28/10/2025: Excellent home-cooked dishes, a rustic atmosphere, and truly reasonable prices. The menu is generally fixed but includes a bit of everything. The potato tortelli are excellent, the braised meat is delicious, and the ribs are exceptional. We had a great time.

27/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! I used to come here when I worked in these beautiful areas! I returned with family and friends after a few years, and it feels like time has stood still! The owners are incredibly sweet and kind; the lady cooks divinely, and the gentleman is not only sweet and helpful, but incredibly tender! The cuisine isn't superb, but more so: plentiful and of exceptional, superior, unique quality...typical of a mountain refuge! The prices are more than fair, €30 per person including drinks for a menu that never ends. The appetizers are incredible: the meat is fresh and tender, the beef is firm, and the carpaccio is something you'll remember for a lifetime. The first courses are exceptional: the canederli are traditional Trentino dumplings (the cheese ones are a delight!), and the second courses (for those who haven't had enough before) are exquisite; the braised beef in Barolo is so tender it melts in your mouth! The grappas are excellent, also strictly handmade! When we pass by these places again, we'll definitely stop here! Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends; they're not always open during the week. It's family-run! Update: We returned at the end of October 2025 and I can say that the quality is still the same, as is the kindness of the staff and "Mr. Baffo," who remains the star of the place! The price of the full menu has been increased by €5, now costing €35; still, it's a more than fair price for the quantity and quality of the products.

04/06/2026: Let's start with the flaws: the service is a bit slow, there's no printed menu, and the decor is a bit dated. But this just goes to show that you don't need to go to a Michelin-starred restaurant decorated by Milanese designers to eat well! Some of the best food I've ever had, at a very fair price. Despite those flaws, the stars can only be 5. Update: 9 years have passed, the location hasn't changed, the food is still divine, but on the other hand, they're now also very quick with service. Congratulations again.

19/04/2026: A wonderful gastronomic experience. We went to try the sandwiches, only to discover they're only available on Wednesdays. We tried the pizzas, a wonderful discovery! Crispy on the outside and light on the inside. Excellent topping combinations.

17/05/2026: We celebrated our wedding at the Solarium Predaia, and it was an unforgettable day. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and cared for with great professionalism and attention. Special thanks go to Erich, a young manager and truly extraordinary chef: always available, organized, and capable of managing everything with calm and precision. You can sense the passion he puts into his work, both in the kitchen and in organizing the event. We arrived around 5:20 PM and were greeted with a rich appetizer buffet on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the Brenta Group. The food was excellent, with attention to detail and great attention to dietary requirements and intolerances, which we greatly appreciated. The timing was impeccable: despite the afternoon wedding, dinner was perfectly organized with two first courses, a second course, and sorbet, and by 9:15 PM we had already finished everything without any waiting or downtime. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to cut the cake outside, but even then, Erich and his staff were incredibly quick to reorganize everything inside in no time, without causing any disruption. We recommend Solarium Predaia to anyone looking to celebrate a special event in a simple way, with excellent food, impeccable organization, and truly dedicated staff. Thanks again to Erich and all the staff for making our wedding unforgettable!

03/05/2026: Four-course tasting menu. It starts with an appetizer of polenta taragna and cheese (good), followed by a tartare that is an explosion of flavors. Then comes a risotto with a sort of wild hops reminiscent of asparagus and honey (spectacular), followed by duck with apple cider vinegar and mushrooms (my least favorite due to the meat's texture), and finally a dessert with matcha and strawberries (unusual and not too sweet, pleasant). To finish, a glass of house limoncello. A welcoming atmosphere, quick and courteous service, and very good bread deserve a well-deserved 5 stars. It's not an everyday place because quality comes at a price, but the food is good, and I'll be back!

11/04/2026: A very cozy restaurant with warm and welcoming service. Both the appetizer and the steak for the main course were excellent. We would gladly return. The kitchen and service staff took gluten-free requirements very seriously and prepared everything accordingly. All in all: A perfect evening.

07/05/2026: We ended up here for dinner because there's a charging station right outside, so we had a fully charged car after eating. The restaurant was very busy, but we received a very friendly welcome and were seated right away. We had a hard time choosing from the pizzas. They were all delicious. The prices were reasonable. If we come back to this area, it will primarily be because of the lovely restaurant. Charging the car is a nice bonus 😄.

03/05/2026: The pizza is good but we spent way too much compared to how much we ate
