We stopped in Siena on a Thursday evening to eat and were impressed by the quality of the food and the courtesy and friendliness of the owner. Highly recommended.

Wonderful local place to eat. We had the steak (best steak we have tasted in years), ragu and as a starter, the crostini with beans and lardo - heavenly. The guy running the place is clearly comitted to providing great quality food. Don't miss this place just because it isn't in the main square. It's worth the five mins walk to get there!

Wonderful place, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Above all, always with a smile. Simple and delicious dishes. The pici with truffle and guinea fowl are very good, as are the pappardelle and Palzanella!!! Take a break here in Siena!!!!

Guests at the Chiostro del Carmine, we chose this little restaurant for dinner; the place is very simple and welcoming, and the dishes we chose met our expectations, especially the crostini with beans and spiced pancetta. The owner is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: A truly lovely little place just steps from Piazza del Campo. Excellent value for money, well-executed traditional dishes, and friendly and attentive staff. We tried the charcuterie and cheese platter, followed by tagliatelle with ragù and ribollita. Everything was excellent 🙌🏼
