu with its ups and downs, accompanied by a great view, all at an unbeatable price. Recommended.

Excellent food, refined cuisine, the view to the lake at sunset was spectacular, found the atmosphere and staff to be a bit sterile for me and service duration whether 3 dishes or full tasting menu was just as long.

Beautiful setting, but extremely slow service (an hour before the entree arrived, three hours for the meal). The price of the lake fish menu is unjustified, neither in relation to the minimal amount of raw ingredients, which is truly minimal, nor in relation to the techniques used.

An excellent restaurant that I absolutely recommend. Everything was delicious, but the turbot was truly special, and for dessert, the mango and passion fruit donut... a dream.

The staff are amazing, polite, professional.
We went there for breakfast. Many options, delicious fresh juices, bread varieties.
