We went for dinner on a friend's recommendation, and I have to say we weren't disappointed. We ordered the carbonara, and despite the longer-than-usual wait, I have to admit it was worth the wait. It's difficult, if not impossible, to find better in the area; honestly, I've only found a carbonara of this quality in Rome. The desserts are wonderful. We tried the tiramisu and the Sachertorte, both different from the usual but I'd say almost better than their original counterparts. Finally, I'd add that the staff is truly welcoming and professional.

It's always a pleasure to return. We had an appetizer for two (ample) and two main courses: pork ribs and Roman-style gnocco. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

After years, I returned to this cozy little restaurant, and oh my, did we eat so well! From appetizers to dessert—in fact, we even had an aperitivo, and that was top-notch, too. We'll definitely be back; it could become one of our favorite places.
