29/02/2024: We were in Pienza and we saw on the menus outside that they had tastings of Pecorino from Pienza, both fresh and aged. We went to visit the town and then returned to do a tasting of both. Despite it being between service hours, it was time for snack, not dinner, they treated us very kindly without any problem. While we were there we tried an assortment of sausages as well. Both the sausages and the cheese were very good, the portions were generous.
