The staff is incomparably kind and cheerful; they cook traditional Trentino dishes, simple but truly tasty, in an exceptional way (I had a pork cheek that was buttery, with pumpkin potatoes that I was really about to move); they use high quality raw materials, offer simply excellent cured meats and cheeses; the desserts are homemade and are super good (grappa semifreddo for gentlemen, recommended); you really spend a pittance in relation to the quantity of food served. If you are in Pergine, definitely stop by... It's like feeling at home!

The girl in the room is very kind, helpful and thoughtful, I want to thank her for her excellent service! The menu is very original, varied and suitable for everyone. My boyfriend and I opted for a three-course tasting menu (there is the possibility of changing a dish offered with one from the à la carte menu, all without paying any additional cost, which is not to be taken for granted!!), a small aperitif , a bottle of red wine and two coffees and we spent a total of €160. The staff were concerned about my lactose food intolerance and made a change to each course (which doesn't often happen in many other restaurants). We will definitely be back with some of our friends!!! Thank you.

Unfortunately not the best... the tortel was nothing special... but when the pork shank ordered by my father arrived, in his opinion the meat was too pink and therefore raw. I can understand that one can disagree with a criticism (even if it is very light in this case), and that such criticism can hurt or annoy in some way, but what happened next was incredible. The lady immediately seemed annoyed, not accepting what was reported in any way, on the contrary she wanted to be right at all costs. Rightly the son, being in the kitchen, wanted to ascertain what was wrong a second time, having received the same reason again, he collected the plate and returned inside the restaurant... a few minutes later while we were eating other dishes, the owner reappeared with very heated tones insinuating that we didn't know what a shin was and therefore to avoid taking it as a dish... after which after several bickerings, I ask the lady with absolute calm if she could go back inside the restaurant so that we can continue lunch in peace and without anyone yelling at us, also telling her that if she had continued in that way I wouldn't have paid (absolutely the wrong thing to say but without any intention obviously).. failed attempt... she comes back, succeeds with the owner and the same happens to me he arrives in a threatening manner, face to face, shooting a lot of insults and practically calling me a snooty p******, trying in every way to make me understand that he wants to come to blows, also telling me that if I don't had still done it, it was only because it would hurt me too much and that he would only be doing me a favor by doing it. Obviously the thing completely degenerated and the scene we saw was surreal to say the least. In order to avoid further degenerations, we therefore decide to pay the bill and leave, all with the owner still in the background intent only on offending... I don't dare imagine what could have happened by giving him credit, or worse, I don't dare imagine if my father had done a worse criticism than it was. I'm really sorry for this behavior, I also worked in the restaurant industry for many years... I can understand all the commitment and passion with which they work and receiving criticism is never pleasant... but I never, ever believe in it. can it be allowed to go that far, and I believe that such a reaction can never, ever be justified. As suggested by the owners themselves obviously, we will never return. Her response adapts exactly to the situation presented, she is the one telling lies because for the umpteenth time she proves arrogant, rude and a liar. I see that he always has this tone even in the responses to other reviews where diners have dared to express an opinion, so it is clear that criticism is not allowed from you. I've never reviewed anyone in this way, so something happened, I was threatened and she's making a bad impression again, I'm not climbing anywhere, and if she has a straw tail it's another matter. I would add that bread and mortadella certainly has more to offer than its cuisine. I wish her the best and hope that no one will experience the situation we experienced.

Without a doubt, the pasta with rich Bolognese sauce was exquisite, and the Tagliata was grilled to perfection. Service style? Friendly, English-speaking, attentive, and professional. Top-notch. Price-performance ratio? Very reasonable; I settled the bill at €42 for primi platti, secondi, a beer, and coffee. Atmosphere? Tending towards elegance rather than casual. Not the typical spot for friends celebrating their latest hike, but perfect for a romantic evening or relaxed lunch with your partner. What did I particularly enjoy? The hearty pasta, typical of Trentino, was outstanding, as was the warmth of the service staff. You're greeted with genuine smiles. Would I visit again? Absolutely. Comments: Maintain the current setup; it's delightful as it is. ...and please add non-alcoholic beer to.the beverage menu. 🙂
