The beer is good, although I don't prefer it. The sandwich is huge and very generous. The meat for children is very good. I recommend...

11/01/2026: I've never given 5 stars 🤩 It's worth it! The location, the harmony of flavors, the friendliness, the quality...definitely. This place is meticulously maintained. In the women's bathroom, there's hairspray, hand cream, sanitary napkins, and panty liners. The only downside is that I'd have to leave sooner or later.

This was my second stay at Hotel Il Maniero in Ossana, and I can only confirm the extremely high quality standards that distinguish this establishment. General Services: All other services offered by the hotel have proven to be up to expectations, confirming an attention to detail that makes Hotel Il Maniero an absolute guarantee for those seeking relaxation and quality in Trentino, a 10-minute drive from the Folgarida - Marilleva - Madonna di Campiglio ski area (also well connected via the free SkiBus).

20/01/2026: From the Tonale Pass, we headed toward Valsugana, and in addition to the beautiful view of the lake, which truly brings me peace, we came across this place, which I find very captivating. Here, you can indulge in a dish of local cuisine, a pizza, or grilled meat, all in a beautifully curated setting run by the very welcoming owners. And as their motto is clearly stated on the menu, "Everything always begins with a woman." It's worth a visit.

02/12/2025: EXCELLENT TASTING MENUS - EXCELLENT SERVICE ☺️ We tried a meat and a fish tasting menu, both excellent, but if we really had to give it an extra star, the fish one wins ☺️ The quality-price ratio is, in our opinion, very good and the portions are certainly satisfying. The service was also excellent, both in terms of welcome and table management. Special thanks to Mr. Claudio, truly professional and at the same time empathetic, able to put customers at ease and involve them in the culinary experience offered by the restaurant. The ambiance was our least satisfied; not knowing the restaurant when booking, we didn't express a preference and ended up in the first-floor room, which is completely different from the one on the ground floor. The first-floor room has dark colors and the lighting is too soft, which makes it difficult to appreciate the colors of the dishes. Even a small table lamp would have been enough and everything would have been improved (I don't understand why only the table next to ours had one), atmosphere, and lighting of the dishes. Good wine list 👍 Please note, the restaurant closes for seasonal rest from mid-October to December 😉

02/11/2025: We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and it immediately inspired us from the outside. Upon entering, the atmosphere is welcoming, as is the service that follows. The cuisine is top-notch, surprising the palate with every bite. A very pleasant evening that we can't wait to repeat. 19/10/2025: Spectacular, we were there today for lunch, house platter with cold cuts and cheeses, first course three dumplings on casolet cream really excellent, second course we tried all three, very tender venison stew, very good and very tasty melted cheese, sausage in sauce with very good polenta all accompanied by an excellent red wine, very very good desserts ... What else to say, the location is very beautiful, the staff kind, friendly and fast, finished lunch with a walk on the Cimane path to digest ... Truly an excellent discovery ...
