The food was truly exquisite and the owners had a rare friendliness and welcome. 15/06/2025: We were looking for a place to go and eat a good cut of meat. We booked for Saturday night at 8 (I recommend booking). I would say that the place lived up to expectations and in some ways exceeded them. Excellent welcome, the owner is friendly and nice. Excellent food. Almost everything homemade. We had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses that we split in two, excellent products. Special mention for the pickles obviously homemade. Then we had a second course, I had an excellent picaña with an excellent homemade cimichurri sauce (you must like garlic). My wife instead had the Angus tagliata equally excellent and perfectly cooked medium. Also homemade desserts. Cheesecake and Crema Catalana. On the other hand, an excellent experience, we ate out when the evening allowed. We will certainly return, maybe at midday to try the first courses. At the time the owner explained to me that the selection of aging meat is limited in the summer period, but this is also something that we will try again later. Obviously recommended.

01/06/2025: We visited Al Lupo with five people (two adults and three children) and were absolutely thrilled! Even though we arrived just before the lunch break, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service – the service was attentive, spoke good English, and was also child-friendly. The main courses were excellent – ​​freshly prepared, authentic, and delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu and semifreddo al limone – both were dreamy and the perfect end to the meal. A fantastic Italian restaurant with genuine hospitality and excellent cuisine. Al Lupo – we'd love to come back!

08/06/2025: Wir können dieses Restaurant vollstens empfehlen! Eine der leckersten Pizzas, die wir jemals gegessen haben. Es gibt total viele ausergewöhnliche Pizza-Kombinationen zu super fairen Preisen. Der Service war noch dazu TOP! Mega aufmerksames Personal, total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab einen leckeren Aperetivo mit hübsch angerichteten Häppchen. Wunderschönes, modernes und gemütliches Ambiente. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr gelungenen Abend und wenn wir morgen nicht weiterfahren müssten, würden wir direkt wieder hingehen! Vollste Empfehlung! Danke! :)

14/04/2025: Very disappointing, ordered medium well food it was medium rare to medium, they cooked it again, it was awful and there was even a hair on my plate!!! No apology nothing!!! Just after I asked for the manager and complained about the situation he offered to return the money for my filet, but at this point this was the least he could do. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

02/07/2025: We stayed for a week in the hotel next to the restaurant and ate here almost every evening. Authentic Italian cuisine...(no pizza)...friendly, warm service...and a great atmosphere...we'll be back... Thank you so much!!!

01/07/2025: I have been twice to the new location at Lake Canzolino. I must say that I left highly satisfied with both the food and the service and also with the landscape surrounding the place. In the hot Trentino summer, a cool place far from the chaos of the city and the typical summer lake tourism. As for the food, from the canederli to the tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms and the second courses, you can feel the hand of home cooking that is so popular and that is increasingly difficult to find. It is nice to see and taste in this place the tradition that mixes with innovation, that is, some traditional dishes are successfully revised and innovated. About the service I can say: always impeccable and perfect with kindness and cordiality, something that is not always found in other places. I am sorry that the sixth star is missing because this time there would be grounds for giving it. I highly recommend visiting it and stopping for dinner or lunch.

22/03/2025: Excellent food and service. Ate here twice and both time the food and service was fantastic. Recommend the chicken wings, muahroom pasta and any pizzas as they are all wonderful. Great service and a wonderful front of hoise team.
